“Good morning Oppa” you spoke towards Jae as you entered the set, about to grab his coffee but his hand was quick to grab for his cup, offering you another cup that was filled, opposed to his half drank coffee.

“Good morning coffee stealer” Jae spoke playfully while ruffling your hair, a smile painting your lips as you took the coffee and happily sipped at the steaming contents. “Are you excited? You get to record your favorite part of the movie.”

“You don’t even know” you exclaimed as your smile became more genuine, excitement lining your eyes in anticipation of what was to come. “I might have to slip and hit him for real” you spoke softly, causing a grin to line the older mans lips.

“Noona!” You were alarmed when hearing a voice sound behind you, causing you to jump slightly before turning and seeing Jinwoo, his smile bright as always as he held a single rose in his hand. “I bought this for you!”

“Thanks” you spoke softly, your eyes falling towards the rose a moment before giving suspicious eyes towards Jinwoo “I’m thankful, but why?”

“Figured you would want it, I’ll take it back if you don’t” he spoke reaching for the flower but you quickly cut off his path, shielding the rose with your chest as you turned your back towards him.

“My flower” you spoke in a childish tone, causing laughter to elude all around you, causing yet another smile to take your lips. Perhaps being in the studio wasn’t going to be as bad as you thought, not when you had so many people to bring you back up. Thankful for your close friends, your eyes would take a moment to observe the rose one more, taking in the sweet scent it offered.

“Thank you Jinwoo” you spoke softly, causing his smile to grow soft as he nodded in understanding.

‘Duck’ you reminded yourself, thankful for the cue cards that were towards your right, explaining what actions needed to be done and when they needed to take place. Waiting until the invisible item passed over your head, you would spring back up, throwing yet another punch which you knew was going to be caught. As predicted, his large hand engulfed your fist as his eyes turned cold, and you couldn’t help but to admire his acting skills as you threw a kick instead, successfully faking a kick towards the rib.

“Enough!” His character yelled out, yet it wasn’t the end of the scene as you threw yet another punch in his direction, and as expected, he blocked it and instead you found the prop towards your temple, causing you to freeze, your hands reaching up in surrender.

“Why did you do it!?” He yelled out, and you could hear the hidden emotion within his voice, well aware of the pain that circulated him outside of the character, for you felt it just as strongly.

“I have my reasons” you spoke swiftly, your eyes falling towards the fake gun that stayed locked in place, your hands slowly reaching for your own prop.

“You betrayed them, for what?” His character continued to question as your hand finally touched at the fake knife that was hidden by the dress you wore, your eyebrow raising slightly as though to cue him that you were ready.

It happened as planned and soon his weapon would fly towards the right as your knife landed at his neck causing his eyes to widen before falling cold. His character was now in a situation that he could be killed, was outsmarted by a female agent, and was cornered between death, and he always managed to portray his characters emotions perfectly.

“Try using a knife next time sweet heart, they are much better for close encounters” you whispered into his air before dropping the fake flash bomb and shielding your face, leaving his character blinded by the sudden bright light as you made your escape from the scene, ensuring to grab his weapon on the way out.

“Cut! Great job you two, as always” the director spoke which caused your retreating steps to come to an end, a smile lining your lips as you bowed your respect and began towards Jae and Jinwoo, noting the eyes that stayed locked upon you despite the camera’s being off.

“Amazing job Noona, your character is y!” Jinwoo exclaimed which caused a soft blush to take your cheeks as you playfully pushed at his shoulder, shaking your head at his words.

“He’s right, she’s a total babe” Jae chimed in which did nothing but make the blush deepen as you glared towards him.

“Stooopp it” you whined as you pouted out your lips, alarmed when both men began to chuckle, causing your cute act to turn into a deadly stare at them both, silencing the room around you.

“Are you avoiding me?” The voice that spoke was deep and husky, as though shadowing the emotions that wished to pull through, and you debated on stopping or simply continuing as though you didn’t hear his question.

“No” you acknowledged him as you stopped and turned to wait for him, his steps falling in pace with your own as you began walking once more, the silence lingering being more painful for it proved the awkward situation was only going to become worse. “We just have opposite schedules today” it was a horrible excuse, but it was all you had, and yet he nodded as though he actually believed the lie you sold.

“Abi” you hated when he spoke your name because it somehow still held the power to make your heart race in your chest “can we go somewhere and talk?”

“Right now?” You asked, your eyes glancing towards the parking lot, noting that it must have been extremely late considering the sun was well beyond gone from the sky.

“Please” he sounded depleted of the life he held earlier and you couldn’t help but to feel slightly sorry for him as you nodded and followed his lead through the parking lot, not surprised to land in his car as he took the driver’s seat and began to drive. “Nice rose.”

“Thanks, Jinwoo got it for me” you hated small talk in a normal situation, but somehow it managed to make you feel slightly better as your eyes once more fell towards the flower, a soft smile lining your lips. “You should treat him better, he really looks up to you.”

“I know” he answered but his eyes stayed on the road, concentrating on where he was going, opposed to the conversation at hand. “He shouldn’t.”

“Yes he should” you were quick to defend which brought eyes towards you, and you had to look away and instead focus on the scenery before you. 

“Where are we going?” You asked after not recognizing your surroundings, looking back towards Seung to see a soft smile on his lips as he pulled into a parking lot, your eyes falling towards the sign that hovered in front of the car.

“You wanted to go to the zoo” he spoke softly, and somehow, the pain in your chest only grew stronger, and you felt as though your heart could crush at any given moment.
