Lesson 34: Fashion Show

Lay tapped his foot impatiently, when suddenly a black car halted in front of him. HyunA hopped out of it and bumped into him the moment she got out. He groaned before glaring at the girl. "Yah!" "Sorry!" She said quickly before turning back to Myung Soo. "See you at school!" Lay tried to peek into the insides of the car, curious of whom she was with the whole time.

"Yah, byuntae! Hurry up!" Lay glanced back to Jessica, who stood by another car while waving at him. Lay sighed before taking HyunA by the shoulders. He lead her to were the young designer was waiting. "Hi!" Jessica beamed brightly at HyunA before stucking her hand out towards her. HyunA looked a bit puzzled and glanced at the guy beside her. 

Lay shrugged only - leaving it to HyunA to solve the Jessica Jung riddle herself. 

HyunA nodded and timidly took the hand of the over-excited girl. "You must be HyunA?" And again.. nod. "Cool, finally I get to meet Yi Xing's- Ow, what the hell!" Jessica suddenly exclaimed when Lay smacked her arm. He rolled his eyes only at her before tugging on HyunA's sleeve. 

"Come. We gotta do some things before dinner." 

Jessica glared at his back. She rolled her eyes before kicking the latter in his shin, who was about to get in. "Yah!"

HyunA looked left and right, when she saw all the tall and beautiful people around her. Lay held her hand like the lost puppy she was, while talking to Jessica about work. "HyunA, this must be your first time at a show right?" Again a nod. "If you want to we can get backstage and play around for a while. Like dressing up and putting makeup on." She looked at the girl, when HyunA glanced sideways at Lay.

"That's a yes!" Jessica suddenly exclaimed and pulled her away from Lay. "Yah, don't you have to be here and organise everything?!" Lay yelled. Jessica glanced over her shoulder. "You are in charge for now!" She shouted and everyone, who heard their conversation started to flock around him. "Jung JESSICA!"

"Lay will be angry." HyunA commented when she looked behind her. "Whatever, he already is. Besides it's fun to ." Jessica winked at her before pulling her to a seat in front of a mirror. "You!" She pointed at a nearby makeup artist, who just finished doing the makeup of a model, "Work your magic on her, make her cat-walk ready." 

HyunA suddenly widened her eyes before turning to face the girl. "W-what?" Jessica was leaning against a wall, while watching the visagist putting makeup on HyunA. She had a glint in her eyes before smiling at her, "Oh, c'mon. Isn't that more fun than sitting at the sides?" 

"Ms. Jung, the girl's makeup is finished." 

Jessica looked up from her phone, and stared at the girl in front of the mirror. "Okey, that's it!" She suddenly exclaimed and shot up from her seat. "That's perfect!" 

HyunA was still feeling weird around that girl, but she somehow feels comfortable around her, though she still doesn't think it's alright to pull people backstage and decide for them to run a catwalk but.. that's another story. 

"I knew the look will look good on you." Jessica said proudly while crossing her arms. HyunA examined herself through the mirror. She had watched the female taking a lot of makeup products but the final look wasn't what she expected at all. She emphasized only her features. She draw a brown eyeliner along her lashes and sharpened them only a bit.

Her skin was glowing. She kept it very natural to her delight. Her light pink lips curved up. She smiled. She would hear that she looks pretty but only with the boys. Kris was doing her makeup after all. So most of the time, she thinks they only tell her that she is pretty because they had to. Oh, boy was she wrong.

"Now, let's get you into the dress." Jessica said and pulled her out of her seat. 

"What the hell? She left me with all her work.." Lay muttered annoyedly before taking
