In the meeting room

Jessica was still in shock and denial after hearing what Yuri whispered to her on her way in the room. Yuri shut the door, leaving Jessica and an unknown visitor in the room.

“You wanted to see me but who are you?” Jessica stood still in her position, the person’s back was turned to her. The person seemed like a woman with black hair tied up in a ponytail.

“Really Jess? You can’t recognize your own sister?” the woman turned around, looking disappointed

“Oh my goodness….Krystal!” Jessica happily ran towards her sister and enveloped her into a big hug

“How did you know I was here?” she asked

“Well I asked dad and he said that you were under some special protection then I snooped around the house and found military issue cameras. I called Amber and she did a little bit of research and here I am” Krystal explained

“Right….I forgot Amber was in the military too, oops” Jessica chuckled.

 Amber was Krystal’s childhood friend, punching bag, tutor, and lover. She had entered the military shortly after graduating high school so she could provide Krystal with a sense of security. While Krystal moved to the US for college, Amber continued her military training and requested to be deployed overseas so she could stay with Krystal.

“When did you come back? Don’t you have school?” Jessica eyed Krystal suspiciously

“It’s spring break sis. Amber had to come back for some sort of examination so I came back to visit you. Seems like a lot’s happened with dad and his company.”

“Yeah. He ran into trouble with some sort of mafia so he got me a bodyguard. I’m staying on base until I get a safehouse”

“And you be careful too. Tell Amber about this so she can keep an eye out for people that might want to hurt you”

“You too Jess” Krystal held Jessica’s hand tightly

“Don’t worry, that black bean won’t let anything happen to me” Jessica pointed at Yuri standing outside.

“Ohhhhh that girl outside is your bodyguard?” Krystal asked

“Yeah” Jessica replied

“She’s hot sis, you better watch out” Krystal winked at Jessica

“Yah! Krystal Jung I’m telling Amber about this” Jessica snapped

“You wouldn’t do that to me right sis?” Krystal nervously laughed

“Let’s go out for dinner and catch up” Jessica suggested

“Sure, do you want to come to my hotel? The food is pretty good there” Krystal answered

“Okay, what time?”

“Amber’s supposed to be meeting with her supervisor sometime soon so maybe after that? I’ll text you the address” Krystal said

“Sure, be careful okay? Call me if anything happens” Jessica hugged her sister

“Yes mom” Krystal playfully replied and stood up

“Bye Krys”

“Byeeeee” Krystal waved and walked out of the back entrance to th
