Maknae Rebellion

Entwined Destinies
Seohyun's eyes creeped open slowly and carefully, to make sure they were all gone.
Somehow, the person hadn't hit her hard enough to knock her out completely, and currently, their
attention was distracted elsewhere. Seohyun decided to do the best thing she could in such a situation.
Seohyun stumbled over to hide behind a large tree, and watched the scene from behind. She looked in
horror as the remaining people were either knocked out with a metal rod or a white cloth undoubtedly
soaked with poison.
    Oh no, eoteokke...
All of a sudden, a pair of strong arms reached out grab her from behind. A hand covered while the
other fastened her own arms behind her and pulled her away from the tree. She struggled and kicked with the
remaining amount of strength she had left, wanting to bite the hand. The person holding her was strong, and
was winning at the moment.
Thinking ahead, she realized her legs were still free and weren't restrained. She twisted herself as well as she could,
and swung her leg violently, not caring where it ended up hitting.
   "AIYA!!"
She felt it come into contact hard somewhere on the other person's body, who groaned loudly and released her immediately.
However, as she was about to ran away, she realized the groaning sound coming from the person was extremely familiar. It
sounded like a voice she'd admired from afar....
Eoteokke...? What if I'm just delusional....
Risking her safety, Seohyun whirlled around to see who her victim had been.
It was none other than Cho Kyuhyun.
She immediately saw that it was Kyuhyun who was lying crumpled on the ground grabbing his right leg in pain. A wave of
relief washed over her.
"Aigo! Joesupnida, Kyuhyun-oppa!" she whispered quietly so as to not catch the attention of the people in black who were still
wandering around. Kyuhyun wouldn't respond to her, and was still to busy clutching his right leg in pain. Having no choice,
Seohyun grabbed one of his arms and dragged him back to same tree she'd hidden behind before, and monitored the people
from afar.
The both of them witnessed together everyone else either being dragged carelessly and thrown into the house or tossed like flour
sacs into a black truck that had been parked nearby that neither of them had bothered noticing before. There was a lady with
long flowing blonde hair, and she signalled for the rest of the crew to get back into the truck. Various people dressed in black
rushed out from all corners of the house, and Seohyun's heart plummeted as she realized then that nobody had escaped
from their death traps.
As soon as the truck drove away, Seohyun readied herself to run into the house and care for the people inside or call the police
as soon as she was sure the truck was out of sight.
Aigo, my unnies....I hope you're okay. She kicked her white sandals off her feet, left Kyuhyun and decided to book it as fast as
she could.
  "JAMKAN MANYO!"
Kyuhyun had suddenly grabbed her hand and pulled her back, keeping her from running into the house.
"OPPA?!" she cried out horridly. "WAEYO?!"
"I CAN'T LET THEM GO!" he yelled back to her.
He suddenly pulled her in the direction of the truck, and started running after it.
   "OPPA!! STOP!!"
Seohyun yelled at him repeatedly to stop and stay back but he wasn't listening anymore. He had a furious expression on his face
and he kept running and running after the truck which was getting farther and farther away. His grip on Seohyun's hand was
starting to make her feel pain, because of how tightly he was holding onto it.
It was only then that Kyuhyun realized he had no chance of catching up to them. He started slowing down, and the truck went
farther and farther still, obviously with no sign of stopping. Seohyun was breathing hard by this time, and she grabbed desparately
onto Kyuhyun's arm to balance herself.
"Oppa..." she breathed. "Let's just...go...back...to...the house..."
Then she realized Kyuhyun was lookig around for something.
   "Kyuhyun oppa..." she breathed. "B-buo..?"
Suddenly, Seohyun felt a sudden yank on her arm again, as Kyuhyun started to pull her arm again. He started running again,
this time towards the side of the street. He seemed to be running towards a couple standing by a motorcycle, near the park.
   oh no...don't tell me...
Kyuhyun let go of Seohyun's hand and ran up desparately to the man, who was now sitting on the motorcycle.
"Jebal!" he panted desparately. "I need to borrow this for a second!"
Naturally, the man looked at him as if he was crazy. Kyuhyun didn't even bother waiting for a response. He disdainfully and
carelessly shoved the man off his seat so that the man ended up sprawled on the ground and jumped onto the seat himself. As the man's
lover rushed over to help him, Kyuhyun beckoned for Seohyun to get on. Seohyun looked at him hesitantly, and stood where she was.
"BAELLEH!" Kyuhyun screamed desparately, as he took glances at the truck, which was now speeding up. "If that thing turns we'll
never catch up to it!" He started the engine as fast as he could.
Seohyun took another step towards Kyuhyun but then stopped again. Suddenly, she moved swiftly towards the couple sitting on
the sidewalk, the woman looking at the bruise on the man's leg with a pitiful look on her face.
Kyuhyun's eyes were wide in horror. "What're you--"
Seohyun unexpectedly bent down and grabbed the two helmets lying beside the couple. Both of them looked up at her, frightened
and wide-eyed at her.
Seohyun causally tossed one over to Kyuhyun, who suddenly had an impressed look on his face, and jumped onto the seat behind him.
"Joeshimida," she said to the couple as Kyuhyun turned the motorcycle around. "Kyuhyun oppa will buy you everything brand new."
She plopped the helmet on, and with that they sped down the road after the truck as fast as they could.
Seohyun yelped as the motorcycle hit a bump and she instinctively threw her arms around Kyuhyun's waist.
"Yah! Kyuhyun oppa! Have you ever driven this before?!" she quivered in terror.
"Ne, once," he yelled over the engine sound. "In the arcade, two blocks away from school on Extreme Cyclist. I came in 1st place!"
Seohyun whimpered helplessly as she could do nothing but wrap her arms tighter around him, as much as she didn't want to. They were
starting to get closer and closer to truck, which was starting to take turns.
"Yah, oppa!" Seohyun yelled. "Don't drive too close! They'll notice us!"
"Don't worry," Kyuhyun soothed. "I got it." His voice was so soothing that Seohyun almost believed him for a second...until he took
a swerve that almost made her heart jump out of her chest. The fear and excitement of it all almost made Seohyun forget what she was
doing and where she was going.
Kyuhyun followed truck through the usually congested but now empty streets of Seoul and soon left the outskirts of the city. They kept
going for so long that the sun had even started to set when it was bright light before. There were no longer any buildings in site and
just barren fields with random rows of trees growing here and there. They clearly had went well outside the city boundaries.
Eventually, it got to the point that Seohyun finally got comfortable with Kyuhyun's driving which was starting to stabilize, so she slowly and
casually pulled her arms away from Kyuhyun.
"Yah, are you sure you want to do that?" Kyuhyun asked over the sound of the engine.
   "Buoya?!" Seohyun yelled back.
"You might fall off if you don't hold on!"
Seohyun glared at the back of his head angrily.
"Now's not the time to make a move," Seohyun scoffed disdainfully, not meaning anything by it.
   "BUOYA?!"
The motorcycle swerved violently and Seohyun screamed and threw her arms around Kyuhyun's waist. Kyuhyun did his best to control the
suddenly wild vehicle, but it was no good.
   "OPPA!!" Seohyun screeched. "WHAT'S HAPPENING?!"
"I DON'T KNOW!" Kyuhyun yelled in response.
The vehicle twisted and its own, and pulled them in randome positions. As it finally straigtened its course, it drove them straight
towards a huge boulder that would kill them for sure if they ran into it at such a speed.
"OPPA!!!" Seohyun cried out in terror.
"HOLD ON!!" Kyuhyun yelled back. He let go of the handlebars knowing it was useless to hope by this point in time.
"JUMP!!" he yelled. Seohyun screamed loudly as Kyuhyun tossed himself off the motorcycle and dragging her with him. They fell safely
into a ditch by the roadside, while the motorcycle kept heading straight, ran into the boulder, and exploded right upon impact.
Kyuhyun turned his back towards the tree and pushed Seohyun into the ditch to shield her from the impact. Seohyun could only close her
eyes and curl up as tightly as she could.
Slowly, Kyuhyun turned around to look at the damage. Seohyun crawled up beside him and gasped to see that the motorcycle had blown
up into a million pieces and the wheels flew in different directions. They could only stare with a dazed expression at the mess
they'd created.
"To think that could've been us," Seohyun gasped.
Kyuhyun pulled off his helmet and whipped his hair. "Good thing you brought these along," he said grimly.
Seohyun smiled weakly and pulled off her own helmet. "And now you have to pay for all of it," she forced a laugh. She chucked her helmet
at Kyuhyun, causing him to drop his own while fumbling with the airborne one. She laughed, got up and brushed the dirt off her
white dress-like shirt and jeans. She noticed that Kyuhyun was staring off into the distance.
"Oppa...?" Seohyun walked up beside him and realize what he was gazing at. The truck which they'd been gazing at for so long had
started going up a hill leading to a gray and dreary looking yet formidable building.
Kyuhyun grinned in triumph. "Now I know where we're going. Looks like our efforts weren't wasted after all." He started walking in
a random direction.
Seohyun looked earnestly at him and grabbed his arm. "Oppa, are you going crazy?" she yelled. "How the heck are we going to get up
there without them noticing? Besides, we still have to worry about the people back home! Omo...I still have to call emergency services...
..AIYA!! There's no signal here!!!! Aigo!! What do we do..."
Kyuhyun sighed as Seohyun babbled onwards. Instinctively, he suddenly grabbed ahold of her hand that was holding the phone.
Naturally, she froze immediately and turned to stare at him.
   "Oppa?!" she gasped.
"Would you calm down? Just leave it to me," Kyuhyun soothed. "I'm not that useless."
Seohyun humphed and tore her hand away from him. "That's what you said before the motorcycle blew up."
   "Hey, that was your fault!"
   "How's it my fault?!"
   "You were distracting me!"
   "How?!"
At this, Kyuhyun suddenly turned away. Now's not the time to make a move, she'd said. It hadn't meant anything to her, but to him
it meant a lot. Of course, he couldn't let her know that he was blushing. It would ruin his cold and manly image that masked his shy
and honest true self.
He cleared his throat and turned around to face a Seohyun with a slightly dazed expression on her face.
   "Buoya...?" she murmured, annoyed.
"It's nothing," Kyuhyun replied. He started walking past her towards the grey building. "Let's just go."
Seohyun stared at him incredously. "Where?" she asked bluntly.
Kyuhyun turned around and gave Seohyun a half-smirk.
   "You'll see."

                                                                             **************************************

"Are you going to hurry up or stay behind and soak to death in the rain?!"
"Joesongmida!! It's just...oppa's legs are longer than mine."
Kyuhyun and Seohyun were climbing up a grassy hill in the middle of the forest out in the middle of nowhere, in the midst of a drizzling
rainstorm. Kyuhyun had manged to scramble at least three metres ahead of Seohyun, while Seohyun was holding her white, heeled sandals in one
hand and digging her feet desparately into the soil. She was holding her arms out unstably to keep her balance. Seohyun had been complaining
about different aspects of this little "excursion" for the past while, everything from her new clothes getting wet to Kyuhyun's proud
expression.
Kyuhyun scoffed. "Last I checked, your legs are pretty long too."
Seohyun shot Kyuhyun an annoyed yet somehow extremely cute glare that made him almost lose his own footing. Aigo, that's the third
time....what is this?! He turned around annoyed at himself and continued up the slippery hill.
"I don't know what those girls in the fanclub see in you," Seohyun shot angrily at him as she took another huge step. "A real gentleman
would've helped me up this hill."
"But a real man wouldn't be so cruel as to look down on women by assuming they can't do certain things," Kyuhyun replied immediately.
"Besides, I recall you were part of that fanclub yourself."
At this Seohyun stopped climbing the hill and blushed.
"W-well, that's back when I didn't know you well," she stuttered. "And I didn't know you were so ungentlemanly."
At this Kyuhyun also stopped in his tracks and turned around to look incredously at Seohyun.
"Oh? So you're the shallow type?"
At that comment, Seohyun turned a deep shade of red and she froze completely on the spot. Aigo, what is this guy saying?
Seohyun immediately shook her head and snapped out of it immediately.
"Anyways, why don't you just tell me where you plan on going?" she groaned.
Kyuhyun shrugged. "Who knows? I saw the those people go up this hill so I decided to go around and climb up this way."
"But why are we following them anyway?"
"Don't you want to rescue your unnies?"
At the mention of her unnies, Seohyun felt like she was going to cry. She still had the bruise on her head where they'd beaten her with
the metal rod.
"Kurichi...." she muttered. "What about you?! Why are you going here anyway? All your hyungs are probably bleeding to death right now
back at home."
Kyuhyun suddenly stopped again. He turned to stare at the building with a faraway look in his eyes.
"One of my most precious hyungs was taken in there," Kyuhyun said distantly. "If I hadn't ran after him, who would?"
Seohyun gazed up at him intently. It was that moment that Seohyun realized who he was talking about.
"D...do you believe in him that much?" Seohyun uttered.
Kyuhyun turned his gaze back to her. His hair was matted and dripping due to the rain and it plastered his handsome face. His eyes
had a mixture of sorrow and expectance in them, and his smile was almost sad to look at.
"I always did, and always will," he replied. Seohyun expected to feel taken aback by this comment, but in fact she didn't.
Because she felt the same way for one of her unnies as well.
Kyuhyun took a deep breath and looked away again. "I remember calling Donghae stupid and impudent for accusing him like that," he
mused. "I yelled at him, and asked him what the heck he was thinking when he said our Teuk hyung would something like that......I guess he
just loves Yoona too much for his own good." Kyuhyun suddenly noticed Seohyun was listening very intently. "But don't tell her that.
"Either way, I was the one who decided to look this over. I was the one who planned this whole trick for Taeyeon unnie to talk to him. I
got us all into this mess, and I'll get us out by getting Teukie hyung back. I'll swear my life and everything I have on it."
Seohyun gazed up at him as if she just saw a new light shine from him. He did seem radiant after he's uttered those words, and she could
easily relate to them. He was so brave and loyal and clever.
Seohyun silently watched as Kyuhyun stood there in the now pouring rain seemingly reminiscing what he thought to be his sins. She
couldn't tell wether or not there really were tears flowing from his eyes, or if it was just an illusion of the rain.
She slowly pulled herself together and climbed up to stand beside him. She touched his arm gently.
"Oppa..." she whispered. "It'll all be fine. I'm here with you."
She smiled angelicly at him, and even he couldn't help but return her smile. Seohyun's hand slid down Kyuhyun's arm and grabbed his hand,
gripping it tightly. They gazed comfortably at each other for a moment, taking in the pretense silence that was interupted by the
pitted patter of the raindrops falling down all around them, while soaking them also.
Another sudden rush of billowing wind slapped the heavy rain into their cheeks, and caused them to snap back to the reality around them
immediately. For some reason, they both decided to look up and see how badly the rain was, but then immediately regretted it.
"Aigo, it really is raining so badly," Kyuhyun groaned. He tugged on Seohyun's hand, which was still clasped firmly on his. "Come, let's
go take shelter underneath that huge tree over there for a little bit." Seohyun nodded in agreement without saying a word.
Kyuhyun and Seohyun finally made their way over to the giant tree, and walked underneath the branches. Seohyun threw her sandals down and
collapsed against the tree stump, sighing in relief. Kyuhyun smiled wickedly at her sudden exhaustion.
"You know," he smirked. "For a top-notch cheerleader, you're awfully unfit."
Seohyun glared angrily at him. "Fine," she said. "Then you try climbing that hill barefoot in the rain wearing skinny jeans and a long dress shirt
 like I am."
Kyuhyun laughed as he cleared a spot in the grass beside her. "If you switch clothes with me, I can probably pull it off perfectly," he winked at her.
"I just had a very disturbing thought in my mind," Seohyun said, monotone.
Kyuhyin laughed again. "Believe it or not, I tried cross-dressing once," Kyuhyun smiled. "Heechul-hyung and Teukie-hyung talked me into it."
Seohyun's eyes widened. "No way!" She started laughing as she hit him on the arm. "Suave and cool Cho Kyuhyun would dress up like a girl?!"
Kyuhyun scratched his head. "In the end I only ended wearing a wig...and Heechul hyung laughed at me a lot but..."
Kyuhun couldn't finish his sentence because by this time Seohyun was laughing too hard for him to continue. She was hitting herself
repeatedly on the knee and desperately trying to contain her cute laugh. Kyuhyun couldn't help but smile; her laughter was contagious.
"Yah, yah!" he announced. "It's not that funny." But naturally, he had a smile plastered on his face himself.
Seohyun couldn't reply because she was too busy laughing. Kyuhyun couldn't help but stare at her. He felt a churning in his heart, as if
someone just gave it a twist.
"A-ah, S-Seohyun-ah..." Kyuhyun said. Aigo, what's wrong with me, why can't I talk?
Seohyun stopped laughing gradually and turned to look at Kyuhyun. She beamed brightly at him.
"I can't imagine you looked too pretty with that wig on," Seohyun smiled.
Kyuhyun looked taken aback. "Wae, wae?" he asked, moving into a squat position, and staring deeply at her. "Am I not pretty?"
Seohyun looked away slowly from his eyes and focused them on her feet.
"Annyo..." she said, her voice suddenly very quiet. "It's just oppa is too handsome to pass for a girl...." She blushed immediately and
turned away. Kyuhyun felt himself reddening as well as he faced her long and beautiful brown hair.
"Seohyun..." Kyuhyun didn't know what to say. Should I thank her? Or should I put her off? Aigo, eotteoke?!! And so the silence dragged
on awkwardly as Kyuhyun wracked his mind for a proper response. Seohyun could only sit there with her face slightly buried in his
knees, staring out into the now drizzling rain.
Without knowing what to do next, Kyuhyun stood up and brushed off his pants. Seohyun raised her head and looked innocently at him.
"Well, we should get going," he said, brushing his hands off. "The rain's letting up, and we've been here for awhile." Without thinking,
he held out a hand to help her up.
Seohyun's eyes widened at the sight of his hand, and she wasn't sure what to do. Kyuhyun too realized his mistake, but knew it was
much too late to take it back now. Hesitantly, Seohyun stretched out her own hand and placed it carefully into his palm. He immediately
tightened his grip and pulled her up beside him.
Too close! Seohyun freaked out in her mind as she was standing barely centimetres away from him. She immediately shook her hand free
of his grip and started walking ahead. Kyuhyun looked after her, a slight look of sadness on his face. Regardless, he jogged lightly in
order to catch up to her.
"So," he breathed as he got next to her. Her steps were surprisingly fast on the current flat ground so he still had to jog to
keep up with her. A desperately wracked his brain to find a non-awkward topic to talk about. "Taeyeon seems to have a special liking for
 Teuk-hyung, huh?"
Without looking at him, Seohyun expressed herself with a terrified facial expression.
    Whoopsies...wrong topic...
"Buoya?" she gasped. "My unnie could never like a player like him."
Kyuhyun smiled. "You'd be surprised," Kyuhyun said.
Seohyun stopped walking and turned to stare at him. "What's that supposed to mean?"
Kyuhyun turned himself away from her and started walking away with a slightly proud expression on his face. He started climbing the hills
again.
Seohyun climbed quickly after him and grabbed his arm. "Wae, oppa? Malhaebwa!" she cried.
Kyuhyun smirked again and turned to face her. "First of all, Teuk-hyung may act and pretend like he's a player, but he really isn't.
He's much too sensitive for something like that but it suits his image so he just goes with it."
Seohyun interupted immediately. "But I saw him with that pretty black-haired girl just last we--"
Kyuhyun held up a hand to stop her. "Like I said, he just goes along with it because it suits his image. Plus, a lot of girls seem to
like that image for some reason, so they end up swarming him. And of course, what guy doesn't want girls swarming around them?" He took a
nervous glance at Seohyun who was now glaring questioningly at him.
"Second of all," Kyuhyun continued. "I've seen a few interactions between hyung and Taeyeon. I've known hyung for quite awhile now and I
can honestly say he's never acted that way in front of a girl before. He just seems happier and more at peace around her for some reason....and
I don't know if Taeyeon is happy all the time but--"
"She is not, trust me. Half the time she's always an angry, grumbling and sleepy ajumma," Seohyun interrupted.
"--she's always smiling around Teuk-hyung as well."
Seohyun thought about for awhile. She often spied on Taeyeon a lot with YoonYul and Sooyoung, and everytime her emotions were often very
different around Leeteuk. It was kind of hard to explain, because it was a mix of emotions that was different everytime, but it brings out
a noticeable smile in her everytime...
Still, she would not admit it.
"Well, how do you know he's not just playing her like a fool again?" Seohyun responded. "Has it ever occured to you that his smiles
may just be fake?"
Kyuhyun looked taken aback. "Annyo...Teuk hyung isn't like that..."
Seohyun couldn't say a word any more. She didn't want her unnie being with someone so untrustworthy, so sly, and so tricky. Leeteuk
oppa seemed like he was too great of a man for one woman to embrace alone; he seemed like the guy who desired for many women
at once, because one wasn't enough to satisfy him. The thought made Seohyun disgusted as she shuddered. And that's why men
will never result up to anything...
"I'm sure he loves Taeyeon with all his heart. Like he'd never loved anyone before," Kyuhyun said suddenly.
Seohyun turned her head and looked Kyuhyun in the eyes. There was a strange sadness in his eyes, as if he was worried about his hyung's
happiness, that she might tell Taeyeon all the bad things about Leeteuk and ruin everything.
Seohyun could only turn away. Imagine that, the amazing, legendary and handsome player Teuk falling for Taeyeon unnie. Then again, it isn't
as if Taeyeon isn't pretty. She can look like quite the knockout when she dresses up once in awhile. But she just doesn't seem like Teuk-oppa's type at all.
And I guess Leeteuk oppa isn't so bad if what Kyuhyun-oppa is saying is true....
"Yah, Seohyun-ah," Kyuhyun suddenly grabbed Seohyun's arm suddenly. "Look!"
The two had somehow managed to scramble their way up the wet hill at last. In front of them was a metal fence, stretching out across the
dull and gray building they'd seen earlier. The two ran up to it as quickly as they could and looked inside: their most beloved friends
were in there, and they had to get inside.
Seohyun turned to face Kyuhyun. "How are we going to get in?" she asked. She only received a shrug in response. She turned back to the
fence. It's not that high...
"Let's climb over!" she said quickly as she started running towards the fence.
"WAIT, ANNYO!" Kyuhyun cried out suddenly. Seohyun stopped immediately and turned back to him.
   "Buoya?" she asked.
"The fence may be wired; you could get electrocuted to death," Kyuhyun explained grimly.
Seohyun immediately stepped away from the fence slowly. She looked around helplessly, as if hoping that a door would just mysteriously
appear somehow along the fence.
Seoyun finally slumped down by one of the trees into the wet grass in defeat. She threw her sandals down in anger.
"Now what?" she sighed. She looked up at Kyuhyun, who seemed just as clueless as she was. "We made it so far for nothing."
Kyuhyun breathed deeply. "It can't be for nothing," he announced suddenly.
Seohyun's head perked up to see Kyuhyun walking towards the metal fence with long and confidence strides.
   Oh no....
"Oppa?!!" Seohyun cried out as she stood up as quickly as she could.
"Since we're here, I might as well do this," Kyuhyun panted. His arms reached out towards the fence, and he was barely a metre away.
"OPPA, ANNNNYOOOOO!" Seohyun screeched as she started to run towards him. But it was too late; both of his hands had come into
contact with the fence.
And it ended with the worst.
Kyuhyun's confident expression seemed to evaporate off his face completely, and was replaced with an expression of horror. He let out
a painful scream as all the muscles in his arms and body started virating uncontrollably. His cry was terrifying and deafening, but
Seohyun was too scared at the image to be able to do anything. She could only watch as Kyuhyun let himself get controlled by the
electricity flowig through his body, destroying and eating away at him.
"OPPA!!!" she yelled. Kyuhyun's eyes started to droop and the muscles in his hand finally released themselves from each other let
him fall to the ground. His lifeless body landed with a thump, and his expression suddenly completely calm and emotionless.
"KYUHYUN-OPPA!!" Seohyun yelled again. At last she managed to release herself from her frozen position, and she dashed over to him
as fast as she could. She knelt down next to him and cradled his face.
"Oppa, wake up, oppa..." she whispered desparately. She placed his head into her lap, and starting hitting his cheeks lightly. She felt
his pulse: it was still there.
"Oppa, oppa, don't die," she cried. "Oppa, you can't leave me now...you can't..."
But it was useless. Kyuhyun wouldn't move. His breathing was getting more and more inaudible, and she could barely feel it anymore.
"Oppa, oppa!" she cried, more loudly this time. "OPPA, YOU CAN'T! YOU CAN'T DO THIS! WAKE UP!" Her yelling was getting dangerously
louder and louder, and she kept on shaking him harder and harder. But he still wouldn't move.
At last, Seohyun gave up all hope. She stopped shaking him and slumped down, burying her face into his chest and continuing to cry.
In the corner of her mind she thought of the state of Kyuhyun's hyungs, and how they were probably all waiting for him to save them.
But it was too late now....
   "Oppa..." she whispered. "Sa...sa..."
"You know...I might wake up if you did some mouth-to-mouth."
Seohyun's whispers suddenly got choked up in . She perked up immediately and sat up. She looked at Kyuhyun's face, who had his eyes
opened.
   And he was grinning.
The look on Seohyun's face must've been priceless, because Kyuhyun couldn't stop laughing as he drew himself to a sitting position.
"B...buoya?" Seohyun muttered through wide eyes.
Kyuhyun straightened out his clothes and brushed off any dirt as he continued laughing at her.
"You're so gullible," Kyuhyun laughed. "A metal fence that looks like that could't be wired. And that was terrible acting! I don't even
take drama.....oh by the way..." He turned to look on her with a mischevious glance. "You really seemed to be upset that I was injured
there, weren't you?"
   At this, Seohyun lost it.
She ripped a huge chunk of grass from behind her and chucked it at him as hard as she could. She let out a ferocious yelp as she jumped
at him, knocking him back down to the ground. Kyuhyun started crying out as Seohyun punched every inch of him she could reach, really
intending to make him hurt.
"AIGO!" Kyuhyun cried out between punches. "Buoya---stop!! it hurts!!--what're you--GET OFF ME!!"
Seohyun kept punching. "YOU BABO!!--tricking me--how could you?!!"
Kyuhyun continued to struggle but Seohyun wouldn't let up. Suddenly, he felt a wet drop land on his cheek. Is it raining
again? He looked up and was truly in shock.
   It was Seohyun's crying face.
She had truly worried and cared for him when he did that little prank on her. She'd been worried for his well-being, his health, and
her tears had been real.
And now she was punching him to death.
   He decided he'd had enough.
He suddenly let out an unexpected growl. Seohyun let out a startled yelp as Kyuhyun flipped her over and pinned her down to the
ground by the wrists. Her tears had stopped abruptly due to the sudden overwhelming strength.
"Oppa?!" she said in shock as she looked up into his face.
"You naughty maknae," Kyuhyun grinned mischevously. "You may be able to overpower your unnies but it'll take more than that to finish
me off."
My unnies. At the mention of her unnies, Seohyun immediately remembered why they were there. She pushed Kyuhyun off of her and
stood up, brushing off her clothes.
"Aigo, how'd we get so sidetracked!" Seohyun yelled suddenly. She ran towards the fence and threw her sandals over onto the other side.
"This is all your fault! Our unnies and oppas may be executed by now." She started grabbing onto the fence and digging her feet into the tiny holes,
climbing hastily and as quickly as she could.
Kyuhyun could only smile goofily. "But I must admit I enjoyed that little wrestling match we had there."
Seohyun flipped her head around with difficulty. "Buoya?! What's wrong with you?!"
Kyuhyun started walking up to her, goofy smile still in tact. "It's just I've never seen that side of you before. Who'd have thought the innocent and
adorable Seo Joo Hyun could be so violent."
"Don't underestimate me," Seohyun shot back. "I could've taken you if it wasn't for the fact that you took my by surprise." Seohyun
pulled herself higher as Kyuhyun latched himself onto the fence.
"Fine then," Kyuhyun grunted as he pulled himself up. "I challenge you to another fighting match as soon as all this is done."
Seohyun laughed. She threw her leg over the top of the fence and slowly pulled herself over the side.
"Buoya?" she laughed. "Only you would ask a girl to wrestle with you."
Kyuhyun would've shrugged if he wasn't too busy trying to catch up to her.
"What do guys ask girls then?" Kyuhyun asked innocently.
Seohyun laughed again as she started descending, slowly and carefully so she wouldn't fall.
"Do you really not know?" she teased. "Well, depending on how they feel about the girl they may ask different things."
"Really?" Kyuhyun mused. "So let's say I liked a certain girl. What would I say?" He took another step upwards and she took another step
downwards.
Seohyun gripped onto the fence tightly and shrugged the still slightly wet hair out of her eyes.
"Well, he would likely ask her out on a date or something," Seohyun responded without a change of emotion in her tone. "He would boldly
confess how he feels about her without any shame, and he would look deeply into her eyes and tell her how he feels."
As Seohyun dropped herself a step lower, she suddenly let out a shocked gasp.
She was face to face and extremely close with Cho Kyuhyun, and all that was seperating them was the thin metal face. Their noses and hands
were almost touching, and she was staring at with such a strange gaze that she wanted to turn away.
But she couldn't, and somehow she couldn't bring herself to move away from him. There was something entrancing and mesmerizing about
his gaze that she couldn't tear herself away from him. She could only stare back helplessly as her heart starting beating wildly in her chest.
"Then, Seohyun-ssi..." Kyuhyun spoke. She could feel his breath tickling her nose.
   "N-ne...?"
"Would you like to go out with me?"

Writing about dense and awkward maknae love is always daebak xD

And jic you havent noticed: Seohyun hates guys/boyfriends. In real life. Just so you know. She is like my FRIGGIN ROLE MODEL
when it comes to this forever single statement thingy.

Anyways, any requests on next update? Feel free, I'm kind of clueless right now xD
