Chapter 24

Going to Indonesia 

You worked with the boys as they recorded interviews and some music shows. Another week had passed by quickly. Now you were getting your small luggage ready for Super Show 4 in Indonesia. EXO M was going to perform as a guest at their sunbae’s concert. It was a big honor for EXO-M and they were extremely nervous and happy.

You tried to ignore Luhan ever since he had kissed you. You did not like how he made you feel like a small school girl in love. It was not good for your heart, you concluded. You made small talk with him to the best of your abilities and ignored him.

But today you were too happy to even worry about playing hide and seek with Luhan. You skipped to the doors with your small luggage in hand. Luhan crept up behind you and leaned in by your ear.

“What are you so excited for?”

“AH!” You jumped up in your spot; twirled around to face the creeper. He looked at your shocked face and laughed.

You glared at Luhan for a few seconds before breaking out a wide grin.

“Stop scaring me! Anyways, I get to see Indonesia for the first time and go to a Super Junior concert. Obviously I am happy.”

“I see."He nodded then stopped abruptly, "Wait you know about Super Junior?” He asked confused. "I thought you said you did not listen to KPOP.”

“Well I don’t know much about Super Junior but I know Henry oppa! And I get to see him soon so I’m excited.” You smiled.

“Henry…oppa?” Luhan muttered clearly pissed. “Why are you calling him oppa? He is not even Korean!  You are not Korean either!” He exclaimed, raining on your parade. He was already mad at you for avoiding him this past week and now he had to worry about Henry as well?

“Hmph!” You crossed your arms with a frown. “Well, ever since he debuted in Super Junior he liked having girls call him oppa. Ever since then I’ve been calling him that because he wants me to.” You explained.

Your brother knew Henry ever since his trainee years. Super Junior- M had debuted around the time Kris had gotten into SM so he was close friends with Henry with him being Chinese-Canadian as well. Since Super Junior-M was not active a lot Henry would spend time in Canada mostly which allowed you to get to know him better. He was a good friend and took the job of being an older brother when Kris wasn’t around.

Luhan saw that you were deep in thought with a stupid smile plastered on your face. He narrowed his eyes at you. Is she thinking about Henry with that smile? Hmph! What’s so great about him anyways?

Luhan flicked your forehead, “Stop fantasizing we have to go.”

“Huh?! OUCH!” You punched his arm lightly. “I was not fantasizing!”

“Who was Lina fantasizing about?” Lay asked popping out of nowhere.

“Who else? HEN-“ Your eyes widened in alarm and you placed your palm over Luhan’s lips to keep him from talking.

“No one. No one. He is being a delusional deer. Nothing of importance.” You let out a small shaky laugh.

Luhan glared at you with a smirk. You quickly removed your hands from Luhan and stepped back with small blush on your cheeks. “Stop talking nonsense.” You glowered at him.

You saw Tao walking down the hall so you skipped towards him. “Let’s go, Tao.” You tried to put your arm around his shoulder but failed miserably as he was way taller than you.

He laughed and placed his arm over your shoulders instead. “You gotta drink more milk, Shorty.”

“Don’t call me that. My height is perfect for a girl.” You scowled.

“Yes, yes.” He patted your head before swinging his arm around your shoulders again, pulling you close.

Luhan watched the two of you interact with much distaste. Why does she have so many males in her life?!

Soon everyone was seated in the airplane and miraculously (with him switching tickets with Chen that is) Luhan was seated next to you once again. It was not that you minded sitting with him. It was just still awkward for you after his birthday party.

Luhan had been nice to you recently despite how you tried to ignore him. Of course he had his little pranks and he liked annoying you just like he did that morning but he was also very caring. He was always looking out for you during work and keeping tabs on you just in case you might mess up.

Of course he might have been doing that to make sure you wouldn’t ruin EXO but you couldn’t help but wish that he was being caring because it was you, not because of the group’s reputation.

You knew that you liked him. You knew that it wasn’t the same feelings as you had with Kris or Tao or the other boys when they took care of you. With Luhan it was different. Your heart fluttered with the smallest gestures from him.

You glanced at Luhan to see what he was doing and found him asleep. He looks like an angel like this. You couldn’t help but notice his features. He was fair skinned with perfect facial features. He had a small beauty mark on top of his lips which he liked to hide with makeup but now it was not hidden. Why did I even end up liking him? It’s impossible.

“You know it’s rude to stare at people.” Luhan mumbled without opening his eyes.

Your eyes widened in surprise. He was awake? Shoot! You darted your eyes away from him, trying to look calm.

He opened one eye and gazed at your shocked face. Cute.

“Tsk. Tsk tsk.” He clucked his tongue.

You didn’t know what to do so you let out a big yawn. “I’m getting sleepy all of a sudden. Good night!” You announced and closed your eyes tightly.

“Oh very good, faking sleep when one gets caught.” Luhan rolled his eyes at you with a frown. You opened your eyes and sat up straight.

“Fine, deer boy. I was staring because you looked very innocent and nice in your sleep unlike how you are when you are awake.” You crossed your arms and stared at him.

“What? I am innocent and nice when I am awake, too-” He started and stopped for a second contemplating in his answer, “Well, maybe not that innocent but I am nice.” He winked at you.

“And cocky, too it seems?” You raised an eyebrow at that and looked around. You saw Tao sitting by himself.Huh, I thought Kris was sitting next to him?

Before Luhan could reply you talked again, “Anyways I have found myself another entertaintment. Good bye!~” You waved cutely and stood up from your seat. You walked further back to where Tao was.

Tao looked up from his seat and saw you hovering over him. “Hey Lina.” He smiled and patted on the empty seat ushering for you to sit down.

Luhan rose from his seat slightly and glanced back to see where you had gone off. He frowned at the sight. Dammit, she is with Tao… again!

Kris came out of the restroom and found his seat occupied by his precious devil that went by the name Lina. “What are you doing in my seat, may I ask?” Kris raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms.

“No, you may not.” You replied without prying your eyes off of the screen. You were playing that racing game with Tao this time.

Kris’ jaw dropped at your reply. He smiled unbelievably.

 “Yo, midget! Get out of my seat.”

“Yo, giant, can’t you see that I am playing a game? Go sit in my seat with the deer boy. You can’t have Tao for yourself all the time.” You stuck your tongue out at him.

Kris let out a defeated sigh, “Fine, fine. Tao how could you betray me like this? I thought I was your brother man!” Kris shook his head in fake disappointment and Tao’s eyes widened in astonishment.

“No, Kris gege! You’re still number one!” He said quickly without prying his eyes off of the screen as well.

“Yeah, yeah.” Kris glanced at his two siblings once more and shook his head. “Kids will be kids,” he muttered before walking over to Luhan and slumping in your seat.

Luhan looked up with a smile in hopes of you coming back but at the sight of Kris he went back to what he was doing.

He frowned and went back to playing with the Rubik’s Cube to get his mind off of you.  

“Hello to you, too.” Kris gave Luhan a weird look. Why doesn’t anyone want to sit with me? Do I smell bad or something? What is this?! He frowned and the TV in front of his seat to find a good show to watch.
