Annyeonghaseyo! My name is Kim Sofi and I’m the cute little five-year old girl at the picture above. I live in a two-storey house with the two most important people in my life – my appa and my unni. I’m here to tell you about my plan called “the search for my new omma!!” but before I do that, let me introduce my family first.

Oh before I forget, I need to say this, I have my own bedroom but sometimes I sleep with my appa in his room. No need to be jealous okay? Besides I’m his daughter and c’mon, if you’re living under the same roof with this man, you should spend your time wisely, ne?  

Since I’m talking about him, I’m going to introduce first my appa to you. His name is the one and only Kim Jaejoong who is twenty-five years old this year. My appa often calls me his baby girl and said that I’m the greatest blessing that came to his life. Yes, my appa is a sweet talker but ONLY to me! I hate those girls who are flirting with him because I know they annoyed him, so I always present them my mean attitude whenever I went to my appa’s office or when the company held parties. 

I’m really lucky to have him as my father because…hmm, to sum up all the adjectives I will say, he is perfect, not that I’m bragging about it, I’m just stating the truth…But he doesn’t have a love life. I mean he does actually but whatever. My unni and I don’t like his so called ‘girlfriend’. She has multiple personalities! Being sweet to appa and becoming bossy and mean to us. I mean, c’mon who is she kidding? 

It’s just so sad that my appa doesn’t believe me. He said I should take time to know her fully. I was like, I know her better than you! Really appa…

Hmm, I shouldn’t be sentimental right now. Well, back to my family, the next person I’m going to introduce is my dearest Liyin unni! She is not my sister, to clear things out. She’s actually my appa’s younger sister. Why, you ask? It’s because she doesn’t want me to call her auntie since she said she’s not that old. Haha. She is a pro when it comes to violin and currently teaching me how to play it. She is sweet, understanding and my partner in crime. Yeah, we are the best of friends! 

Maybe, you are wondering about my mom. I don’t have any clue either. Jaeoong appa and Liyin unni always changed the topic when I asked them about her. “What is her name?” or “How does she looks like?” Those are the questions I kept on repeating but they just told me that she is in heaven, looking after me. 

That’s why I’m on the search now in finding a perfect match for my appa. Someone who will love him truly and who will take good care of me and unni. You will help me, right?
