“Really?” I never knew.

“Why do you say that so calmly!?” Sandeul yelled back.

“What’s the big deal?” Me and Ji Yong wondered. Sandeul made such a bad expression.

“I obviously don’t like guys!”

“So? If he was a girl, you wouldn’t mind his crush.”

“T-That’s not the point!”

“Well, it’s not like it matters.” I noticed Sandeul looking at Ji Yong in a disgusted way. She was smiling so happily.

“Wah! This makes sense now!” She exclaimed. “Gongchan-ah was just jealous when I was with you! How cute!”

“It’s not cute!” Sandeul whined.

“Are you that against gays?” she asked.

“Well…I guess not…”

“So it’s ok then.”

“Just because I’m not against them, doesn’t mean I want to be one!”

“I never said you had to be one, but don’t avoid him…”

“I don’t know. I think I should just ignore that it happened…”

“What happened~?” Ji Yong asked with sparkling eyes.

“He just…nothing special.” He pushed us towards the door. Both of us could obviously see the blush creeping onto his face.

We left. “If they get together, they’ll be so cute!” Ji Yong squealed. I couldn’t help but laugh.

“Girls always think it’s cute when there are guyxguy relationships, don’t they?”

“Of course!” I laughed.

“So you would like it if I was like that?” She pouted.

“No~ If you were, I wouldn’t dislike you, but you’re my boyfriend. So don’t joke around…” I pinched her cheeks.

“How cute~” She knocked my hands away. “Wah~ someone’s upset.” I playfully hugged her.

“Whatever~” She stuck out her tongue. “You should still go thank everyone else too. I think I’ll go talk to Gongchan-ah haha.”

“Oh yeah! See you later then~”

Ji Yong POV

Wah! Gongchan likes Sandeul! It’s like one of those stories you read online! “Gongchan-ah~” I called as I entered.

“What…?” He looked depressed.

“So I heard from Sandeul-ah--” He instantly pulled me inside, shutting the door.

“What kind of tone did he use?” He asked quickly, completely interested.

“Haha. He talked to me and Jinyoung about you~”

“Sit down. Sit down.” He was so interested.

“So you like Sandeul-ah then?” He hesitated, but nodded.

“Did he sound upset? Tell me the truth.”

“Well he…he wasn’t exactly excited.”

“Spit it out.”

“He said he wasn’t like that and he was really paranoid that you would come after him now.”

“But was he mad?”

“No.” He let out a breath of relief. “But when we asked what happened last night, he started blushing.”

“Really!” Gongchan’s eyes widened. “Do you think I could convince him to like me eventually?”

“I don’t know.” He grabbed my hands in his.

“Please just tell me what you think!”

“You can do it!” I encouraged. He smiled shyly.

“Thank you~ You…aren’t going to start avoiding me though, right?”

“Of course not! I’m backing you up 100%!” He smiled wide.

“Thank you! I felt like everyone would start to ostracize me.”

“No. Even if they do, I’m on your side and Jinyoung doesn’t mind either.”

“Wah~ But how can I get him to like me?”

“That’s something you have to do on your own~” I smiled. He was super excited hehe.

Jinyoung POV

“Thank you again~” I had thanked everyone on the soccer team, including the other schools team. Apparently, Ji Yong had also told them in some broken English, but they still understood. I should be thanking her the most for telling them haha. I walked back to the dorms, Sandeul was coming out of his room.

“Sandeul!” I called out. He quickly ran over, covering my mouth.

“Not so loud!” He yelled in a whisper. “I don’t need Gongchan to find me.”

“Why are you like this? If you don’t like him, you can just reject him. You don’t need to sneak around.”

“Easy for you to say. You’re being liked by a girl!”

“Yeah, that’s true~” I smiled. He rolled his eyes.

“Thanks for not rubbing it in.” He said sarcastically.

“Haha sorry. But you should just accept what has happened.”

“You’re no help… Let’s just go eat lunch.” We went to the cafeteria. I noticed Ji Yong and Gongchan walk in together. I discretely motioned over to them. Soon they got their food and sat with us. Gongchan sitting across from Sandeul.

“What are you doing here!?” Sandeul was so surprised and tried to get up, but I pulled him back down, holding him there.

“Well I do eat occasionally.” Gongchan joked. We kept eating, but Sandeul tried scarfing down all his food in attempts to leave quickly.

“I don’t want all of this…take some Sandeul-ah!” Ji Yong put some of her food in Sandeul’s plate slyly.

“I’m not that hungry either!” He tried giving it back.

“But you’re eating so quickly, you must be starving!” Gongchan smiled to himself. “Well I’m done. Oh, you are too Jinyoung? Let’s go!” Me and Ji Yong quickly left, leaving those two alone. “You should really hear how Gongchan-ah talks about Sandeul-ah!” She told me outside. “It’s so cute!”

“And the way I talk about you isn’t as cute?” I joked.

“Is someone jealous~?” We laughed, going back to the dorms.

Sandeul POV

Aish. Those jerks! This is so awkward. Gongchan kept eating quietly, but I found myself cautiously staring at him. He glanced up at me, reaching his hand over to me.

“W-What?” I moved backwards, but he got up, reached his fingers to my lips.

“You’re such a messy eater.” He wiped his fingers along my lip, sitting back down and continuing to eat his own food. GAH!! He’s so…just…gah! He glanced up again, smiling to himself. “You don’t have to blush so obviously.” I stood up, fast walking away.

I-I-I am not blushing! I went to the bathroom, checking my face. I-It’s only because of what he said! I tried calming down.

Ji Yong POV

“We’ve practiced so hard. We can do it. We can not only get through the preliminary tournaments, but also reach the nationals!” I love Jinyoung’s soccer speeches; they are seriously encouraging. “We should all start to pack. Since we should be in Japan for the nationals, pack a few weeks’ worth of clothes and stuff. One suitcase per person. Let’s go!” The whole soccer team cheered. We’re finally going!

I went to my room, packing with Jinyoung. Even though it was just the soccer team going to Japan, all the guys came to see us off and encourage us. We waited around until our flight was called.

“I wish you luck!” L.Joe hugged me, smiling wide. I think L.Joe’s going back to normal now. I hugged him happily. I noticed Sandeul awkwardly talking to Gongchan. Me and L.Joe looked over at them. I think everyone knew about Gongchan’s feelings by now and most of us encouraged him. We tried to listen in.

“Good luck. You’ll definitely win.” Gongchan smiled.

“T-Thank you…” Sandeul has been getting so shy around Gongchan these days. It’s so cute!! Suddenly, Gongchan kissed his cheek. “W-W-WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!” Sandeul blushed red. Wah! So cute!! “I already told you, I’m not gay!” He quickly walked back towards the soccer team with red cheeks. Keep trying Gongchan!

“Let’s go.” Jinyoung pulled me along. I waved goodbye to L.Joe.

“They’re just so cute!” I squealed next to Jinyoung. He sighed.

“And yet you don’t squeal like that when you’re with me…”

“But you know I like you~” He smiled as we all went to the boarding area.

“What seat number do you have?” he asked.

“A33. You?” He sighed.

“E46. I guess I’ll see you when the plane lands.” He said as we started boarding onto the plane. “Have a good flight~” The plane took off. I noticed that everyone had gotten separated; no one even had those magical moments where two of us got put next to each other… Well, I hope we do well. We have today and tomorrow to relax. I think we can get through the tournament and all the way to the nationals.

I don't know if you noticed, but I literally had to go back in my chapter changing almost all traces of the word ga- when it came to Sandeul and Gongchan because I think that's what kept making the site re-rate my last chapter. Nothing inappropriate is even happening!! I only left one in because I just couldn't change that one, so yeah, come at me site!
