Today is the last day. That was the last greet. I am back. I'm relieved. With my bag in my hand, I walked in the direction of the exit with my fellow comrades. I saw people around being embraced by their precious ones. Neither my biological or stepparents know I entered the army... not that they would be here if they knew. I didn't even tell John at first or ahjumma. They after must have found out I entered the army, but I've never told them when I would discharge. While everyone was happy to see those who they missed, I just left the place filled with love and happiness. I rumbled in the pockets of my casual outfit, searching for money. 50,000 won, it must be enough for a ticket back to Seoul.
