Chapter 9

Kyuhyun was having the time of his life thinking that he would no longer be pestered with a swarm of girls asking him to be his girlfriend. Fact is, it hasn't stop and it's bothering him.

He stood up in a flash and headed his way to Sooyeon's class. The tall guy stopped in front of her class and silently curse when he figured out her class isn't over yet. “That's odd...” he thought eyeing his watch.

Soon loud whispers and gasps not to mention squeals can be heard coming from every direction around Kyuhyun. He dare not look up and pretend as if nothing is happening. “Where the hell is she?” he hissed tapping his shoes impatiently on the concrete ground.

The door opened and instantly a group of students came towing out one after another. Kyuhyun immediately caught hold of Sooyeon's hand and before things could go out of hand, Kyuhyun dash for the parking lot with Sooyeon being dragged mindlessly.

“Hey! What was that all about?” protested Sooyeon while fumbling with her seatbelt once they're safe inside the car. She was taken aback when as soon as she left the class a pair of strong hands caught her hand and actually drag her out the building.

“Sorry...If I didn't drag you out a while ago we might end up running around the campus again,” retorted Kyuhyun not sounding sorry very bit.

Sooyeon rolled her eyes at the thought. It's like a daily thing now. Kyuhyun would eventually fetch her and things would go fuzzy for a second and Sooyeon would realize she's being drag aimlessly with a troop of mad girls hot on their trail.

“No wonder no girl wants to be your girlfriend! I mean you make them run everyday...” teased Sooyeon with a smirk. “Except for you...Plus, it'll help you burn some fat!” replied Kyuhyun with an evil smirk.

Sooyeon frown at the statement and look out the window. “I hate you besides it's not like I want to be your girlfriend...” explained Sooyeon which didn't really register in Kyuhyun's mind.

“Yah! Are you listening or not?!?” snapped Sooyeon who is obviously irritated by the guy seated beside her.

“No, and I'm not going to,” answered Kyuhyun lamely which cause Sooyeon to roll her eyes. “You might wanna stop that before your eyes pop out of its socket,” warned Kyuhyun who's eyes is always on the road.

“Yeah right...” Sooyeon snorted which made Kyuhyun smirk. That's something that they used to say years ago. Omma would always remind the kids not to roll their eyes since it's considered impolite especially when they did it in front of her and by then Kyuhyun would always follow his omma's exact words.

Half an hour later they arrived home still bickering over something stupid. “I told you it won't pop out from my socket!”

Kyuhyun kept the smirk on his face, “Wanna bet?”

Sooyeon furrowed her brows and smell something fishy is coming up, “Nah, I'll pass.”

The lean guy beside her started laughing, which is rare, at her like there's no tomorrow while calling her a chicken at the same time. “You're such a kid!” mumbled Sooyeon as she kick her shoes off.

“Omma, I'm home!” called out Sooyeon as she plopped herself on the couch. Just then the elder lady's head popped out of the kitchen. “Oh, you're back! Where's Kyuhyun?” asked Mrs. Cho who's in her apron.

“Umm dunno...He went up I guess,” answered Sooyeon turning her head from side to side. “Can you help me and ask him to come down. Dinner is nearly ready,” asked omma as she return to her cooking.

Sooyeon sigh before dragging her feet up the stairs. “Yah~Cho Kyuhyun! Quickly, come down for dinner!” yelled Sooyeon as she banged her fist on his door.

No answer

She knock several more times and when she heard nothing she lean in to press her ears on the door.

She inch her body closer and closer and suddenly....thud!

“Ouch! Yah~Cho Kyuhyun!” screamed Sooyeon who's now flat on her stomach and kissing the ground.

“I really hate you...” sweared Sooyeon.
