Jonghyun frowns as he sees Byunghun clinging onto Yewon as he led the lady to the main entrance of the hospital. 

“Omma!” Jonghyun shouts across the lobby as Yewon turns towards her son in surprise. She didn’t exactly expect to see him in the hospital judging from his busy schedule in the most chaotic department in the building, the A&E department.

“Jonghyun ah. Why are you here?” She asked slowly, a little nervous that Jonghyun would ask her that same question back at her instead.

Which he did.

“You should have informed me if you were coming omma.”

“I didn’t want to bother you, you’re such a busy doctor now. Omma will take my leave first. Hurry in and focus on your job sweety don’t mind me.” Yewon hurriedly bids her son goodbye before giving him a quick hug and a peck on his cheek before bidding goodbye to Byunghun as well, insisting that she can leave on her own from here.

Waving to her disappearing figure, Byunghun turns his attention back to Jonghyun and smiled. To his surprise, Jonghyun just turned away coldly without greeting the pediatrician as he headed back to his job. 

“First Chanhee hyung and now my mother, what are you even up to gosh...” He clicked his tongue irritatedly, quickening his footsteps before Byunghun could even catch up with him.

Which Byunghun didn’t bother as he was more occupied as to pondering over Jonghyun’s sudden cold attitude towards him. What’s up with him? What did he mean by first Chanhee hyung and then his mother? Byunghun curled his tongue to the back of his mouth with a confused expression on his face. It was as though Chanhee and Jonghyun had switched personalities how bizarre.

Sohyun nearly spit out her distilled water she was chugging from a plastic bottle when she saw Chanhee smile as her as he calmly walk past her in the corridor. 

The hoity toity Lee Chanhee is smiling. What is happening? Is it going to snow in autumn? Sohyun was pretty sure it was going to snow. Or maybe she was hallucinating. The auburn haired doctor rubbed her eyes before looking at Chanhee once again, extremely shocked at the fact that he was indeed still smiling at her. Walking towards the cardiologist she hit him hardly on his chest as Chanhee gasped and put his palm on his chest before turning up to glare at Sohyun.

“What was that for? Are you crazy?” 

“You look more like yourself this way. You are the crazy one.” She retorted with a snort, running her fingers through her hair to kempt the tangled ends that was being blown around by the autumn wind. 

“Don’t you think I look more handsome when I smile?” Chanhee grinned widely at Sohyun who was blinking rapidly at Chanhee’s strange behavior. 

“Uh whatever you say.” Sohyun decided to just go with whatever Chanhee was saying. Who knows what is going on with the eccentric cardiologist, maybe he went cuckoo in the head from all the stress working under Andy Lee.

If it was even possible, Chanhee’s grin stretched wider that Sohyun was surprised how his lips haven’t torn from all the pressure he has been putting on them stretching them widely from all his sudden smiling.
