Smile, YiXing!
Panting as she rang their doorbell, Jieun was relieved to see his grandmother open their front door, and let the woman in. The old lady already knew why she was here, if Jieun would know better, she was 99% sure that his grandmother must already have the overview of Jieun and her grandson’s problem. Jieun gave the woman a small smile, and before she could even ask, she already answered her question, “He’s upstairs. He has been sick with the flu,” she said.

Those tears of remorse, of sadness, of days not seeing him, of days she may not see him in the future. All of those thoughts running a thousand miles in her head, and it were killing her inside. Unaware, her boyfriend has woken up from his slumber. “Jieun?” He said groggily, but Jieun tightened her hold around Yixing. “No, stay like this a little longer.”
