Lesson 38: The Real Taeyeon

HyunA was staring down at the bao-zi boy. Surprisingly none of the two pulled back. Everyone expected Lu Han to burst out and pull HyunA up but, it was Kris, who took a hold of HyunA's waist and pulled the girl away from Xiumin. "Are you okey?" She turned to her favourite hairstylist and nodded. He expected her to be red as a tomato but she wasn't instead it was the guy, who was slowly sitting up on the ground. 

"What were you doing just now?" Kris asked as he inspected her face. Lu Han as well as Lay stood frozen there and stared at Kris and HyunA. Xiumin was long forgotten on the side.

She coughed only and managed somehow to sneak away from them. They didn't really know what to say and let the girl be. 

"Wha.." Amber, who caught everything from a safe distant, gaped at the little group, while Mark tried to snap her back to reality. "Yiyun? Are you okey?"

But it wasn't only Amber, who witnessed that kiss. Also, a female with long blonde hair, saw the kiss. And she was anything but happy about it. She gritted her teeth while her soft delicate features turned into a ugly scowl. 

Because no one messes with her chesspieces. 

Taeyeon her heels and walked the empty hall, she came from down. The clicking of her heels fainted the more she walked away from the spot, where she could perfectly see her boyfriend, who looked dumbfounded and giddy about the kiss.

HyunA was still in her thoughts, when she felt someone pulling her harshly towards a hard chest. "Hyunbae!" She startled at the sudden call of Kai even though she knew it was him, who pulled her into a unwanted hug. "Why so gloomy?" 

"I-I'm n-not." He stopped suddenly and turned the girl to face him. "Are you stuttering?" "N-no, w-why wou-uld yo-uu askk?" Kai bended forward and examined her face. She pulled back and tried to hide behind her hair but, that didn't bother the boy at all. "Did something happen?" Instead of the usual lay back Kai, saw she concern written on his face. 

Why was everyone thinking she wasn't okey? She was.. She was just a bit surprised.

HyunA chose to shake her head instead or Kai would keep pressing on to the fact, that she was indeed stuttering. 

She fumbled around for something on her sides, when she realised she had lost it on the way here. "Are you searching for something?" Kai asked, when he saw the girl behaving weirdly again. "Uh, y-yeah.." She said and quickly palmed her lips before staring at Kai. He sighed before going through his hair with his hand. "I will stop bothering you with your stuttering. C'mon, I will help you find it. With whatever it is." 

HyunA was pleased to hear that and quickly tugged Kai with her to find the lost item.

She walked back to where she thought she saw it the last time and ended up at the spot where she kissed.. Xiumin. 

Kai bumped into HyunA by accident, when she suddenly halted in front of him. "Ow.."

"Did you find it?" Kai asked then. She shook her head before thinking over again. Where was she before?

Ah, right she helped Yiyun.

HyunA let out a sigh, when she found the said bag behind the bushes before handing it to Kai. He blinked at her before looking inside the bag. It were his clothes, he had lend her that night. "Tsk, you almost lost my precious clothes." Kai said while swinging it in front of HyunA's face. She paled at the thought, not getting the fact that Kai was messing again with her.

"S-sorry, I didn't-" "It's okey, I will forgive you." HyunA smiled and was about to say something, when the boy cut her off, "On one condition." She titled her head in confusion before he continued.

"Go on a date with me."
