The girls arrived at the venue ahead of time, as soon as the first group finished their rehearsal, the staff called Sonyeoshidae on stage for their turn to rehearse. The girls rehearsed for roughly 25 minutes; checking their microphones, spotting where they should position themselves, and the like. After, they went backstage to their waiting room to change outfits and prepare themselves for the performance.

 

Taeyeon was the first one to finish; she settled herself comfortably at the couch, grabbed her bag and fished out her phone… “Is soonkyu still awake? What might she be doing right now?” she thought

 

Taeyeon sent a text message to sunny once….

 

To: Sunny Bunny

 

• Soonkyu-ah what are you doing right now? Me I’m waiting for the sign… you know… that we are next to perform

 

From: Taeyeonnie

 

Then twice

 

To: Sunny bunny

 

• Hey! 1-4-3 soonkyu-ah…

 

From: Taeyeonnie

 

Then thrice

 

To: Sunny Bunny

 

• Soonkyu-ah…. Taeyeonnie’s missing you badly right now…  Could you at least reply once?

 

From: Taeyeonnie

 

Still she hasn’t received any messages from sunny; “She might be soundly sleeping right now…” taeyeon

thought… She can’t help it… she wanted to go home already but she couldn’t, they still have schedules after

this… So, she just flooded sunny with text messages.

Taeyeon tried to call sunny a couple of times but still received no response at the other girl…

 

One of the staff informed the girls that they will be the next to perform; taeyeon returned her phone in her bag and everyone started to take last minute checks and touches before going at the backstage. Before taeyeon get out of the room, she hurriedly fished out her phone inside her bag, and took a quick glance on it, hoping that she received a text message from her Bunny, but all she could see was her wallpaper with her kissing the right cheek of pouting sunny.

 

“OH WELL… I’ll patiently wait for her… I know, as soon as she’s up, she will text me…” taeyeon thought

-DORM-

 

Sunny’s soundly sleeping on the couch as her phone keeps on vibrating on the center table; she sets it on silent mode to avoid disturbance from her sleep.

 

After couple of hours, the doorbell came buzzing. Sunny stirred from her sleep by the sudden sound, she waited… and waited… waited for the buzz to stop but it just kept on buzzing… she slowly opened her eyes, adjusting her vision to the brightness, feeling her head, checking if she’s okay to get up, processing…. Done… she got up lazily, and walk to the door; she opened it and saw her Umma with bags of take-out foods for lunch.

 

“Umma ….” Sunny said like a baby, and then she took the bags from her umma…

 

“Still sleepy my baby soonkyu-ah?” Mrs. Lee asked smiling at her soonkyu

 

Sunny just nodded and walked to the dining area to set up the table for their lunch, her umma followed.

 

“How are you feeling soonkyu-ah?” Mrs. Lee inquired

 

“Ahmmm… I’m better now umma, I just felt sleepy whenever I take those prescribed medicines by Dr. Linton.”

 

“You’re not feeling dizzy or anything?

 

“Ahmm… a little… but I’m way better now than before umma… don’t worry…” sunny answered convincingly.

 

“Wow! Lots of meat… hehehehe… Yum! Yum! Yum! You’re the best umma! Hehehe… let’s eat! THANK YOU

FOR THE FOOD!” sunny chirped

 

“Aigooo… so cute! Ok let’s eat soonkyu-ah…” Mrs. Lee said shaking her head while smiling; sunny really makes

her smile every single moment…

After their lunch, sunny washed the dishes and took a quick shower and change… They will be going to hospital

right now for her scheduled checkup. She didn’t even bother to check her phone for some messages or missed

calls, she forgot about it since she’s been overwhelm having her umma around, laughing and talking at her…

Sunny was done and ready, she headed to the living room where her umma was patiently waiting for her while

watching some random tv shows.

 

“Umma, I’m ready to go…” sunny said

 

“Then let’s go…” Mrs. Lee stood up and turned off the tv.

 

“Soonkyu-ah, your phone…” Mrs. Lee said as she handed it to sunny

 

“Oh… I almost forgot… thanks umma…” sunny replied and took her phone

 

“Welcome baby… shall we?”

 

“Ne….” sunny answered smiling

Mrs. Lee instructed their driver that they would go to the hospital.

 

Sunny’s POV

 

While on their way to the hospital, sunny checked her phone; she smiled as she saw taeyeon flooded her with

text messages, and some missed calls.

 

“Geez! This girl is going crazy… sweet… ok I’ll give her a call…” sunny thought and tap taeyeon’s number

 

-RING~~RING~~ RING~~-

 

The phone just kept ringing; she tried several times but decided to drop the call at the end.

“The girls might have been still busy with their scheduled activities, I’ll just sent her text messages then”

 

To: Taeyeonnie

 

• Taeyeonnie! Hello! What are you doing right now? I’ve tried to call you but you aren’t picking up. You might still be busy right now, so I’ve decided to just text you. We’re on our way now to the hospital for the checkup.

 

From: Sunny Bunny

 

Sunny sent another text message to taeyeon.

 

To: Taeyeonnie

 

• Oh… I’ve been laughing at your text messages earlier as I read them… Sorry for not replying to you that moment. I’m asleep and my phone was on a silent mode… Sorry Taeyeonnie! And I miss miss miss miss you too… Call me when you read this okay? I’ll be waiting…

 

From: Sunny Bunny

 

Sunny never forgets to also send text messages to the rest of the girls, cheering them up.

Meanwhile the girls have been recording The Beatles Code that time when sunny tried to call taeyeon. After one hour and a half the recording ended. The girls directly went to their waiting room, to rest for a while before heading to their last schedule for that day.

 

Taeyeon slumped at the couch and closed her eyes, she’s losing some energy, and the only way to recharge herself quickly was to hear her bunny… She searched for her bag and picked out her phone. She widely grinned as she saw several missed calls and received a text message from sunny. She read sunny’s message and was about to inform the girls that sunny might be probably at the hospital right now for her checkup when yoona interjected.

 

“Sunny unnie texted me that she’s on her way to the hospital right now for her checkup, it’s been an hour ago, so probably she’s already in their… I hope she’s doing fine…” yoona said

 

“I also got some messages from sunny unnie too… She’s cheering us…” seohyun said smiling

 

“Got one also…” Hyoyeon, sooyoung, yuri, and tiffany said

 

Taeyeon’s POV

 

“Great! Everyone received a text message from soonkyu-ah… Aish! I’ll just give her a call right now… I need my energizer…”

 

Taeyeon tap sunny’s number and started to call her but the line was busy… She tried… tried… and tried but failed…  “Who is she talking to right now? Soonkyu-ah!!!!!!!! Drop that call right now and answer my call!” taeyeon mentally whined

 

Then she heard Jessica talking to someone over the phone laughing and acting cute.

 

“Don’t tell me she’s talking to my…”

 

At that moment she heard jessica laughing, saying “Sunny’s name repeatedly…”

 

“Crap! She called her first… I should be the first one to call her… Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!!! Jessica! Stop talking to my bunny… taeyeon! Think of something!”

Taeyeon approached Jessica and said, “Jessica, I think manager oppa called you”

 

Jessica turned around to look at taeyeon and answered as she excused herself to sunny.

 

 “Oh really? I haven’t heard it though, where is he right now?” Jessica asked

 

“I saw him went out talking to the PD.” Taeyeon replied innocently

 

“I see… thanks for informing me…”

 

 “Sunny-ah, I’ll call you later okay? Manager oppa wants to talk to me… take care… hugs and kisses!” Jessica said as she ended the call to sunny

 

Taeyeon’s POV

 

“Tsk! ‘hugs and kisses?’ tsk… just drop it already so that I could talk to my bunny…”

 

Taeyeon smiled as she saw Jessica ended the call and looking at her…

 

“Gotta go!” Jessica said to taeyeon

 

Taeyeon just nodded and hurriedly called sunny as soon as Jessica was out of her sight.

 

Sunny picked up taeyeon’s call

 

“Taeyeonnie!”

 

“Why was your line busy? I’ve called you couple of times already…” taeyeon reprimanded

 

“Sorry taeyeonnie… ahm… sica-ah called and we’ve talked…”

 

“Talked about what?”

 

“Just some stuffs… you know… asking me if I’m fine, were the tests already done… and the like…”

 

“How sweet of you two… tsk…” taeyeon replied with sarcasm

 

“Sweet like a sugar! Hahahaha…”

 

“Happy Now?”

 

“Of course! Why should I be sad? Tsk… Jealous?”

 

“Who’s jealous? Me? Why should I?”

 

“Owwh… yeah… Why should you? I don’t know… hmmm… why then?”

 

“Why what Lee Soonkyu?”

 

“Why are you acting like that? Why are you being annoyed?”

 

“Who’s annoyed? Me again? I’m not…”

 

“Stop fooling me Kim Taeyeon! I know you… bleeeh!”

 

“Tsk! I thought you missed me but you’re spending some time with others.”

 

“I really missed you… but what should I do then? Drop sica’s call? It’s not right…”

 

“Tsk! Just admit it that you really not missed me…”

 

“Kim Taeyeon, if you just called to scold me and start an argument, then I’ll just hang up. Cool yourself first, and then call me when you’re already in your right mind. Before anything else, let me remind you that I’ll accept calls whether it’s from YOU OR NOT… So, if my line is busy I might be talking to someone and I just couldn’t drop it… and if it just kept ringing, it might mean that I’m busy on something important… I’ll hang up now…” sunny ended the call

 

Taeyeon’s speechless... staring blankly at the floor… She let her jealousy ate her up…

 

“What Now? My Bunny’s Mad at me” Taeyeon thought sulking
