It was as if the controller was stuck to my hand, I couldn't stop playing even if I wanted to. My eyes were glued to the screen for the past three hours because I was alone at home and had nothing else to do. I heard the door click open and I swung around to see someone walk in holding a Nike Duffel bag.

"I'm back!" he said while I turned back around to continue playing the game. "Yah. You could at least say hi," he said and I heard him take his shoes off and put the bag on the counter before coming over to me and sitting on the sofa with me.

"Oh. Okay, hi," I said, concentrating hard.

"Woah! Watch out! There's one right around the corner!" he screamed and I looked where he was pointing to before executing the fellow zombies. "Let's play two player," he said.

"Wait. I'm almost done!" I said, still concentrating on the game.

I felt him move closer to me and he slithered his arms around my waist and rested his chin on my shoulder. I dropped the controller in shock and turned to him.

"Yay!" he said, his eye smile emerging.

I turned to the screen to find the words 'Game Over' plastered all over it.

"Now we can play two player!"
