Boa’s pov

“Where am I?” I thought as I scanned the unfamiliar room and saw my parents sleeping.
I got out of bed and headed towards them.

“Omma, appa” I tapped both of them and they woke up

“Boa!” I lose my balance as my mom suddenly hugged me tightly and my hit the floor. It was then followed by an embrace from my father.

“Omma, let go..can’t breathe” I managed to say. My mom let go of the hug and looked at me with teary eyes. I felt confused.

“Omma, what happened? Why are you crying? Why am I here in the first place? I need to meet up with Jaejoong tomorrow” My parents widen their eyes. They seemed surprised.

My mom hugged me again and started crying. “Boa, you remember us”

Being confused, I looked at my father to get an answer. “Appa, what’s going on?”

I saw my dad sighed “Boa, you had an accident just last year and…….you didn’t remember us back then….” I surely can’t believe what he said. I didn’t remember them?

My mom let go of the hug and looked at me “It’s true Boa”

“No! You’re lying! I didn’t get into that accident. This is a dream right?” Tears began to form in the corner of my eyes as my breathing became heavy.
My dad shook his head sideways.

“Where is he? Where’s Jaejoong? I need to talk to him. I need to explain..” I stood up and turned around but before I can step forward, my mom held my hand

“He knows..he knew what happened to you Boa” I turned back at them, shocked.

“What did he say?”

“We’ll tell you but please rest first and let the doctor do some check-ups” I nodded hesitantly and went back to my bed as my father went outside to call the doctor

After a few minutes….

“Mr. and Mrs. Kwon, based on the results, your daughter doesn’t have amnesia before she got hit by the car” Boa’s parents were surprised after hearing what the doctor said. They got confused at what happened a while ago.

“But why did she remembered her memories before she got hit a year ago and not when she got hit a while ago?“

“She’ll remember them sooner or later. Let her rest in a week or so” the doctor confirmed and walked away as Boa’s parents bowed at her.

Back in Boa’s room, Boa was sitting on her bed. Confused and surprised at the same time. She doesn’t understand anything. All she wanted is to know the truth..the whole truth.

Boa’s pov

I picked up the remote and turn on the television. The first person I saw was him. Suddenly, I remembered something…

“Boabo!”
“Don’t leave me”
“Boa!”

Tears fell from my eyes. I can't help it. I saw him but what did I do? I’m so stupid! I shouldn’t have left. What was I thinking?

I touched my lips as I remembered his sudden kiss…I missed it, I missed his smile, his voice, his stare…I missed him

I wiped away my tears as I heard the door opened.
My mother came into the room with a smile

“Where’s appa?”

“He’s on the phone with your brother” she sat on the chair beside my bed.
“I’m really glad you have my memories back dear”

I smiled at my mother. I don’t want her to see me crying. I don’t want to see her hurting too. I’ll just find a way to talk to Jaejoong

“Omma, why are we in Japan? When did we come here? Can you tell me now all that happened?” The happy look on her face faded once she heard my question.

“Boa, promise me you won’t get mad?” I looked at her puzzled. Why would I get mad?

“What!” I yelled when my mom told me the story. I can’t believe what he did! Is he an idiot leaving me? Doesn’t he know I need him?

“Boa, calm down” my mother said holding my arms as I shook my head like there’s no tomorrow.

“No omma. What was he thinking? I need to go to him now!” I got up and ran towards the door, only to be blocked by my father and some nurse.
I tried to get away but one of the nurses injected something to me.

“Jaejoong” The word I uttered before I fall asleep

Jaejoong’s pov

Later that afternoon…

“Hyung, where are you going? What’s with the attire? A cap, glasses and mask? and what’s in the plastic bag?” Changmin asked

“’I’m going to the hospital”

“You are? But I thought you said…”

“I know. I’m not going to let her see me. I’ll just give this food to her parents for Boa to eat” I held the bag up and looked at Changmin “Tell the guys I’ll be out for a while”

In the hospital…

“Excuse me, do you know what room is Kwon Boa admitted?” I asked the nurse at the nurse station

“She’s in room 204. You look familiar sir, have I seen you before?”

“Thanks. You got the wrong guy, miss” I quickly went upstairs before the nurse interrogates me further.

I was outside her room. I leaned my ear on the door to know if I can hear her voice but all I got is complete silence.

I slowly opened the door and went inside. I saw the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my life. She’s like an angel sleeping peacefully.

I came near her and put the bag on the table.
I stared at her for a long time and caressed her cheek. I don’t want this to end…I really want to stay by your side but I can’t. I want you to be safe.

I looked deeply at her “I’m going to miss talking to you best friend. I can’t tease you from now on..and I can’t hold you like before. Promise me you’ll find a man who will take care of you..” I leaned closer and touched my lips to hers. I can’t kiss you anymore.

I stayed for a while in her room telling her stories about my fellow members and all that happened to me…but I stopped when I saw her eyes twitched.
That’s the sign that I need to go now. I dashed towards the door and ran to my car.
