Carriers & Whose Ending?

Ever Dream (It's Back... Again... For good)

Him Chan slowly rolled over not sure what hurt more, or if he was just numb. His eyes slowly scanning the room to see Young Jae holding Hyun Ok near his half bare chest. He couldn’t help but smile at the scene before. The younger had no idea that he was awake giving him the chance to witness him actually nurse his children. The black haired man watched until he heard the door open quietly, Dae Hyun entering the room to check on them. Him Chan may as well make himself known so the purple haired boy didn’t get too embarrassed. He stretched out his arms with a soft groan.

How you feeling?” Dae Hyun asked softly.

The elder shrugged as he moved into a sitting position, “did you say anything to Yong Guk?”

The couple shook their heads the chocolate haired boy speaking again, “I thought you should talk to him first.”

Him Chan nodded before continuing, “where are the maknaes?”

I didn’t want them home to hear anything,” Dae Hyun took Hyun Ok into his arms so his mate could feed their son.

I’m not going to confront him just yet,” the black haired man assured. “I still have a few things to sort out before I can even speak to him about it.”

The young Dominate nodded, “I should probably get the maknaes.”

Him Chan agreed, “I need to ask them to help sort this whole mess out.”

I don’t think that would be a good idea,” the purple haired boy said softly as he tried to coax his baby to eat. “Jun Hong seemed pretty depressed about everything right now.”

Do any of you two have a way to explain any of this to me?” the elder Carrier asked.

Dae Hyun nodded, “I can help you put everything in some sort of chronological order and Young Jae can help with some of the things that he’s noticed that we didn’t”

I might have to write this all down just to be able to keep up with all that happened,” the black haired man spoke dryly.

Here, can you hold Hyun Ok while I go look for the maknaes?” Dae Hyun held out the baby girl.

Him Chan nodded with a smile, immediately cuddling the little girl. The couple smiled softly knowing that the baby was a good distraction for the distressed Carrier. Dae Hyun gave his mate a quick peck on the lips before leaving.

Young Jae sighed softly, “there could be an explanation as to why Yong Guk could sense Ji Eun’s pregnancy.”

Like what?” Him Chan asked just as softly not wanting to raise his voice with the babies in the room.

The younger shrugged, “maybe she... managed to get herself inseminated.”

She wouldn’t be able to do that,” the black haired man sighed. “No doctor would ever inseminate a mated Carrier with someone’s other than their own mate, nor would they ever use a mated Dominate either. Besides, if he was missing anything was missing than we would’ve known, so she couldn’t risk that.”

Young Jae nodded his understanding. “Do you think she managed to trick him. She could’ve drugged him, she did have access to a wide variety of drugs.”

The elder Carrier shrugged, “that would be reasonable if Yong Guk didn’t lie. Why would he lie about working if he was drugged.”

I don’t know,” the younger looked down at his son with a slight frown.

What’s wrong?” Him Chan asked a little worried.

He might not have teeth, but when he bites it still hurts,” he looked to the elder.

The black haired man couldn’t help but laugh, “I bet it does.”

Him Chan...” the purpled haired boy started.

What?” he asked still laughing.

Young Jae wore a serious expression, “why did you lie to the maknaes about you not being able to nurse.”

How did you-?” The black haired man was baffled.

The younger shook his head with a small smile, “I see you every morning, I noticed you always change your shirt before you go out. We can hear you and Yong Guk talking about it.”

Him Chan chuckled, “I guess I didn’t want to be teased by the little brat. Jun Hong knows us a little better than he does you so he knows what we’ll do.”

You didn’t produce during your first pregnancy though,” the purple haired boy said thoughtfully. “I wonder why.”

I don’t know why either.” The black haired man tried to think of any possible reasons, “maybe it’s my body adjusting to the hormones or it could be because my body just needed time to figure out that I’m carrying. Like I said before, your body might’ve produced because you had twins.”

Young Jae pulled Hyun Ki from his body realizing that he was no longer on him. He smiled softly seeing he had fallen asleep.

Him Chan laughed, “just like his daddy, falling asleep the moment he’s full.”

The younger laughed with him, “that’s mean, he doesn't do that.... all the time.”

Jong Up sighed. He wanted to look for Jun Hong but he knew the younger boy wanted time alone, as much as it pained him. He tried to convince the maknae that telling Him Chan the possibility of Yong Guk cheating was not a mistake, but even he was having a hard time convincing himself. The more he thought about it the more he realized they should’ve talked to Yong Guk first. They should’ve asked for his side of the story before telling the black haired man anything, there could've been a very good explanation for why he lied or why he knew about Ji Eun.

The brunette watched the crowd pass him by, silently hoping that the maknae would return. Time passed, the people changed, the sun slowly sunk lowly in the sky and the maknae had not returned. Jong Up began to feel sick. Was there no possible way to fix this? He knew there was no way they could just walk up to Him Chan and say, ‘forget what we said, it was a mistake’, no that was completely impossible and absurd. He wanted to cry, throw up, or beat the crap out of himself but he couldn’t bring himself to do anything other than stare at the world in front of him with empty eyes.

Jong Up,” a voice called. He didn’t want to look up, he knew it wasn’t Jun Hong calling him. Why bother seeing who it is when it’s not who you want it to be? Again the voice called out to him, “Jong Up.”

Only when he felt a hand on his shoulder did he bother looking up. Dae Hyun looked down at him with worried filled eyes, “are you okay? Where’s Jun Hong?”

The younger shrugged, “I don’t know.”

Did he just take off without you?” the idea seemed close to impossible to the chocolate haired boy.

Jong Up shook his head, “we had a fight then he left.”

A fight?” The elder took a seat next to him his face now creased with worry, “what did you two fight about?”

About telling Him Chan,” he answered softly his voice thick with emotion. “He said it was my fault, that we shouldn’t have told him and that... that I can never make him happy.”

Dae Hyun nearly choked on air. His heart went out to the boy next to him. Jun Hong had ended their relationship in a very sad manner. He just hoped that they could be fixed, because if they couldn’t bring themselves to forgive one another than how much hope would Him Chan and Yong Guk have?

The elder wrapped his arms around the now silently crying brunette, “he just needs time. He’ll come around. Him Chan needed to know about this, as did I. Hopefully Him Chan loves Yong Guk as much as we hope he does and that it would be enough for him to forgive him.”

But what if they break up?” the brunette’s voice cracked and was slightly pitchy.

We just have to hope,” he said softly. With a heavy sigh, the elder got back to his feet, “come on. We got to look for Jun Hong.”

Is the fight over?” Jong Up asked cautiously.

The elder shook his head, “Him Chan want’s to sort everything out before he talks to Yong Guk to make sure he doesn’t have a loop hole. He’ll probably talk to him tomorrow.”

Do we have to leave the house again?” the shorter boy asked.

Probably not,” Dae Hyun scratched the back of his head. “You two could probably go to the barn or to the upstairs room. I might just move Young Jae and the twins up there temporarily.”

Maybe they’ll go up there to talk,” the brunette assumed. “Then again Him Chan as a hard time moving up and down the stairs.”

We’ll figure all that out when we get back,” the chocolate haired boy offered a smile in which the brunette returned half-heartedly.

Jun Hong sighed heavily, he knew what he did was wrong but that didn’t make him want to make it up to the elder. No, it just made him feel ashamed. There was no way he could face the elder boy now, he just ruined their relationship. How could he just yell at Jong Up like that and tell him that he could never make him happy? If anything Jong Up made life worth living, every day with him was filled with laughter and love that was beyond human comprehension.

The young blonde didn’t know how the shorter put up with him at all. Why did he stay with him even after all he’s done to him in the past. How could the brunette love him, he couldn’t understand the mystery that was Jong Up. He saw nothing good or worthy in himself for the brunette to even like him for. He couldn’t even bring himself to see his own reflection in the store window. It hurt him to know that he had hurt Jong Up, but he needed time. He needed time before he could admit he was wrong. He need time to be able to come up with a way to prove himself to the elder. He just hoped he didn’t waste too much time or the brunette would already have found someone new.

He promised himself he wouldn’t cry again, but cry he did. He didn’t care if anyone saw nor heard him, but there Jun Hong was, leaning against a wall in an alley way, slowly sliding to the ground. His hands covered his red face as he cried hard. Harder than what he could remember. His head and heart hurt, although he wished his head hurt a little more than his heart. An aspirin would easily cure that, but a broken heart was not so easy.

Jun Hong, are you alright?” a voice asked softly.

The maknae wished the ground would’ve swallowed him or the wall crumble down on him, anything to avoid seeing him again. He was slightly irritated by Jung Min, that boy managed to show up when ever he wasn’t wanted. As much as he didn’t want to talk to him, he had to or he would try touching him, “I’m fine.”

You’re crying,” he said bluntly.

What gave you that idea,” Jun Hong tried to dry his tears, not caring if he sounded rude.

The black haired boy sighed softly, “what did he do?”

Now, he could say he no longer felt like crying, he wanted to strangle the elder boy. The maknae glared, “What do you mean ‘what did he do’, huh? He didn’t do anything.”

Then why are you crying,” Jung Min cocked his head to a side.

Is he stupid or something?’ the maknae thought. The taller boy shook his head in annoyance, “it’s because of what I did. I messed up, okay. I ruined my own relationship. Why?! Because I was scared okay. It’s my fault that Jong Up won’t love me anymore. MY FAULT!!! Now if you don’t mind, I have to go home.”

Dae Hyun had to admit he was a little more that confused. One minute they were looking for Jun Hong and the next thing he knew they were being chased by said maknae. He didn’t know where the blonde got this rage from, but all he knew was he had to run faster than Jong Up.

Chapter 84: Toss between Nocturnal Bloodlust, Arlequien, Razor, and Lynch., but considering Versailles, the Gazette, or even Manteru Opera.
