“YAH! PARK CHORONG. On the other hand, should I call Mrs. Kim Chorong? How could you lie to me? I thought we are best friends. You should tell me who your husband is.” Irene said to Chorong the moment she step out the elevator and saw Chorong was working. Chorong look at her and smile sheepishly. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to hide it from you. I tell you everything. I promise but don’t be mad at me.”

“You better do tell me everything. No wonder Mr. Kim look so jealous when we talk to Leo that day and whenever you talk with other men. And you always try to change the topic when I ask about your husband.”

“I’m sorry Irene. I didn’t mean to.”Then Chorong grin and ask “So Changsub.”

Irene who was mad at Chorong, change her face to a shy face and said “No.”

“Don’t lie. If not how will you know about this. And I saw you with Changsub last Saturday having a date at the same restaurant.”

Irene just smiles shyly. “So tell me. What did he say?”

“He confesses. You were right. He loves me. He just didn’t able to say it because I’m his employee.”

“So, what did you say?”

“You know I like him too. I was happy that he confesses but I wasn’t sure. It’s different now Chorong. His is my boss and I’m his secretary. We use to be friends.”

“We are still friends. If not we won’t call him by his name. We will call him sir or Mr. Lee. So you still didn’t give him any answer yet.”

Irene shook her head and said “No. She gives me time until tonight. I don’t know Chorong. I want to say yes but I’m not sure. I don’t even know how to face him today.”

“Look Irene. I know it’s going to be hard. I have to face this to but in a different way.”

“What do you mean?” Irene asks and frowns.

“I left Suho once even if I love him. When we need to work together this past few months, it was hard for me. What do you expect? I meet the man I love after almost 4 years I left him and suddenly his back and I need to work him and meet him. Believe me it was uncomfortable even Mr. Lee was there with us. However, something happen and we make up. We are happy now.”

“But why did you left him in the first place if you love him.”

“I have my own reasons. I can’t tell you that. I’m sorry. But you. You’re different. Changsub love you and his been in love with you since our school days and I believe you love him too. Let me tell you something. Will you be happy if you say no and Changsub fall in love with other girl?”

“No. Of course not. I will kill that girl.”

“Then. Just say yes. It will be awkward for a few days because you need to work with him. But it will be fine. If you don’t like the idea dating the boss, you can ask to change department. Let me tell you one secret.”

“Secret? What is it?”

“Do you know why Changsub make you as his secretary and personal assistant?”

“No I don’t.”

“Because he wants to make sure you're near him. He told me that. Didn’t you felt weird why you get this job when you apply to work in accountant department?”

“I did felt weird, but I thought I didn’t qualify to work in that department.”

“You were more than qualified. Changsub say that. But he didn’t like the idea of you working in that department since most of the worker there is men and single. He wants you all by himself. Come on Irene. I know you love him as much as he loves you. Just say yes. You will be happy. Believe me.”

“Are you sure about this?”

“I’m sure. Think properly about this before giving him the answer. Once you say yes, there will be no turn back and let fate and god decide your future with him. But from my point of view Haneul will get niece or nephew soon.”

“Chorong! It’s so early to think about that. I didn’t give him an answer yet.”

Chorong just laugh. Then Changsub walk out from the elevator. Chorong can see the awkwardness between both of them. But one thing she realizes, Changsub happy faces and eyes.

That evening at Suho’s office, his PI came to tell him about who was the one blackmailing Chorong.

“Sit down. Do you want anything? Coffee or tea.”

“Coffee will be good. Thank you.”

Suho who was sitting with his son on the couch that was in his room, stand up and walk back to his desk. Then Suho press the intercom and told her secretary to make two coffee. Then he tell Haneul.

“Son can you go to your grandpa office for awhile. I have something to talk about.”

“Okay daddy.” Haneul obedience to the command and walk out the office.

When Haneul was out, he ask “So, did you get any information?”

“Yes. I was able to find the owner’s phone number.”

“So did you arrest her?”

“Yes we did? And it’s he. He said he was just told to do that and keep his eyes on Chorong. That’s why Chorong felt like someone is following her or stalking her. But I don’t know if I should tell you who is the one blackmailing her.”

“Just tell me. Who is it?”

“He said it’s Mrs Kim Hee Kyung, sir.”

“Mom!”

“Yes, your mom. She said it’s your mom who told him to do this.”

“Mom will never stop won’t she. Thank you. keep on doing what you’re doing and keep your eyes on him. Let me settle by myself with my mom.”

“Sure sir. We will do our best. If that’s all, I would like to make my move.”

“Sure. Thank you.” then shook hand and the PI walk out. Then he took his things and walk out the office.

“Cancel all my meeting today. I’ll won’t be back.”

“Yes sir. Sure.” Then he walk into his father office and knock. His dad told him to come in.

“Dad, I’m going out for awhile. I won’t be back. Can you take care of Haneul and bring him back.”

“Sure. I have no problem with that. Why? Where are you going?”

“Somewhere. I need one more help. Just make sure his always with you. Don’t let anyone take care of him since the person who blackmailing Chorong is been caught.”

“Ow okay. Since Haneul is here I won’t ask much. But tell me everything later.”

“Sure dad. Thank you.”

“No problem son. Anyhow I like taking care of this little guy. He reminds me of you and little bit of Namjoo.”

Suho look at Haneul and smile. He agree with his dad. Haneul is typical him when he was little. Then he stand up and walk to Haneul.

“Hey my prince, I’m going out for awhile and your grandpa will take care of you. listen to him and behave okay. Wait, have been just crying.”

Haneul shook his head and said “No daddy. Where are you going? Are you coming back?”

“Somewhere. No I won’t so you are going back with your grandpa okay.”

“Okay daddy. See you at home.” Haneul said. Suho smile and kiss his cheek. Then he stand up and walk out the room.

Then he drive straight to his parent’s mansion. When he arrive, he walk in the house and was greet by the maid.

“Sir Suho, your home.”

“Where’s mom. I need to see her.”

“Mrs. Kim is in her room. She’s been crying since you guys left her. she didn’t even eat.”

“Yeah right. Call her. I need to meet her.”

“Yes sir.” Then the maid walk to Mrs. Kim room and told her that Suho is here. Mrs. Kim was so happy, he stand up and walk out the room and saw Suho was there standing but in a very angry face.

“Suho, your back. Did you forgive me?”

“No I didn’t. Instead I’m very angry at you Mrs. Kim. Can’t you leave Chorong alone now. Even after you lose your son and daughter you still acting like this.”

“What are you talking about son? I didn’t do anything.”

“Don’t lie Mrs. Kim. Then what is this.” Suho throw on the floor all the text that Chorong got. Mrs. Kim pick it up and read it. Mrs. Kim was shock. Suho saw it and said “Why? Are you shock Mrs. Kim. Now I already know about it you better stop or I will totally forget that your my mother and I send you to the jail.” Suho said angrily.

“Suho listen. I swear this is not me.” Mrs. Kim said trying to make Suho believe her.

“I don’t believe you anymore.”

“Suho listen. I swear on your name it’s not me. Why would I do this? I lose my son, daughter and husband. That’s enough for me to suffer. Why would I do this? Suho tell me what can I do to make you believe me. I won’t even text people like this. You can read it again. The text is like someone is obsess with you. Why would I call you My Suho and why would I ask Chorong to say I love you to you. I have text you everyday saying I’m sorry and I miss you. I know you have son but I don’t even know his name is. But the one who text Chorong know his name. Suho believe me. It’s not me. I swear on the name of god. It’s not me.”

Suho saw the truth in his mother eyes but his ego was so he just left her there. Mrs. Kim shout and try to run after Suho but Suho let her be. Then he drive away. He didn’t know where he should go, so he just stop by the side. He took his phone and call the PI. “Hello, listen did you let the guy how was blackmailing Chorong go.”

“No sir. He is still here in jail.”

“Listen. Ask him again about the one who told him to blackmail Chorong. I don’t believe it’s my mother. It’s someone else and that person told him to lie. If he still didn’t tell the truth, hit him. I don’t bloody care anymore. Beat him until he tell who is it. Understand.”

“Yes sir. I understand.”

Then he hang up. He was so mad he hit car steering. When he cool down, he went to pick Chorong up. When he arrive, he text Chorong saying that he have arrive.

SUHO TO CHORONG

Hey beautiful. Are you still working? I have arrive and I’ll be waiting until you finish your work.

Chorong read the text and smile. Then she reply

CHORONG TO SUHO

Hey handsome. Yes still working. You are early by an hour. Why? Is everything okay?

SUHO TO CHORONG

Yup. Everything’s fine. Don’t worry. I had a meeting outside and now I’m done so why don’t I pick you up now. It’s okay. I’ll wait for you.

So he just wait for Chorong until her work time finish. An hour later, Chorong walk out from the building. Suho saw her and smile but the smile immediately wash off and he was feel with jealousy. He saw Chorong was talking and laughing with some guy and Irene. He remember that guy. Is the same guy Chorong and Irene always talk with. The guy who once try to woo his wife. Suho walk out the car and walk to Chorong. When Chorong saw him coming near, she told Suho to stop but Suho didn’t listen. She quickly say goodbye to the guy and Irene and walk away from them and past by Suho as if she didn’t saw him. Suho frown and disappointed. Chorong walk faster to the car and Suho was trying to catch her up. When she arrive the car, she told Suho to open the car but he didn’t.

“Why are you running away?” Suho ask.

“Why did you come out from the car?” Chorong ask.

“I saw you talking to that guy and I was not happy. Especially when I know he once try to wooed you.”

“Suho really you need to stop being jealous and stop being so possessive. Now unlock the car.”

Suho just obey and unlock the car. The he open the door for Chorong. Chorong smile at him and slid in the car. When Suho settle in the car, he pull Chorong and hug her. Chorong felt weird and ask “What happen honey. Is everything okay?”

“Yeah, everything’s fine. I just miss you so much.”

Chorong didn’t believe him but she let it be. “I don’t believe you but I will just let this slide away.” Chorong said and hug him back. Then Suho break the hug and kiss her lips.

Chorong smile and then she remember something. “Where is Haneul?”

“With dad. I have something to settle after the meeting so I couldn’t bring Haneul with me. So I told dad to take care of him.”

Chorong just nod her head. “Shall we go now?”

Suho nod and press the gas and drive away. Suho hold Chorong’s hand, give it a kiss and place it on Chorong’s lap. Chorong just let him be since she use to it. But she believe that something is troubling his husband. She wanted to ask but she didn’t. She believe that if Suho is ready, he’ll tell her.
