Hana came downstairs only to find that Yixing and Donghae was missing but two other unfamiliar faces were sat at the breakfast bar, causing Hana to eye them cautiously.

Kai looked around and smiled at Hana “Hey.”

Hana shifted nervously “Hi.”

“It’s okay.” Baekhyun spoke up “They’re from the SSA too.”

Hana nodded slowly “Why?”

“Jongdae and Sehun are here to fix your door.” Minseok said to her.

Sehun, the taller man with brown hair smiled “So you’re Hana.”

“Yeah.” Hana moved to the other end of the breakfast bar.

Jongdae coughed awkwardly “The door?”

“Oh yeah!” Kai stood up “Come with me.” He gestured for the two to follow him.

Sehun smiled at Hana “Good to meet you.”

“Same…” Hana muttered as she watched them leave.

Baekhyun pulled something out of his pocket and placed it in front of her “These are your prescribed medication for your anxiety.”

“What?” Hana frowned “Anxiety?” she picked up the bottle “Will this help?”

“It will.” Baekhyun nodded “Just take one every day.”

“Once you’ve had your breakfast.” Minseok said as he placed a plate in front of her “We’ll get started on the basics.”

“I’ll be watching so you don’t have to worry.” Baekhyun assured her.

Hana nodded as she opened the bottle “Okay… but I have a question.”

“Yes?” Baekhyun looked at her questioningly.

She swallowed the tablet with a swig of orange juice before she spoke again “How close were they to getting in?”

“They couldn’t break the code for the elevator.” Minseok answered her “So not far.”

She nodded “Okay…”

                Minseok told Hana to stretch after him and Baekhyun had pushed all of the sofas in the Living room back, including the coffee table and TV.

Minseok jogged on the spot briefly before he clapped his hands together “Okay, clearly violence will be unavoidable but to really defend yourself you’re going to want to know how to fight back effectively – it’s possible that it’ll even be against someone twice your size.”

Minseok gave her a reassuring smile “When you’re in a confrontation, you only have a few seconds and a few moves to try before the fight may be decided. Before an attacker has gained full control of you, you must do everything you can – conserving as much energy as possible – to inflict injury so you can get away and remember in self-defence, its hurt or be hurt.”
