Seung-ah didn't talk to me for the next few days. And  can't seem to get time on Mingyu at all. Seems like Yerim's work is in progress. Sigh. I miss  talking to Mingyu. 

"Oi, Miyoung-ah!", Soonyoung waved his hand in front of me. "Earth to Miyoung-ssi."

I turned to face him. "What?"

"I'll be going out for a while. So, you guard the house."

"What am I, a dog?"

He chuckled. "No.", he then patted my head. "But you be a good girl while I'm gone."

I pushed his hand away. "It's not like I'm gonna do anything...", I mumbled.

"Bye~" And then he left. Probably to his girlfriend...

Now I'm all alone in the house. ...Great. I can't call Seung-ah. Mingyu's caller ID says he's busy. Mom and Dad never comes home (kidding). The idiot person I can go to just left the house. For once, I am mad at myself for not having much friends. What do I do nowww~~

Just then, I received a text.

Vernon: 

Hey noona

Vernon, huh? I'm not really close to the kid but we talk. Like, how's the weather?

Miyoung:

hi vernon

Vernon:

what are u doing now

Miyoung: 

nothing really

Miyoung:

im bored af atm

Vernon:

same

The conversation's kinda(really) awkward so far.

Vernon:

u wanna talk bout somethin??

I don't know how but after bringing up food (because why not?) randomly, we started hopping from one topic to another. Like, food, music, cartoons, old tv shows, etc. I found out me and Vernon have a lot of common interests. 

Miyoung:

im not really digging it for heroes

Miyoung:

like the villains make the story a WHOLE lot better

Vernon:

Yisssssssssssss

Vernon:

villains ARE better than hoes
