“So what happened to those two?” Yookyung asked Hyosung.

Hyosung crossed her arms on her chest “Minah still denies that she likes Hyerin.” Hyosung mumbled problematically.

“What to do? It’s really obvious that she likes Hyerin!” Hayoung said sadly.

“I want them to end up together!” Yookyung pouted.

Hyosung thought for a little while. Hyerin was a dear friend of hers so she wanted to be of help with her love story. Suddenly..“I have a plan! Gosh I’m so damn great.” Hyosung flaunted happily.

Hayoung stared at her. “Uh..huh?”

Hyosung motioned the two to move forward to her. As the two leaned closer, “Let’s make Hyerin realize her feelings for Minah.” Hyosung whispered excitedly.

Yookyung thought about it for a while. “It’s not bad.” She commented.

“How do we do that?” Hayoung asked innocently.

“She’s now coming this way!” Hyosung pointed at Hyerin who is approaching them.

“Hey..have you seen Minah?” Hyerin asked innocently.

Hyosung’s eyes sparkled in delight. *She’s making it easy for us.*

“Why are you looking for her when we’re here?” Hyosung asked.

“No. I just wanted to know where she is because---“

“Because?” Yookyung asked while waiting for my answer.

HYERIN’S POV

Now that I think about it, why am I looking for him?

“Because… she’s a friend.” I reasoned out.

Hayoung pouted. “Aren’t we your friends too?”

“You are but…Minah..”

“She’s different?” Yookyung asked.

Hyerin nodded. “Yeah. She’s different.” *He’s a guy.*

“What makes her different?” Hyosung asked slyly.

*He’s a guy!*

“Well…she’s new here. And she doesn’t have much friends…and..were dorm mates!” I reasoned out. Just why are they being like this to me?

“Do you like her?” Hayoung asked curiously.

“I do. She’s a friend!” I beamed.

“She’s too innocent.” Hayoung whispered to Hyosung as she lightly nudged her.

Hyosung leaned forward to me. “Do you hate her?” Hyosung asked.

My brows furrowed. “I don’t! Why would I?” I answered truthfully.

“Hyerin, you love her.” Yookyung said as she patted my shoulder.

“Not as a friend! You love her. Don’t you?” Hyosung asked.

“Huh? No I‘m---“

Hyosung sighed as she pulled me closer to her.

“You always look for her even though you can see her every single day. That’s one sign that you’re in love with a person.” Hyosung explained.

I stared at her. Confusion is written all over my face. What are they talking about?

“You even went with her on a date.” Hayoung pointed out.

I turned to her. “It’s not a date!” I wailed.

“And you kissed her.” Yookyung whispered.

I flustered. “That was an accident!” I exclaimed.

“And now you’re blushing!” Hyosung pointed out.

“I’m not! It’s just hot!” I yelped as I fanned myself.

“Think about it Hyerin.” Hyosung said as she patted my head lightly.

As the three of them left,

*Do I really love Ren?* I thought.

….

“Unnie, do you think that worked?” Hayoung asked Hyosung worriedly.

Hyosung shrugged. “I don’t know. Hyerin’s too innocent for those things.”

“I feel bad for lying!” Yookyung pouted.

Hyosung faced his worriedly. "Don't be. I think she's not affected by what we did. You know her. She's pretty... stupid. I mean.. dense." Hyosung reassured. The two just nodded slowly as they continued walking down the hallway.
