Myungsoo sighs in relief after the doctor confirms that Byunghun didn’t suffer a concussion and passed out only due to his fever that was caused by a viral infection that could be controlled by antibiotics and could be discharge once the first dose of it has been administered through an IV.

He slowly walks to his wife who was sulking in the corner, playing a game on her cell phone with a bored expression on her face.

“Byunghun’s down with a fever.. I’ll give Wooshin a call to pick him up before we leave.” Myungsoo informs Hyojin rather coldly before leaving her alone.

Hyojin puts down her phone and pretends to inspect her nails as Myungsoo leaves before looking up and watch her husband dial a number on his phone before putting it to his ear. She rolls her eyes as she felt a surge of jealousy and bitterness pulsating through her veins. Clenching her fist, she recalls how Myungsoo yelled at her for kicking him in his face. In her opinion that little deserved it, other than the rumors she had heard about Myungsoo’s one sided love for Byunghun, there had also been hot rumors flying around that the boy was a dirty little who had a child out of wedlock. Every time Hyojin’s friends came over for tea they would snicker and gossip about the Byunghun, laughing at Hyojin, saying that her husband hired such a ‘low class human’ to work for her. And such ‘low class humans’ disgust Hyojin to the bone and she was going to torture him and get rid of him no matter what. She needed him out of her house and out of Myungsoo’s life.

“Myungsoo oppa actually yelled at me because of that dirty little and I’ll make sure that dirty little pay for it.”

“Thank you Myungsoo-sshi.” Wooshin bowed to the elder to thank Myungsoo for sending Byunghun to the hospital and caring for him till they arrived.

Chanhee watched on with a bitter taste in his mouth when he saw how gentle and affectionate Myungsoo was when tending to Byunghun, soaking a wet towel in a small red bucket of cold water before squeezing it dry and folding it into a rectangle and placing it on Byunghun’s forehead.

Who was Kim Myungsoo to Lee Byunghun anyway? Weren’t they just sharing a senior-junior and employer-employee relationship?

Chanhee pursed his lips together into a thin line, clearly unhappy at Myungsoo’s rather loving gestures and treatment towards Byunghun.

What is this that he’s feeling? Could it be jealousy?

Chanhee quickly shook the thoughts out of his head, reminding himself that he was still at the stage of getting over Jonghyun.
