Taeyeon revved off back to the dorm. She frequently took a glimpse at the sleeping girl beside her while driving.

 

Taeyeon’s POv

 

What’s wrong to my soonkyu? A while ago, she’s this super-duper hyper then now she’s a zombie… lifelessly sleeping, couldn’t even drive her car back to the dorm. What if I’m not here? What if I didn’t insist on coming along with her? What could happen to her? Who will she asks for help? Aish! Enough of these what if’s, I don’t want to think of answers… I’m just glad I’m with her now… I hold my soonkyu’s right hand and squeezed it lightly “I’m going to miss this girl badly when I’m in japan… I don’t want to leave her…” I thought

15 minutes had passed and we finally reached the dorm, I parked the car at soonkyu’s reserved parking area. The sleeping bunny didn’t even budge at all, she’s deeply sleeping… as much as I don’t want to wake her up but I need to. She needs to lie down and sleeps in the comforts of her bed.

 

After hesitating for a minute, I unbuckle my seatbelt and soonkyu’s. I leaned closer and shook her lightly.

 

“Soonkyu-ah… soonkyu-ah… we’re already here…” I softly said

 

She didn’t even move an inch; I shook her a little harder this time…

 

“Soonkyu-ah… bunny… wake up… we’re already here… bunny…” I said and stop when I heard her mumbled…

 

“Five more minutes please…”

“Bunny… I can piggyback you if you couldn’t walk straight…”

 

“Hmmm….”

 

“Bunny, wake up… it’s better for you if you sleep on your bed… soonkyu-ah…”

 

“Taeyeonnie~~~~~ you’re noisy…”

 

“What did you just call me?”

 

“Hmmm…”

 

“What?”

 

“Sssssh….. quiet….”

 

“Yaaaaaaah! Lee Soonkyu! Wake up!”

Sunny didn’t even bother to move a little from her seat, eyes still closed.

“You ask for this Soonkyu-ah… a kiss to wake up the sleeping beauty….” Taeyeon said smiling as she leaned closer to give sunny a kiss

But before taeyeon’s lips could touch sunny’s slips she paused inches apart from the latter’s face. She lovingly stared at sunny’s adorable face.

 

“She’s so beautiful.” taeyeon mumbled before she closed her eyes and moved closer….

Sunny opened her eyes and saw taeyeon, leaning to forward to give her a kiss.

 

“Tsk! She’s going to kiss me, for me to wake up? I’m sleeping beauty and she’s my prince? I mean princess? Geez! This thief really…” she thought

Taeyeon leaning forward… moving onward… kept on inching closer… but her lips never touch those sweet lips of sunny… she wanted a touchdown but never get there…

 

On the other hand, sunny kept on moving backward, inching away… avoiding taeyeon’s kiss…

 

“Hehehe… this thief… hmmm… look at her lips… protruding…” sunny thought, she slowly fished out her phone from her pocket and took a picture of taeyeon…

Taeyeon slowly opened her eyes, trying to peek what was happening.

Taeyeon’s eyes shut opened as she saw sunny giggling while taking photos of her.

“Yaaaaaaaaah! What are you doing?!” taeyeon asked

 

“Me? You’re asking me?” sunny retorted

 

“Who else am I asking then? Can you see anyone inside this car aside from the two of us?” taeyeon questioned sarcastically

 

“Owh! I really thought that you’re asking yourself… Of what you are really doing? Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!” sunny fired back cocking her eyebrows

 

Taeyeon remained silent, she got what sunny trying to convey…

 

“Well, Ms. Kim, I was just taking pictures of you because you’re funny… something wrong with that?”

 

“Yes Ms. Lee!”

 

“Hmm? Really?”

 

“You should ask my permission first…”

 

“Should I?”

 

“Of course!”

 

“Then what do you think you’re about to do a while ago?”

 

“What?”

 

“Should you ask for my permission first before doing so? Uhmmm… I couldn’t remember that you say something at all…. Hmmm?”

 

“I… I’m… it’s not what you think it was!”

 

“Tsk! Really? Then what was it?”

 

“I was just…”

 

“You were just what?”

 

Taeyeon was thinking… her eyes moved from left to right… right to left…

 

“I was just opening the door?”

 

“What?”

 

“Yeah! I was trying to open the door…”

 

“With your eyes closed and lips extended?”

 

“Ahmmm….”

 

“So that’s how you open the door now… wow! Weird! Tsk!”

 

“YaAaaah! Aish!”

 

“De-fea-ted….” Sunny whistled

 

“Fine! Tsk!”

 

“Hahahaha…”

 

“Funny! *sigh* feeling better now soonkyu-ah?”

 

“Eeeeyh! Trying to change the topic… hehe…  ahmm… yeah… better… let’s go!” sunny said and get out of the car without waiting for taeyeon’s reply

When sunny hopped out of the car, closed the door and leaned on it. She’s still feeling a little dizzy but she didn’t want to show it. The girls, especially taeyeon might get worried, and she didn’t want that. She walked first towards the elevator followed by taeyeon.

“Soonkyu-ah wait for me…” taeyeon said as she saw sunny walking towards the elevator

 

“Move fast…”

 

“I’m moving…”

“Hehehehe… I was just kidding…”

Taeyeon and sunny were in the elevator in silence, the former broke it with a question.

 

“You’re really not coming with us in japan?”

 

Sunny was a little taken aback by the question as she looked at the other girl who’s hanging her head low.

 

“I’m not… why are you asking?”

 

“Why are you not coming? Are you sick? Really sick?” taeyeon was now looking at sunny…

 

Sunny gave an assuring smile and said “I’m good… I’m supersunny right?”

 

“Then why are you not coming with us?”

 

“I’m coming with you… but----”

 

“But what?”

 

“I do have a different schedule… hehehe”

 

“Different schedule?”

 

“Yeah! Hehe…”

 

“Why didn’t oppa tell us about you having different schedules from us?”

 

“Ahmmm… maybe he also didn’t know…”

 

“Didn’t know? Why? He should…”

 

“Hey… hey… hey… take it slow….”

 

“Are you leaving the group?”

 

“What? No! I’m not leaving the group…”

 

“Soonkyu-ah…” taeyeon called looking lonely

 

“I’m not quitting… I’m not leaving the group Ms. Kim… don’t worry…” sunny smiled and hugged taeyeon

 

Taeyeon returned the hug, she hug sunny tighter, she’s scared… scared that she’s going to lose her bunny…

 

“Don’t leave me soonkyu-ah…” taeyeon mumbled

 

“I won’t, but if I ever leave, it would be temporary… I’ll be back sooner that you expected…” sunny whispered

 

“What do you mean soonkyu-ah?” taeyeon asked breaking the hug just to look straight at sunny’s eyes

 

“Don’t worry too much taeyeonnie… call me when you miss me… we do have skype… let’s talk everyday… hehehe by that you’re not going to miss me…”

 

“But I want to sleep hugging you…” taeyeon pouts

 

“You could hug bunny… bring that bunny that I bought for you…”

 

“It’s different… I want to you… you… you… I want to feel you… like this…” taeyeon said and hugged sunny back…

 

“Aish! Silly…. Just imagine that you’re hugging me when you’re with bunny…”

 

“Soonkyu-ah… come with us…”

 

“Taeyeonnie…-----”

“We’re here… let’s go…” sunny said as she extended her hand to taeyeon

They entered the dorm, saw the girls on the living area watching some shows and eating a cake…

“Hey! Sunny, we’ve eaten some of you STUPID cake… hehehe”

 

“Smart Talented Unique Person In Demand, who gave that cake to you sunny unnie?” seohyun inquired

 

“Someone who’s also STUPID… hehehe… did you leave some for me?”

 

The girls reacted with “oooooooooohhhhhhhhh….”

 

“So, did you leave some cake for me?” sunny asked again

 

“Avoiding…” hyoyeon teased

 

“I’m not…”

 

“tsk… tsk… tsk…” hyoyeon jokingly shook her head

 

“Yes unnie, I put it back in the ref…” seohyun answered

 

“Thanks seo! I’ll just be in my room… I wanted to sleep… wake me up when you’re about to leave… ahmm… where’s sica?” sunny asked

 

“She’s here… sleeping…” yuri responded pointing at the girl whose making her thighs as a pillow

 

“Ah… I see… she lacks sleep too… anyways… I’ll be taking my own sleep…” sunny voiced out and walked to her room.

 

“okay… STUPID” every echoed and laughed

 

Meanwhile, taeyeon was to follow sunny when tiffany wrapped her arms around her waist.

 

“Tae, where have you been?” tiffany asked

 

“uhmmm… bought some medicines, in case of emergency…” taeyeon reasoned out showing her bag of meds.

 

“Oh…. Want some cake? I reserved a piece for you…”

 

“No, thanks… hehehe…”

 

“Are we going to be roommates in japan tae?”

 

“I don’t know… manager oppa didn’t tell me anything about our room assignments.”

 

“hmmm… I hope we are room buddies… hehehe”

 

“ah… hehe… ahmm… I forgot something, I need to check my luggage… let’s talk again later…” taeyeon said as she released herself from tiffany’s back hug…

 

“o—okay… want me to help you?”

 

“No… I could manage… thanks for offering though…”

 

“wel----” tiffany didn’t finish her words because taeyeon walk fast back to her room.

Sunny walked back to her room and searched for her meds and immediately take it. She heaved a sigh of relief as she took her meds. She slumped on her bed and dozed off to sleep; her meds really have this effect on her.

Taeyeon entered the room and locked it. Her eyes readily searched for her soonkyu, she smiled as she saw her sleeping soundly on her own bed. She walked closer to her, sits on the side of her bed and caressed soonkyu’s face.

 

“I’m going to miss seeing your adorable face every morning…” she softly said

 

She stayed on that position, staring at sunny for couple of minutes before she decided to walk to her own bed took the bunny and placed it above her luggage… she didn’t want to leave it, at least she could imagine it as soonkyu. She looked back to the sleeping girl.

 

“I’m going to make the last hours before we leave for japan with my soonkyu worthwhile…” she taeyeon thought and slipped herself beside the sleeping girl…

 

Sunny was disturbed in her sleep as taeyeon lie down next to her.

 

“Hmmm… taeyeonnie…” sunny softy whined

 

“Soonkyu-ah… I wanted to sleep too…” taeyeon said as she held sunny closer to her…

 

“Hmmm…” sunny simply responded and snuggled closer to taeyeon

 

Taeyeon smiled as she was now cuddling with her bunny… she’s feeling at peace… at home… when she’s with sunny…

 

“My heart belongs to you soonkyu-ah” Taeyeon murmured as she planted a kiss on sunny’s forehead and closed her eyes.
