A few seconds of silence passed, and no one said a word. Jungkook was staring at Hyunsoo's bruise, holding her by the shoulders.

"What happened..." Jimin whispered besides Jungkook.

Jungkook's eyes moved up to meet Hyunsoo's, "Where did this come from?"

Hyunsoo suddenly felt like hiding away somewhere safe from people. The situation was more suprising because Jungkook was there.

"Uh..." She couldn't think of anything to say. She didn't want to tell them.

Jimin looked from Hyunsoo to Jungkook and, noticing Hyunsoo's nervousness, said, "Mind your own business Jungkook, and it's not what you think. Bruises don't just form in a second."

"What happened then?" For some reason Jungkook felt himself getting angry.

"I already said, go and mind your own business! Why do you care? Hurting others is your favourite hobby anyway, so why are you suddenly acting like this?"

Jimin had stood up while he was talking and pushed Jungkook away from Hyunsoo. They were both facing each other angrily.

"You're right and wrong. I need to make sure my new toy doesn't break."

"Guys... I'm fine..." Hyunsoo tried to speak up.

"Whatever," Jungkook said coldly, then left.

Jimin looked back down at Hyunsoo and asked, "Was it who I think it was?"

Hyunsoo didn't answer. There was no point. He already knew. Instead, she looked away and said, "Go back to your group. They're getting angry that you just left."

Hyunsoo knew Jimin was not going to just let it go like that. She could feel him getting angrier about her living with her dad.

After Jimin finally left (the teacher threatened him with a detention), the game begun again and this time, Hyunsoo was the goalkeeper. This also meant she didn't really have to do much, as the other team wasn't focused on scoring a goal - especially Jungkook. Hyunsoo found out later why.

"Ouch!! Jungkook! How could you do that to me?" Hyuna was half shouting half crying in pain, while trying to stand up again.

Hyunsoo thought he did it on purpose as well. Jungkook had kicked the ball straight at Hyuna's head.

"Jungkook, what happened to you?" Hoseok asked.

"Nothing." He replied.

Just then, the teacher blew the whistle and told everyone to change back to their uniforms. Daesung dropped to the ground in relief, with Taeyang patting his hair and telling him to get back up.

"Finally, I was dying. Let's go Jungkook." Hoseok was pulling him along to the changing rooms, then turned his head at Hyunsoo and smiled. To which, she had no idea how to react.

The rest of the day, Hyunsoo tried to avoid Jungkook. She still wanted to stick to the better people like Jimin and Jinyoung. She didn't want to be around the troublemakers. Though since the beginning, Hyunsoo had kept falling into incidents where Jungkook was involved. She was starting to really dislike him. Hoseok, on the other hand, had suddenly become nicer since the chat with Yoongi and Seokjin. It was weird, but Hyunsoo just smiled very slightly at him.

After school, Hyunsoo and Jimin were on the bus home, when Jungkook also came on. He was wearing dark headphones and had a very exhausted expression on his face. He noticed the pair near the back right away, but chose to ignore them completely and sit near the front.

"I didn't know Jungkook goes the same way as us," Jimin whispered to Hyunsoo, who was nodding in return. "Do you need to go home first to get your things?"

"No, my mum texted me that she'll drop by your house with my stuff later. She doesn't want me going home to my dad whenever possible."

"That's good." Jimin smiled.

Soon, the bus was about to pass by Hyunsoo's house, when the stop bell rang through the bus.

"Looks like someone lives really close to you," Jimin was saying.

They were both staring at the passenger get off. It was Jungkook. He lived on the same road as Hyunsoo, a few houses away.

"That's weird. He's never been on the bus with us before. Do you think he just moved here?"

"Maybe..."

Hyunsoo felt like shrinking into a ball. He lived close to her... she was lucky she's going to Jimin's house, otherwise Jungkook would've found out as well.
