Hye Shi + Chan Yeol = <3 

“Aww, come on Hye Shi!” Chan Yeol, Hye Shi’s one year boyfriend, begged while sitting in front of her. Hye Shi was reading one of her books that she borrowed from the library.

“No,” Hye Shi didn’t look at him.

“Pretty please~!” Chan Yeol pleads.

“No Chan Yeol,” Hye Shi turned the page and continued reading.

“But why noooooooooooot~?” Chan Yeol pouted.

“Because,” Hye Shi didn’t give a real answer.

“Because - is not a real answer silly,” Chan Yeol tugged the book away from her and hid it behind his back.

“You...” Hye Shi pushed up her glasses and glared at him.

“Teehee!~” Chan Yeol giggled. Hye Shi crossed her arms and sat back in her seat.

“Because whenever we play together - you always cheat,” Hye Shi pointed out.

“I do not!” Chan Yeol gasped.

“Oh really? You don’t count tickling me, covering my eyes or sometimes covering the TV not cheating?” Hye Shi questioned while placing down the book and raised an eyebrow at the taller boy.

“But honey,” Chan Yeol puffed out his cheeks.

“No, not the ‘but hon~ey’ crap. I’m not playing video games with you and that’s that,” Hye Shi looked away. Chan Yeol looked at him and suddenly his lips curved up into a grin.

A few minutes later...

“I can’t believe this...” Hye Shi was sitting there holding onto the Wii-Mote.

“GO YOSHI GO!” Chan Yeol cheered while steering his Wii-Mote. The two were playing Mario Karts Wii on the Wii. Hye Shi sat there listening to Chan Yeol ramble on about defeating Bowser.

She looked over at her boyfriend and smiled to herself. Chan Yeol was intensely staring at the TV screen. He looked determined to winning this round. Hye Shi felt that whenever she is with Chan Yeol, she can never stay still or be angry. Chan Yeol had always brightened every single day that she has been with him.

Diverting her attention back to the TV screen to seeing that she was close to the finish line, “Hey Chan Yeol, can you still keep up with me? You’re in second place,” Hye Shi asked while smiling at her boyfriend.

“Huh? Wha? Oh no! Hye Shi~!” Chan Yeol squeaked in his deep voice.

“I’m not letting you distract me this time!” Hye Shi stuck out her tongue. Chan Yeol pouted and tried blocking her eyes with his hand.

“Hey! Hey! No cheating!” Hye Shi grabbing Chan Yeol’s hand. She held onto it. Chan Yeol wiggled his hand and laughed lightly.

“Don’t be like this Chan Yeol,” Hye Shi pointed out while moving her head to the side. Chan Yeol placed the game on hold and Hye Shi looked at him and press continued on the game.

Chan Yeol then once again, held the game. Hye Shi shot him a long hard stare. “Really? Are we really doing this?” Hye Shi asked.

“Yes,” Chan Yeol nodded his head. Hye Shi unpaused the game with her own remote. Only in response, Chan Yeol pressed the pause button.

“Aiyo! Really! Chan Yeol! Stop it!” Hye Shi shouted while Chan Yeol laughed happily.

“Oppa! Let me win!” Chan Yeol shook his head and smiled brightly at her.

“Nope!” Hye Shi looked at him and pouted for herself this time.

“Oh really? You’re not going to let me win?” Hye Shi asked while her eyes glower at him.

“Nope!” Chan Yeol grinned while leaning closer to his girlfriend’s face.

“Fine, be like that,” Hye Shi whispered to him. “If you want to play that way, then it’s fine with me,” Hye Shi reassured him.

“Yes, yes I will play like this, teehee” Chan Yeol leaned in and gave her a soft kiss. Hye Shi pulled away and shifted her eyebrows around and gave him a look.

“Now you’re not only a cheater but also a thief,” Hye Shi pointed the Wii-mote at him. “You are a sneaky, sneaky man,” Chan Yeol giggled.

“Well...you know we could commit the perfect crime together,” Chan Yeol wiggled his eyebrows. Hye Shi leaned away from him and shook her head.

“How about I rearrange the alphabet and place ‘U’ and ‘I’ together?” Hye Shi gave him a weird stare and gagged a bit. In return Chan Yeol fell to the ground and began laughing.

Hye Shi’s cheeks turned pink and she turned away. “You are so...” Before Hye Shi could finish up her sentence, she could feel her boyfriend’s arms wrapping around her body. He pulled her close to him and hugged her tightly.

“I’m sorry baby,” Chan Yeol whispered while resting his head on top of hers. Hye Shi remained silent while listening to Chan Yeol’s heartbeat. 

“Don’t be sorry,” Hye Shi smiled while patting his hand. Gently, she could feel Chan Yeol giving her a soft peck on the head. Hye Shi’s cheeks began heating up again and right on cue, she unpaused the game and let Chan Yeol’s character pass the finish line first.

Hye Shi turned herself around to face Chan Yeol directly. Chan Yeol leaned down towards her face and gave her a soft peck on the lips again.

“I love you,”

“And I love you,”
