Myungsoo snuggled into her neck and took a deep breath in, finally feeling his wife in his embrace. Jiyeon, who was still shock, stood there stunned until her son called for her.

“Omma! Appa is here!” He cheered. Jiyeon didn’t tell him what happened to them since she doesn’t want to hurt him. She only told him they’re going for a holiday. Ji Soo understood and went along with his mom obediently.

Jiyeon tried to struggle out of his grip but he wouldn’t bulge. She was panting heavily after a few struggles. “Let me go!” She exclaimed and pushed his arms away harshly. Finally, he released his grip after that harsh push. He turned her around to take a look at her face.

Myungsoo wouldn’t give up and pulled her to his embrace tightly but Jiyeon was still upset. She pushed his chest away harshly and glared at him. Myungsoo wanted to pull her back to his arms again but she pushed his chest away. “D-Don’t touch me.”

“Baby… Please listen to me. I know I misunderstood you and Howon. Please don’t push me away.” Myungsoo explained and apologized.

Jiyeon shook her head and frowned, letting a drop of tear to slip down. “It isn’t about this anymore, oppa. It’s just that… You don’t trust me at all.”

“No… Baby, please don’t cry… I do trust you! It’s just that… Anger came over me that day. I’m so sorry, baby. Please come back with me, eo?” Myungsoo wiped her tears away but she pushed his hands away.

“So I have to deal with it every time you’re angry?” Jiyeon bit onto her lips and shook her head, walking backwards and away from him. “Let’s go, Ji Soo-ah.” She held onto her son’s hand and walked away. Ji Soo followed her but looked back at his dad sadly. Myungsoo wanted to chase after her but his legs wouldn’t move at that moment. He finally forced himself to move and ran towards the direction she went but couldn’t see them anymore.

He ruffled his hair harshly and went back to the hotel he booked. He decided to camp at the café from tomorrow onwards just to wait for his wife and son.

Indeed, he did what he promised himself. He waited at the café the next day but his wife didn’t turn up. He waited the next day and it’s the same result. He camped at the café till the shop owner knows about his situation and even supported him.

Finally, his wait did pay off. He saw his wife entering the café with his son happily and chose a cake. They sat down at one corner of the café sitting opposite each other. Myungsoo couldn’t contain his happiness at that moment.

Jiyeon was feeding his son happily until she felt someone sat down beside her. She turned her head and her eyes widened to see Myungsoo smiling at her. “Why are you still here?
