Taeyeon and Tiffany joined the girls, both seated in between sunny and yoona, taeyeon beside sunny while tiffany with yoona…

 

“Just grab anything you want, it’s all for us.” Yuri informed them

 

“Ok then, I wanted pasta and steak.” Tiffany said, but as she was about to get pasta and steak

 

“Wait! I want some more steak…” sooyoung declared

 

“Need more pasta here!” yoona seconded

 

“Yah! you guys already eat your share, just give it taeyeon and tiffany.” Hyoyeon said

 

Before the two shikshins could respond, seohyun took the pasta and steak, and gave it to tiffany and taeyeon… “Here you go unnies”

 

Tiffany thanked Seohyun and took the plates.

 

“Hey Tae! You’re zoning out… what’s wrong with you?” tiffany asked

 

Taeyeon was in deep thought staring blankly at nowhere when tiffany slightly nudged her which brought her back to her senses.

 

“Huh?! Oh yes… yes… I’m okay… hehehe”

 

“What? You just didn’t answer my question there.*Sigh* Take this and eat… I think your brain is not functioning well because your stomach is empty.”

 

“O-okay… sorry fanny-ah”

 

“It’s fine… let’s eat…” tiffany showing her eyesmile

 

Taeyeon nodded and started eating... eating silently, turning her head subtly on the left side observing the laughing bunny being fed by Jessica.

 

“Guys, do you know the reason why we do have two hands?” taeyeon asked out of nowhere

 

“I know! So that we could do our own stuff easily…” Yoona answered enthusiastically

 

“Precisely! Very good Yoona…” taeyeon complimented yoona while giving a stare at sunny

 

Sunny smirking countered… “And do you know why we have a partner or a friend?”

 

“They will be our helping hand…” seohyun responded

 

“Very well said seohyun-ah…” sunny said smiling victoriously while taeyeon frowned

 

“Kindly pass to me the coldest drink there… gosh! The sun might be releasing too much heat, it even penetrates inside this building…” taeyeon retorted

 

“Oh really?! Let me adjust the AC to coolest, it might help you CHILL…” sunny said and stood up to adjust the AC.

 

“There…. Feeling better taeyeon?” sunny asked sarcastically

 

“Oh---owh! I can smell trouble…” Hyoyeon casually said

 

“I can smell it too…” yuri go along with

 

“Ooooh… Sorry… I think my stomach is in trouble… hehehe I need to go to the battle room now…” sooyoung awkwardly confessed.

 

“Go! Go! Go! Hurry up! The missile might be launched anytime soon… to the battlefield now…” sunny playfully commanded

 

“YaaaaaH! Aish! Excuse me guys….” Sooyoung swiftly ran to the nearest comfort room

 

The girls laughed at sooyoung except for Taeyeon whose eyes were busy eyeing sunny. After a couple more minutes they finished their lunch, cleaned the mess up, and then lie back to the floor and took some rest…

 

“Thank you for the lunch Sunny-ah” Jessica said

 

“Nah… I owe you and the girls…”

 

“Owe me? The girls?”

 

“Yes! I owe you because I let you kept the girls from waiting, that’s why you’ve been being reprimanded by our kid leader here, Ms. Kim Taeyeon and the rest… And for the girls, who’ve been missing me in our practices; I owe them, our group, the formations were messing because I’m missing… ”

 

“Nah, it’s okay bunny, as long as you’re fine… It would be a bother to us if you faint in the middle of a performance you know…”

 

“Yaaaah!”

 

“Hahahahahaha… just kidding… be healthy okay? We need you…”

 

“I know… I know… I know…” sunny replied nodding…

 

“Tsk! You really believe it?”

 

“Of course! Hahahaha….”

 

“Tsk… So full of herself… this bunny…”

 

“I’m not… it’s just a fact that you guys need me… bleeeeh!”

 

“Fine! Haiz… I’m sleepy… Let’s take a nap shall we? There’s still 45 minutes left before the practice starts.”

 

“Sure! Let’s turn off some of the lights…” sunny said

 

“Yuri, could you please turn off the lights on this side? so that we could at least take a nap.” Sunny asked yuri since she was near the switch

 

“Got it!” yuri simply replied

 

“Seo! Let’s follow the sleeping trend.” Yoona blurted loudly

 

“What trend?” seohyun curiously asked

 

“The trend… HHWS!”

 

“What’s HHWS?”

 

“You don’t know? Geez! It’s Holding Hands While Sleeping…” yoona expounded

 

Seohyun faced palm “Aigoo…”

 

“Shall we?” yoona extending her hand to seohyun

 

“Should we? Why?”

 

“Why? Should there be a reason?”

 

“Yes! Give me one…”

 

“Aish! I just want to do HHWS…” yoona immediately hold seohyun’s hands

 

Before Seohyun could say something, sunny hush…

 

“Let her be Seo, you know she’s like this…” sunny said while showing a crazy look

 

“Hahahaha… Unnie~~~”

 

Sunny clapped three times, attracting the attention of the others

 

“Let’s try doing HHWS, joining these two here doing HHWS might be fun and relaxing I guess…”

 

“But I don’t want to hold hyoyeon’s hand… eeeew!” yuri blurted

 

“Eeeeew? Really? Tsk! Then don’t…” hyoyeon retorted and turned her back to yuri

 

“Awwww! I was just kidding… hehehe… now let’s sleep Fiona… May I hold your hand?”

 

“I don’t want to!”

 

“Okay fine…”

 

“Hehehe… I was just joking there… tadan! Now let’s sleep…”

Jessica pulled sunny making her to lie down.

 

“Sica-ah~~~” sunny whined

 

“Sssssshhhhh…. Let’s sleep…” jessica said as she back hug sunny and hold her hand

 

“Uhmm… HHWS is fun and indeed relaxing…” jessica mumbled

 

“I think this is the upgraded version… BHHHWS – Back Hugging, Holding Hands While Sleeping.” Sunny teasingly replied

 

“Hehe… Silly sleep now bunny…” jessica ordered as she tighten her hug to sunny…

 

Both dozes of to dreamland right after they conversed.

Taeyeon’s POV

 

“What did she just say? They will try HHWS? Stupid… LEE SOONKYU YOU’LL GONNA GET INTO ME LATER…”

 

“Shooot! Why was jessica hugging soonkyu now? Aish! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!! You two! What the hell are you doing huh?!”

 

Taeyeon was about to go to jessica and sunny’s area when a hand stopped her. She looked back and saw tiffany grabbing the hem of her shirt.

 

“Where are you going tae? Everyone’s taking a nap, they’re recharging, don’t dare disturb them.”

 

Taeyeon hang her head low and sits back, she was clasping her fist as she ogled at jessica hugging sunny.

 

“Geez! My eyes… aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! I’m blinding! Hate it! You better explain yourself later LEE SOONKYU…” taeyeon thought as she heaved a deep sigh

“Fanny-ah, I think the clock is not working properly?” she asked

 

Tiffany stop playing from her phone and look at taeyeon. “What?”

 

“I think the clock is not working properly… look at it… the second hand is moving slowly like a turtle.” Taeyeon complained

 

“Don’t worry… the clock is just perfectly good… “

 

“Huh?! How do you say so?”

 

“I’ve checked my own watch, the time in my phone, I even checked it online, and the answers were the same as that wall clock displayed. “

 

“Oh really?! How sure are you?”

 

“!00% sure Taeyeon…”

 

“Aaaaah… hehehehe…”

 

“Why do you want it to move fast? I still want to play…”

 

“I just want to end this day so that we could go back to our dorm and rest in the comforts of our bed…” taeyeon reasoned  out, though deep inside she wanted to end the practice as soon as possible so that she could talk to sunny.

 

“I see… 10 minutes before 2pm, we will wake the girls up… you could wait for couple of minute’s right tae?”

 

Taeyeon simply nodded and looked back at the clock, “I could… yes… I could… I could patiently wait… aish! Yah clock! Move fast will you?” she thought

“Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat! I couldn’t concentrate!” taeyeon screamed in her thought

 

Looking  back at the clock, she’s now smiling widely…

 

“Hey Fanny-ah! It’s about time to wake up the sleeping kids”

 

“Huh? Was it really 10 minutes before 2?”

 

Taeyeon nodded enthusiastically…

 

“Okay… woooh! The time really was fast…”

 

“Fast? It’s agonizingly so slow… anyways… let’s wake them all…”

 

“Got it!”

 The kid leader ran to sunny and jessica’s side, her blood is soaring high from displeasure as she took a closer view of jessica and sunny sleeping… She shook both of them gently but neither of the two moved; she did it again but still no effect at all. She tried to shove jessica’s arm from sunny, instead the other girl tighten her hug to the still sleeping bunny.  Taeyeon’s patience was starting to reach its limit and so as her jealousy level.

 

“One more chance, relax taeyeon… inhale exhale…” taeyeon calmed herself

 

Taeyeon shaking the two of them a little harder this time; “Yah! You sleepyheads wake up!”

 

Sunny stirred, slowly opening her eyes, blinking few times before her vision adjusted to the brightness of the surrounding…

 

“Taeyeonnie…” sunny muttered

 

“Thank goodness you’re up! Soonkyu release yourself from this girl’s hug” taeyeon said pointing to jessica

 

“What?!” sunny confusedly asked

 

“Tsk! Wake the sleepyhead that is hugging you tightly right now… break is over, practice time after a couple of minutes.”

 

“Oh right… I forgot… sorry…”

 

Sunny shifted herself to face the sleeping queen; she caressed her cheeks and then pinched it.

 

“uhmmm…” jessica moaned as sunny’s touched her cheeks; however, her eyes were shut opened as she felt pain. There she saw, the giggling bunny, who just pinch her for the sake of waking her up.

 

“Sunny-ah~~~~~~~” jessica whined

 

“hehehehe… wake up now sica-ah…”

 

“Uhmmm… but I still want to sleep…” she pulled sunny closer to her much to taeyeon’s dislike

 

“Hey! Don’t be a lazy bum, we still have a concert tour… don’t tell me you want to mess around the concert?”

 

“Of course not!”

 

“Then to do that, we should get up now, and you not me, should practice… hehehe”

 

“*sigh* okay fine bunny…”

 

Taeyeon’s eyebrows furrowed as she watched the two conversing sweetly, she almost cursed audibly when jessica pulled sunny closer for a hug. She stood up annoyingly and loudly clapped her hands three times; “Girls! Fix yourselves now! Stop playing! We were about to start.” She announced

The girls swiftly stood up and fixed themselves.

 

 “Someone’s really feeling the heat right now…” hyoyeon casually whispers

 

“You bet!” Sooyoung added

 

“OOOooh…” the others echoed

Exactly 2pm, the trainers entered the dance studio together with Mrs. Lee and Manager Oppa.

Sunny was playing with the girls while taeyeon was staring at her when Mrs. Lee called…

 

“Baby, could you come here for a while”

 

Sunny turned around and responded with a smile; “Yes Umma…”

The girls’ eyes followed sunny as she marched to her Umma.

 

“Are they having a meeting or something?” Sooyoung probed

 

“Maybe, maybe not, who knows…” yuri answered

 

“Hey Taeyeon, do you know something?”

 

Taeyeon just shook her head eyes still on sunny.

 

“I think it’s something serious…” tiffany said rubbing her chin

 

“Do you think so?” jessica asked

 

“Yes, think about it, why did omonim need to be here and talked to manager oppa and the trainers if it isn’t that serious?”

 

“You’ve got a point there… What could it be?”

 

“SSSSShhhhhh… quiet…” hyoyeon hushed them

 

“Unnie, I couldn’t hear a thing, we should move a little closer to them.” Yoona suggested

 

“You shouldn’t listen to someone else conversations unnie…” seohyun lectured

 

“SSSSSssshhhh….” Both yoona and hyoyeon shushed her

 

The two were eavesdropping; they inched closer… little by little…

 

“Gosh! Why do they talk so softly?” hyoyeon grumbled

 

“Unnie quiet… I’m trying my best to listen here…” yoona reprimanded

 

“Huh! Aish… fine…”

 

They could hear it now, but didn’t understand a single word… Moving closer… stepping forward… one step closer… two steps… on their third step they could hear someone clearing his throat.

 

“Uh… ehem… hmmm…”

 

Hyoyeon and Yoona looked up and saw Manager oppa.

 

“What were you two doing?”

 

“Ahh… hehehe we’re well stretching our necks…” hyoyeon excused holding her neck

 

Manager oppa raising his eyebrows not convinced by what hyoyeon said

 

“We’re really stretching our necks oppa… hehehe… really…” yoona defended

 

“Really?”

 

“We’re really doing some stretching oppa, we need to stretch our necks too…” seohyun butted in

 

“Okay… Get ready then, the practice is about to start…”

 

“Ne!” seohyun replied and bowed

 

“Told you so…” seohyun mockingly looked at yoona and hyoyeon

 

“What could they be talking about?” taeyeon intently thought

Sunny bid goodbye to the girls, before she could step out of the door, jessica stopped her and leaned forward kissed her on the cheek.

 

“Bye! Hehehe… See you later!” jessica sweetly said

 

“Geez! Thief! See you later then…” sunny replied smiling

 

Taeyeon saw everything, and her eyes were flaming, flaming from being pissed.

 

“Sh*T” she cursed

The practice ended at 8pm.

 

“Let’s eat! My stomach needs to be filled” sooyoung yelled

 

“And so as my stomach!” yoona agree with

 

“Let’s go to our favorite resto then…” tiffany announced

 

“For takeout?” jessica inquired

 

“For dine in… Who’s in?”

 

Everyone raised their hands except for taeyeon

 

“Don’t wanna come?” hyoyeon asked

 

“No, I want to go home already.” Taeyeon replied

 

“Are you sure? You’re not hungry at all?”

 

“Not that much… Just ordered some takeout’s for me and sunny.”

 

“Ok… got it…”

Taeyeon headed home, the moment she entered the dorm, she took off her shoes, turn on the lights and slumped on the couch. She’s dead tired, her eyes slowly closing when she remembered sunny, and wondered why were the lights off? Where could sunny be?

 

She abruptly stood up and checked sunny on their room. She gently opened the door, the room was dimly lighted; walking in, her eyes automatically searched for sunny, *scanning… scanning… scanning…* there, she saw the sleeping bunny still holding her Nintendo DSi.

 

“Tsk! She might fell asleep while playing…” taeyeon thought as she moved toward sunny

 

Taeyeon sits on sunny’s bed and carefully removed the game console from sunny’s hand but the other girl tighten her grip to her console.

 

“Geez! This bunny….” Taeyeon mumbled

 

She was now removing sunny’s fingers, one by one, slowly but surely, trying not to disturb the sleeping bunny…

 

Sunny stirred from her deep sleep when she felt nothing on her hands, her precious Nintendo DSi. She abruptly opened her eyes and saw someone holding her DSi. She couldn’t figure out who it was since her vision was still blurry from deep slumber.

 

“woooo…. Got it at long last! Her grip on this console was so tight… hmmm… does she have a new game here? Let me------” taeyeon’s thoughts was cut off, someone just pushed her out of the bed

 

A loud thud followed by a groaned was heard. * Uuurgggh… ouch…. My … aaw…”

 

Sunny immediately grabbed her console from that person’s hand when she pushed her out of bed, then she heard her groaned, then she realized it’s…..

 

“Taeyeonnie…” sunny called out

 

“Tae—yeo---nnie….”

 

“What’s wrong with you? Why did you push me? Taeyeon yelled

 

“I’m sorry; I didn’t know that it’s you… I thought someone wanted to steal my game console…”

 

“Tsk! Who would dare enter this dorm aside from us?”

 

“I’m… sorry… taeyeonnie…” sunny said in aegyo

 

“Your aegyo wouldn’t be effective… cut it off…” taeyeon annoyingly retorted

 

“Sorry… here let me help you…” sunny extended a helping hand

 

“Thanks but no thanks…” taeyeon just stood up on her own

 

“What’s wrong?” sunny asked worriedly

 

“What’s wrong? You’re asking me what’s wrong? You just pushed me!”

 

“I know I already apologize for that…”

 

“I never accepted your apology…”

 

“Why?”

 

“Why?!”

 

“Yes, why?”

 

“Why what?”

 

“Why don’t you want to accept my apology?”

 

“I just don’t want to period!”

 

“You’re not like this; you usually acknowledged my apologies promptly, why not now?”

 

“Aish! I just don’t want to! Couldn’t you understand that?!” taeyeon roared

 

“Do you have your period?”

 

“Yaaaaah! I don’t!”

 

“Stop yelling…”

 

“I’m not yelling!”

 

“Then what do you call your doing? Whispering?” sunny sarcastically countered

 

“Tsk! Urggggh!” taeyeon grumbled, turned her back to sunny, and was about to walk out when sunny took hold of her arm.

 

“What’s with you?”

 

“Nothing… let go of me…”

 

“No! Tell me what’s with you…”

 

“Nothing okay?! I’m fine!”

 

“You’re not…”

 

“I am!”

 

“No!”

 

“Why should I be not?”

 

“I don’t know… why should you be?”

 

“Yaaaaah! Lee Soonkyu! Stop this okay…”

 

“Kim Taeyeon I won’t until you tell me…”

 

Taeyeon tried to release herself from sunny’s grip, she shoved sunny’s hands but didn’t even budge… she pushed her hard and they both fell on the bed as sunny pulled her along.

 

“Ooww… ok that kinda hurt a little…” sunny whimpers

 

“It’s not my fault, I told you to let go of me but you’re so stubborn!”

 

“Lower your voice please… I might be deaf sooner or later… we’re just inches apart…”

 

Taeyeon tried to push herself up but sunny was fast enough to wrap her arms around taeyeon.

 

“Not that fast Kim Taeyeon…” sunny smirked

 

“What do you want?”

 

“You!” sunny shortly replied

 

“What? You want me?”

 

“Uhuh! I want you to spill it out”

 

“Tsk! Fool…”

 

“Fine! Then let’s remain in this position until you tell me so…”

 

“What?! Could you last long in this position?”

 

“Eeeeh? So you intended to be in this position for so long? Hehehe feeling comfortable on top of me taeyeonnie?” sunny teasingly asked

 

“Tch… Aren’t you comfortable me being on top of you?”

 

“I didn’t say that…”

 

“Are you comfortable with jessica being on top of you?”

 

“She’s just waking me up…”

 

“Waking you up? Does she really need to be on top of you for you to wake up?”

 

“Well, she tickled me, so to prevent me from running away from her, she settled on top of me…”

 

“She could just tickle you without settling on top you…”

 

“Ohhh… Okay now I get it…”

 

“Get what?”

 

“Get why you’re having your tantrums…”

 

“Am I having one?”

 

“Of course not! You’re having the best day of your life…” sunny ironically retorted

 

“Yaaaaaah! Let go of me…”

 

“Are you sure? You really want me to let go of you?”

 

Taeyeon remained silent… heaved a deep sigh and buried her face on sunny neck…

 

“I’ll take it as a no then…” sunny assumed and caressed taeyeon’s back…

 

“Soonkyu-ah…” taeyeon mumbled as she nestled to sunny’s neck…
