(Jung Somin’s POV)

                  What if I told him, that I’m happier with the person I love and not to the person I’m forcing myself to love? What if I told him, that I love him and I want to marry him? What if I told him, ‘let’s call off this wedding’?

                  Letting out a sigh, I watched him walked out of the waiting room allowing my dad to walk in. “Look at my princess. All grown up and ready to move out from my house.” Dad said to me with a chuckle causing me to sniff a bit and laugh care freely with him.

                  Dad sat beside me and wrapped his hands around my shoulder. “Kiddo? Tell me something.” That nickname he gave me ever since I can remember, I loved it. It’s been so long since he last called me that.

                  “What is it dad?” I asked him softly. Letting out a sigh, he looked at my face. “You don’t love him.” he said to me directly causing me to be uncomfortable. “No, I do love Dong Joon.” I told him softly and not so confident.

                  “Then why isn’t my sunshine, shining brightly like she does every morning and on special occasions? Why is my sunshine not being able to have fun like you used to? Why is my sunshine not being able to laugh on her wedding day?” he looked at me as he threw out all the questions one by one.

                  I stared at him hard and tried not to cry by throwing my head back. “Ah dad, you are making me cry.” I said to him softly while sniffing.

                  “No, dear, you are making yourself cry. It’s not me. You don’t love Dong Joon and I have noticed it for the past few months. Tell me honestly and I won’t get mad at you at all.” He said to me softly and I chuckled.

                  “You all say that. That you won’t get mad for saying things honestly.” I said to him with a chuckle causing him to let out his care free laugh.

                  “I’m not like your mom just so you know.” He said to me softly. I nodded and watched him walking towards the door.

                  “Dad, please don’t hate me. But…” I let it off, causing him to smile at me. “I understand.” He said to me with a smile and a wink.

                  At first I was confused. What was going to happen? Is everything going to be alright? Am I going to be sent off with Dong Joon forever?

 

(Kim Hyung Joong’s POV)

                  I watched her walking into the aisle hand in hand with her father. It was the scene I wanted to see from the front and not from the back. I wanted to ask for her hand and her father would proudly give me. I watched at her with a smile.

                  “I don’t think this will work,” I said to my sister softly as I walked out of the hall and towards my car. If only it can work.

                  “Hyung Joong!” I heard someone call causing me to turn around. “Yumi?” I called out causing her to smile. “Giving up so soon?” she asked me softly, causing me to let out a weak chuckle. “What do you expect me to do?” I asked her causing her to shrug.

                  “I don’t know, run after her and drag her out of the wedding hall and be the runaway couple? That sounds so romantic, honestly.” She started to fantasize causing me to let out a chuckle. “Perhaps in our dreams. I’m going to go for a while.” I replied to, her causing her to nod her head.
