In this chapter I'm not going to post results, but more like talk about why I couldn't keep doing the exercise, I had to stop after a few days because my mom got admitted in hospital and I got sick, but now my mom has been discharged, so I will start the 5:3:2 exercise all over again, this time time I'm going to do it for a whole week. Also there's no need to update my actual measurements because they are the same as before xD I hope you all understand and follow the exercise with me during this whole week starting tomorrow :) Sorry for not being able to finish it the first time >.<
