BANG

“What was that?” Krystal jumped out of her seat, trying to look through the darkness.

People were screaming and trying to run out of the restaurant. Because so many people were moving at the same time, it created chaos, stalling Jessica and Krystal from reaching the exit.

“Krys be careful the lights are out” Jessica tried to reach out to her sister

“THEY’RE IN THERE” a man shouted, echoing throughout the restaurant

“Uh oh…..KWON” Jessica shouted, fearing that the worst has happened

“Shhhh keep quiet, I’ll lead you out of here” Yuri whispered to Jessica and held her hand

“But what about my sister?” Jessica asked

“It’s okay, Amber will take her out another way and we can meet back at the base, she knows what to do already” Yuri whispered back and began to guide Jessica through the darkness

“Get down!” Yuri pushed Jessica under a table as a flashlight beam shone across their heads

Yuri shifted to another position and pulled her gun out.

“SHE’S NOT HERE” one man yelled to the other

“CHECK UNDER THE TABLES” the other man yelled back

“Shoot…I have no choice” Yuri cursed

She slowly stood up and fired two shots at the man about to look under the table where Jessica was hiding. The man dodged the first one but the second one hit him in the arm, causing him to drop his flashlight. Yuri then fired another shot and it lodged itself right in his forehead. The dead man lifelessly dropped to the ground with a loud thud.

Jessica saw the whole scene and was so shocked that she couldn’t move. She was worried about Krystal too.

Yuri looked around to scan for other hostiles but couldn’t find any. She quickly pulled Jessica out from under the table and they dashed towards the exit.

“That’s strange….there was another guy” Yuri said to herself
