It was time for another Chuseok celebration that you wouldn't be doing with your parents. They had work that they couldn't get days off from so you were stuck at the dorm. You usually would be cooking with Wendy as she was usually stuck at the dorm too but her parents were visiting so she would be celebrating the holidays with them instead. You were happy that she was but you couldn't help but feel slightly gloomy due to the fact that you would be alone this year. 

"Are you sure you don't want to come with me, Eli-ah? You know my family doesn't mind," Irene frowned worriedly. You usually went home with her during any other holidays so she couldn't understand why you wouldn't come home with her this time. 

You gave her a warm smile. "Unnie, I think it's time for you to spend time with your family without me. Besides, it's Chuseok. It would be wrong for me to go home with you, wouldn't it?" 

"Why?" She couldn't help but pout. She didn't want you to be alone as she knew Wendy wouldn't be at the dorm as well. "You can just stay home during the traditions and we can spend time together afterwards! I don't want you to be alone, Eli-ah." 

You got up to put both your hands on her cheeks, giving her another smile. "Don't worry about me, Unnie. I'll be fine. Besides, I think you need to celebrate with your family without me and just enjoy your time together." You embraced her in a warm hug. "Enjoy your holiday, Hyun-unnie. Send my regards to Mum, Dad, and sister, okay?" 

She squeezed you back, soaking up your warmth. "Okay, Eli-ah. I'll be back as soon as possible, okay?" 

You giggled, pulling back from the hug. Your eyes held love and warmth for your older sister. "As I said, just enjoy your holiday, Unnie. Come back when you want, promise?" 

"I promise," she giggled seeing your mock stern face. She was about to say something else when a loud "Eli-unnie!" by the maknae was heard, prompting you both to turn towards the sound. 

Yeri came in panting slightly, a big smile on her face. You raised an eyebrow which caused her to laugh slightly. "You're coming home with me!"

You and Irene titled your head in confusion at the same time, making Yeri smirk. "Mum just invited you to spend Chuseok with our family and I said you will so, you're coming home with me!" She excitedly explained, moving her hands around. "My sisters have been begging me to bring you back home so now is the right time!" 

Your confusion slowly turned into happiness, a blooming smile appearing on your face. "Really? Mum really invited me?" 

Yeri came to your side and hugged you. "Of course I wouldn't lie about this, Unnie." She pulled back from the hug to give you her child-like gummy smile. "You'll come, right?" 

You gave her a warm smile, your hand coming up to her hair. "Of course, Yerimmie. I can't wait to see your family again." 

Irene just watched with a motherly smile on her face, glad that you won't be alone during a family holiday time. 

"I've missed home so much!" Yeri babbled out, reminding you that she was still so young. "I can't wait to hug my sisters again! They've grown so much and I haven't been able to be there for them as much." Her smile turned into a sad frown, you coming to the rescue. 

You wrapped an arm around her shoulder. "They understand why, Yerim-ah, and I'm sure they're proud of you," she looked up and you gave her a kind smile. "Really?" She asked with a shy voice, making you grin. 

"Of course! Your family is proud of you just like me and the members are proud of you." She eventually gave you a smile and a big hug, causing you to chuckle. 

"Thank you, Unnie."

You smiled. "Of course, little sister." You looked up to see the house in front of you. "We're here." 

She pulled back from the hug so fast you were worried she got whiplash. "We're here!" She opened the car door and ran out, her little sisters running out the front door when they heard the car coming to a stop. 

You bet they've been watching from the windows. 

"YERI-UNNIE!" Shrieks could be heard from the three and you just shook your head and laughed, opening the back door to get the suitcases out. With your manager's help, you got both suitcases out and brought them to the front door, bidding your manager goodbye with a hug and a wish for a good holiday. 

"Eli-ah!" Yeri's mum and dad greeted you with warm smiles on their faces, you gave a grin back. 

"Mum and Dad!" You ran towards them to give them a hug, relishing the warmth you got from the parental figures. You've missed the feeling. 

"How have you been?" They asked once you've pulled back from the hug. 

"I'm okay, just glad that we got some days off." You smiled and were about to say something before you got hugged by two figures from the back. 

"Eli-unnie! We've missed you!" You grinned and turned around, hugging them tightly. 

"Little sisters! You've grown so much!" 

You couldn't believe how big they've gotten. 

"We miss you so much, Eli-unnie. How are you?" 

You gave them your signature warm smile. "I miss you guys too! So much. I've been great, how's school? Are you enjoying it?" 

They smiled. "Yes! We're going to work hard and be successful like you and Yeri-unnie!" 

You laughed freely. These two were too cute. "Just be who you want to be, okay? I'll be proud of you either way." 

They grinned, hugging you again. "Thank you, Unnie! You're the best." 

Yeri, hearing the latest statement, protested. "Hey! Why is she the best? I'm your unnie too!" 

You laughed and pulled back from the hug, enjoying the sight. 

You wish that you could enjoy this moment a lot more in the future. You've missed it.
