~Read this note:

I just wanted to clarify several things among you readers. 1. College typically starts mid-August, so it may seem a bit early in the year, but it doesn't start in september like most high schools. I'm sure some of you know or maybe have even experienced this, but I'm throwing it out there all the same. 2. In Canada, Thanksgiving is usually the first week of October which will fall nearly exactly where the story is because it's been a few weeks since college started for Jangmi and Exo.

"How's your mouth?" you asked Kris the next day.

He looked at you with an annoyed expression,

"Still tingling, no thanks to you."

You scoffed and looked at him incredously,

"It's all thanks to me it's not still burning! Just it up!" He scoffed in an effort to mock how you had done it,

"I was !," he said referring to all the popsicles he'd eaten, "I till my mouth was numb and it still hurts!" 

Behind you, someone cleared their throat and you turned around to find 5 pairs of eyes staring back at you incredously. None of them were making eye contact with you, but Lay took the initiative to speak first, 

"I would like to believe, given your hostile relationship, that neither of you did what we're all thinking. . .but could you please clarify and put us at ease?" 

You and Kris glanced at each other, and you could only assume your eyes widened as much as his did. 

"Kris," you started, emphasizing his name, "Made me do all the work last night, and I spent the remainder of the evening taking care of him." 

This provoked snickers from Luhan and Xiumin, a cough from Chen, a look of betrayl? from Tao and a look of disbelief Lay. 

"That's not helping," Luhan said around giggles as he now had both hands placed on Xiumins shoulders. Could those two go a minute without touching? 

You blew out the breath you had been holding before speaking, "I simply made some spicy ramyun for Kris and he couldn't handle the spicyness. So he on some po-" 

"Ice cubes," Kris cut in causing you to whip your head in his direction. And what isn't manly about popsicles? You wondered.

"I have a lecture to attend," Xiumin said. It was the first time you ever heard him speak, besides giggles and hushed whispers to Luhan. You looked his direction before checking your watch, bowing and scurrying off to class, leaving both Kris and the awkward situation behind you.

You were once again at one of Kris' dumb club meetings. This time, you graced a place in the corner and was finishing an assignment for Yonsei via laptop. It was actually Lay's laptop that he had generously loaned to you. Kris declined you use of his under the strong belief you would find a way to delete everything on it.

This provoked jokes from Chen who was joined by Luhan, about what Kris was probably hiding on his search history. 

You finished the assignment but remained in the corner till you felt someone pull you over by your foot. You were surprised to find it was Xiumin. Part of you was shocked he touched you as you thought he deeply resented you, and another part was surpri
