Introduction

Love Comes In Their Own Beautiful Way

"For starters, my name is Oh Sehun, and I'm your husband."

Nana looked at him with wide eyes. "Muh?"

"Yes, Nana. I'm your husband." Sehun spoke solemnly. His eyes were serious but soft. His eyes were shining with love and his voice was dipping with affection.

By then, Nana had only a little bit of doubt. Especially since her parents seem close to him as well.

"Alright. So you're my husband. And?"

"And you love to work. You're a workaholic, but you're still spend some times with me, because you love me just as much as I love you," He didn't know how he gotten to be so cheesy right then, but he did know he wanted to say everything out so that he won't have any regrets left. "You're bright and you're kind. You like children but don't really get along with them, or so you thought. We've done many lovely things together that worth to be remember."

She cringed. He was indirectly saying that she should remember about those times they had spent lovingly. A big part of her wanted it too, sure, but the smaller part of her was afraid. It was a constant reminder on why she had forgotten.

She had a feeling that the reason her brain leisurely forgot about those memories was because it wanted to forget. And she was confused on why. Why would she forget about it? Why would she forget about him, the loving husband as he claimed to be?

What mistake had he done that she forget about him?

What, huh?

A sharp pain strike through her brain and she clutched onto her head desperately. "Ahhh... ahh..." She groaned in pain.

Sehun's eyes widen and he quickly went over her side and pulling her into his embrace. "What's hurt?"

"My head.." She softly said.

Her head was thudding so hard and she felt as if it might explode any time. He caressed her hair and pressing kisses on her forehead, hair and everywhere on the top of her head. She couldn't help but felt familiar with this type of feeling.

The warmth she felt when his arms around her. It felt so real and she didn't want it to end. And she knew deep inside, he felt the same.

A week later, Nana was discharge from the hospital and allowed to go home. But she was supposed to come for a check-up once a week. She still looked pale and fragile, but once she stepped out from the big building, a wide smile spread on her face.

"So happy to get out?" Sehun asked in amusement.

"You bet." She replied wittily at him.

One week had already been spent together, and Nana found herself feeling very comfortable around him. She didn't feel awkward or anything, because he just could make her feel very good. She recalled one night he had been stealthily spending a night in the hospital, although the nurse had already kicked him out.

In the end, the two of them were woken up by a loud shriek from the nurse in charge, with Sehun falling down on his .

It was really funny, and Nana couldn't help but laughed again.

"Why are you laughing?"

Nana shrugged, ignoring him. He would give her another lecture about not laughing him, and it would waste their time.

Sehun drove his car to their house, and Nana looked amazed at their house.

"This is where we're living?" She asked in awe.

"Yeah." Sehun replied, quite surprise with her look. "Why?"

"I love it."

Sehun smiled. "I know." With a gesture, he opened the door, "Shall we?"

She giggled at his playfulness. She slowly stepped inside the house and carefully looked around. Honestly, she really didn't remember anything in this house. Everything seemed weird and strange, but at the same time, a warmth feeling instead of coldness. Just like how she felt towards Sehun, she felt warmth surrounding her heart.

As if she was compelled, her feet led her to the back garden and a bubble of familiarity popped in her mind. Her mind was hazy, but fortunately not striking pain like the first time her brain was hurt. She somehow saw blurry images pass her mind, but she couldn't make out the vivid picture.

There were kids, balloons, foods, people, and everything. It was blurry, but the silhouette could be assumed as people. It was a happy memory, she could tell. She opened her closed eyes and stared at the empty garden longingly.

There was a very beautiful memory that she had forgotten. And it saddened her, but she knew she couldn't do anything about it unless the memories came back itself at the right time.

Sighing, she turned to leave and bumped into Sehun.

He quickly gripped onto her shoulders and steadied her standing.

"Are you viewing the scenery?" Sehun asked, his eyes twinkling. He turned her around easily and closed the gap between his chest and her back. He contentedly placed his chin on top of her head. He wrapped his arms around her waist. "This is your favourite place, you know. You spent your time a lot here when you didn't have work. On Sunday, we'll simply lay a blanket down and we're sitting on top of it while you're reading a book and I laid down on your thighs." He described the picture to her and she couldn't help but smile at his sweetness.

"We really did that?"

"Yeah. A lot, I might add." He chuckled.

"Then, can we try it out?"

A soft smile plastered on his face as he said, "As you wish,"

After a couple of hours in the garden, the couple went back inside and Sehun decided to leave Nana alone to see the house. He had some unfinished works to do, and promised Nana that he'll meet her for dinner.

Although she had amnesia, her nature for doing everything wasn't being forgotten. So to fill the time while waiting for the time to eat, she decided to do groceries (when she saw the empty fridge and-oh well, the kitchen) and cooked.

"I'll be going to buy groceries!" She shouted from the first floor, and without waiting for his confirmation, she left the house.

Thirty minutes later she came back to the house with two hands full of bags. It was nice, buying commodities for the house, and when she thought it again, she felt like a good housewife, and the feeling was just extremely great.

She might have forgotten about her title being a wife, but these, these was definitely not being forgotten. She realized that she knew these things naturally, and smiled at herself.

Putting down the bags full of groceries on top of the bar table, she pulled her sleeves up and began to put things in the place her instict told her. Meat, vegetables, and other frozen foods in the fridge; salt, sugar, oil, pepper on the table next to the stove. And everything else.

Satisfied with her work, she glanced back to the clock and decided it was the right time to cook for dinner.

What should I make?

Without realizing, her hands already moved around and chopped something. She didn't know she could cook. Maybe her hands knew what to do and began to do something that her mind blurry remembered.

Soon, kimchi, sour and sweet pork, fried bacons, dried sweet tofu, and some prickled green vegetables had already been laying down on the table, smelling nice and looking good. A satisfied smile plastered on her face.

So she did know how to cook.

She called Sehun down and the look Sehun gave when he saw the food was triggering her curiosity.

"These... these was what you had cooked for our first thanksgiving. You cooked everything by yourself because you thought that the maids would want to have a thanksgiving with their own family. You told me that your mom taught you some ways to cook because you're married."

Nana chuckled. Although she couldn't remember, from the way he told her about those moments made her feel blissful. She wanted to remember everything soon. Really.

"Well, what else?" She asked, pestering him to tell more about herself. She really curious on how she did for the past year that she had forgotten.

"Well...."

And that night they spent talking to each other.
