A month had passed with loving life. Nana couldn't tell how happier than she already was, because Sehun was just so sweet to be true. Everything was doing well, and very well. Until Sehun broke out the news that they're going to the Annual Family Gathering.

Sehun told her that she had once come to the gathering already, and there's no need to worry about his aunts and uncle. They knew about her condition and said it's alright if she didn't remember them. Sehun also told her that there's a kid name Junhong that fond of her, and showed her Junhong's photo.

"If he hug you suddenly or anything, just smiled and pretend you know him. Telling kids about your condition is kind of hard for them to understand. And don't worry, you're going to do well." Sehun said comfortingly when she had told him her worries.

Nana believed him. She just did.

This year's Annual Family Gathering was held in Jeju, because well, Sehun said that if they went there, the possibilities of her remembering the past were bigger. They did their honeymoon there, to say.

All she didn't know was that they weren't that loving at that time. But no worries, Sehun would have his ways.

Two hours later, they arrived at Jeju and Sehun had already taken his car to drive.

"You have car here?" She asked in awe.

Sehun chuckled, recalling the memory when she asked the same question. "Yes, my company has a branch here, so if I have to come here for work, it's easier to have private car than rented car."

Nana nodded in understanding.

"Hmm? Why are we going to here?" Nana asked, as she saw a big building that wasn't near anything called hotel.

"This is my apartment in Jeju. When we're on honeymoon, we live in the resort because my mom had everything set up. Being a thrifty person, you said that it's better if we don't waste my mother's money. The resort didn't want to give back the money if we weren't sleeping there... so yeah. But I've told my mom I'm bringing you to stay here." He parked his car in basement and helped her take out her luggage.

"But shouldn't we stay in the resort? I mean, it's the Annual Family Gathering."

*We wanted to make sure you stay far from the witch, Ji Hani. Please don't question me anymore, Nana. I'm afraid I'm going to burst out.* He let out a sigh and led Nana to the elevator.

Thankfully, Nana didn't ask anymore as they walked out from the elevator, and went to his apartment. It was cozy and elegant. Everything was in black and white.

Nana frowned. This wasn't a married man's house should be. Sehun noticed her frown and flicked her forehead, but gently.

"Ow." She pouted, rubbing the sore spot.

"What were you thinking so deeply, huh?"

She extended her arms out dramatically. "This!" She said out loud. "How can a married man's house like this?? This is like a single man's!"

He let out a chuckle. So this is why she get so worked out? Typical Nana.

Nana made Sehun to agree on her proposal to re-decorate his apartment. After a long one-hour of debating, Sehun eventually gave up on arguing and let her to have her way. Now they were on the way to the resort where his parents were staying.

"I really miss your parents! I wanted to meet them ASAP!" Nana clapped excitedly.

It was true that she missed his parents. They were like her real parents already.

Sehun chuckled and made a turn to the gate of the resort. He dropped her off in front of the lobby, and told her to go in and sit while he parked his car.

Nana walked into the resort and immediately spotted Sehun's parents around the lounge and ran there.

"Abeoji! Omonim!" Nana called as she skidded into a stop right beside Sehun's mom.

"OMO! My dearest daughter-in-law!" Mrs. Oh said dramatically, pulling Nana into a hug.

Mr. Oh tried not to roll his eyes and smiled gently at Nana. It's nice to see his fav daughter-in-law being as cheerful as she was before.

Mrs. Oh pulled away and grabbed Nana's hand warmly.

Nana  smiled at her and turned her head to look at three people sitting on the sofa, smiling at her. She remembered about Sehun talking about the aunties and uncle. She smiled brightly at them, although she still didn't recognize their faces.

"Nana, these is Aunt Ji, Uncle Park, and Aunt Choi." Mrs. Oh said from the right to left.

Nana nodded her head in understanding. "Annyeonghaseyo!" She beamed.

Aunt Choi and Uncle Park chuckled; Aunt Ji as well, but hers was a little strained. Nana didn't notice though. Nobody blamed Aunt Ji though. It was her daughter's fault, not her. But she couldn't help but feel bad for letting everything out of hand. If only she didn't let Hani back....

Sighing, she felt a hand on her shoulder and she looked up. Mrs. Oh was looking at her with sympathetic eyes. Aunt Ji was sure she didn't deserve it though.

"Unnie, stop blaming yourself." Mrs. Oh said, briefly hugging Aunt Ji.

"How can I, Sena ah? It's my daughter's fault."

"Your daughter's, not yours." Mrs. Oh said. "And beside, look," Mrs. Oh gestured, motioning Aunt Ji to look over where Nana was bending down with Sehun beside her, talking with Junhong and Yongguk. Junhong was excitedly clinging on Nana's arm and the latter laughed at the cute boy. "She's happy. Maybe it was best for her to forget, because what had happened was a very large pain."

Aunt Ji just sadly gazed at Nana. "But still..."

"Sehun told me that he didn't blame you for what happened. We all don't." Mrs. Oh assured.

Aunt Ji could feel warmth slowly engulfed her and she sobbed at Mrs. Oh's shoulder. "Sena ah..."

"It's okay unnie. It's okay."

A woman pushed the car door opened and let the valet driver to take over her car to park. With big, black sunglasses over her eyes, she made her grand entrance inside the resort. She was wearing an all-black tight clothes, and immediately scanned the lounge room to find the people she wanted.

Omma! She immediately rushed over to a woman sobbing on her sister's shoulder. She was more than delight to embrace her mother, but a couple made her halt. The couple was bending down and talked eye-to-eye with her cousins she assumed name Junhong and Yongguk.

Anger risen in her body, but at the same time, guilt washed over behind her mind. She sure felt bad about Nana's condition now, but couldn't help but feel good about it. Wasn't this just meant another chance for her? But before the evil thought could get the best of her, she quickly shook her head.

She had ruined her relationship with Sehun, and all people in her family. If she did anything else to harm Nana, she would probably disown by her parents. And that she wouldn't want.

But still...

Looking at Sehun softly gazed at Nana made her heart ached. Sure she had told Sehun that she would let him go, but it's just... hurting you know? When you love someone and that someone don't love you back? It's hurt her so bad and a tear leaked out from her eyes.

Why did Sehun never look at her the way she look at him? Was it really because 'cousins' bull?

But seeing how Sehun tend over Nana's every needs made her thought twice. It's right that Sehun was a very kind person towards all his family, and it's included Hani, but this care he had for Nana, it's different from the care he had for anyone else.

These cares includes love, affection, and devotion. He was like in his own world with Nana. As if every thing was black and white but they were colorful.

And again, her heart ached one more time. It's time to get a reality grip, Ji Hani. She huffed, letting out a sigh.

"Omma."

Aunt Ji looked up at the sound, and she couldn't even cover her face that had 'horror' written all over. She did want to meet her daughter (after that accident, she had lost contact with Hani and found out that she didn't go back to her Uni), but didn't call her either. Aunt Ji was still mad at her for ruining the happiness of her favorite nephew. But Hani was her daughter, and so Aunt Ji couldn't help but missing her too.

In any ways, Aunt Ji didn't think coming here would be a wise choice for Hani. I mean, if she wanted to meet her mother, she could go to her house every single day, but choosing to the resort for Annual Family Gathering? There must be something else.

"Hani." Aunt Ji said, her voice strained. "What are you doing here?"

Hani swallowed. Her mom looked as if she was ashamed to have a daughter like her. "Of course for the Annual Family Gathering." She faked a chuckle, pretending she was fine with everything happened, like she wasn't one at fault.

Aunt Ji shook her head in disbelief. "I don't know if I know you or not." Aunt Ji stood, bid goodbye with the family as she took the key to her suite.

Hani stood there dumbfoundedly, shock for what had just happened. She knew, she knew that her mom would be angry with her, but to say that? Indirectly saying she didn't know her daughter anymore? That struck Hani hard. She looked over to Mrs. Oh, and the woman just harrumphed angrily before standing up and leaving her alone.

Someone tapped her shoulder. Hani turned around to meet a curious face of Nana.

Nana blinked innocently at her. "Hi...?" She said meekly.

Nana had heard this woman called Aunt Ji 'mom', so she just assumed this must be Sehun's cousin. So she came over to say hi, but the woman just stared coldly at her.

Well, before the woman crooked a not-so-genuine smile. "Remember me?"
