You walked over to Taeyeon and handed her your schedule. She scanned it over and started shouting. “YES!! Every single class together! Whoohoo!” You couldn’t help but laugh at her behavior. You and Taeyeon started off towards your next class which was gym. You were excited because gym was your favorite subject. Taeyeon obviously knew what you were thinking because she said, “Hey ~~~~~-ah! I heard in gym today we’re going to be playing basketball!” She started to crack up at seeing your expression. You suddenly started jumping up and down and smiling like crazy. *YES! Basketball! I love playing basketball, especially with it being co-ed!*
You both headed towards the changing room to get changed. Now everyone was in the gym getting ready to pick teams and you were standing next to Taeyeon hoping you wouldn’t be called last. You noticed Yoobin looking in your direction so you decided to call her over to talk.
*Great! Now will be the perfect time to keep my plan working. I couldn’t believe it though when I found out she’s friends with Taeyeon! She’s one of the richest families out there. I wonder what ~~~~~ did to become friends with her!* Yoobin walked over to the two of you and began to talk until the teacher came out and picked captains.
“Taeyeon and Jaejoong are captains for today! Now pick your teammates!” You became excited because you knew Taeyeon would pick you. You couldn’t wait to start playing, although you were kind of pissed after hearing what some of the girls were saying about you in the changing room. About how you were so poor and that you didn’t even deserve to be here and everything!
*Well, I’ll just show them that they’re not all that either, today in gym!* The game began and you started to play. What you didn’t realize was that you were the only girl good enough to actually play against half of the boys. Right then you acknowledged the person that was guarding you. It was JAEJOONG!
“You know, you’re pretty good. Half of the girls here wouldn’t want to play in case they got sweaty of dirty. You’re different.” He gave you one of his heart-fluttering smiles and you couldn’t help but just smile along.
“Thanks! I used to play basketball but I had to stop because…” Your voice softened and you stopped talking. You didn’t want to think about your past and you didn’t want anyone to know. Jaejoong gave you a confused look but you took that moment to pull yourself away from him and score the winning basket for your team.
“~~~~~-AH! Great shot! You won for us!” Taeyeon came over and grabbed you into a hug. The other girls though were glaring daggers at you, but the scariest one came from Yoobin in the corner. She had seen you “flirting” with HER Jaejoong and she wouldn’t stand for it any longer. *I have got to do something soon or Jaejoong will fall for her!*
You ignored all the glares and tried to drown out all the erted boys who now didn’t care that you weren’t rich but just wanted to “do” you. You just walked out of the gym head held high with Taeyeon right beside you.
