Hana had enough after that and went to the room that Suho had showed her was hers, he also left a stack of books in her assigned room and she was grateful for that. But she couldn’t help but wonder what was going to happen after all of it ended.

                Would Minseok send her away like Ren predicted? Or will she be a member of Fallen Snow like the others? Her life would never be safe again and she knew it. A knock at her bedroom door snapped her out of the thoughts that invaded her mind far too often and the man himself peered through the door.

“Can I come in?” Minseok asked.

Hana nodded “Technically you’re already in.”

“You know what I meant.” He came in and shut the door behind him “You can’t possibly be thinking of going with Nu’est.”

Hana looked away from him and down at her hands “Before I left Ren spoke to me.” She muttered as he came closer to sit next to her on the bed “He said that you’re stubborn and that… you wouldn’t want me to continue to be a part of this. A part of Fallen Snow.”

“That’s true.” Minseok confirmed “But I don’t want you to be a part of any kind of mafia, Hana.” He brought his hand up and rested it on her shoulder “I’m sorry. I know that you said you were in but you weren’t born into this life like the rest of us. It’s all we’ve ever known and you’ve been through enough.”

Hana looked at him with annoyance “You’re the ones that dragged me in deeper than I should have been to begin with.” Her voice was cold and he knew she was upset “I’ve been involved with this before I can even remember. The stuff that happened with my parents makes me a part of this as much as you.”

“But this is my life.” Minseok pleaded with her “The others can take care of themselves and –”

“How many times do I have to prove myself?!” Hana snapped at him as she stood up and shrugged his hand from her shoulder “So what?” She spun to face him “After all of this we get divorced, pretend that we never existed in the same time frame and move on?”

“That’s exactly how it’s going to go.” Minseok said casually.

Hana swallowed the lump in “If I told you that I liked you would that change anything?”
