Jeon Jungkook's P.O.V

I never thought he would sent me a text again though. I thought after that, after everything, after the whole mess, I never expected him to just send me a text so casually. It reminds me of the texts he would send to me each day that would make a smile lit up on my face. But I'm pretty much hesitant about this. It won't be that bad if I agreed right? I mean, it's just for today isn't it?

Sighing, I stood up from my seat and threw my phone somewhere. I walked towards my closet and decided to get the clothes I'll be changing into. Like always, it will always be a plain shirt and some jeans. I pocketed my phone and my wallet. I quickly wore my timberlands before I headed out.

Kookie, let's meet up by the hallway in the office, alright? The one that has that Kwon Ji-yong's portrait you're into so much. :) Come on, Kookie, I promise I won't bother you afterwards.

And since he did mention that he won't bother me anymore, I guess I can let it slide. I looked at my phone and was debating whether to reply or not, but I came into a decision that I won't. It's just a reply after all. It's not like it will actually mean something or some sort. I took a deep breath, I can keep it in all together right? Such simple gestures won't make me lose my chill, right?

Kim Taehyung's P.O.V

I leaned against through the pavement, as I checked up on my phone a couple of times. There was no reply at all. No word, no nothing. I wonder if he actually read my text or not. Did I mention something wrong in there? I re-read my text once again.

To: Kookie~

Kookie, let's meet up by the hallway in the office, alright? The one that has that Kwon Ji-yong portrait you're into so much. :) Come on, Kookie, I promise I won't bother you afterwards.

I said nothing wrong, right? His simple hello or yes would probably clarify things but heck, nope, I got nothing. Am I waiting for nothing? Am I just wasting my time? Then I heard a voice that answered all my questions.

"Taehyung."

That voice. But hey, it's back to Taehyung I guess, huh?

My eyes landed on his wrist to find the bracelet I gave him wasn't around. I swallowed a large lump on my throat. So, he threw it away?

I quickly turned my attention from behind bombared with the sight of the man that wore a plain shirt, some jeans, and had a beanie on his head. He never did change his way of things after all. I gave him a gentle smile, "Hey, Kookie," I greeted. God, how I miss calling him by his name that way.

I brought out a hand for him to reach out to. He seemed hesitant at first, but I was able to convince him it's fine to which he took my hand. I brought him close, "What's with that face?" I chuckled.

Jungkook scrunched up his nose, pulling away, "Nothing." He answered simply, backing away. "What did you call me out for? And really? By GD?"

"Ah, I never really get tired of your facial expressions, Kookie." I mused, running my fingers through his hair. "You don't mind going on a date, do you?"

"A-A date?" Jungkook stuttered, pulling away quickly from my grasp. "Are you crazy? There's no way you're serious, right?"

I crossed my arms, completely displeased, "Come on, Kookie. Do we really need to go through these stuffs again? What are we? Back to day one?" I arched a brow, but deep inside, this is what I planned on doing after all. We're back to square one. And maybe, this will help me sort a few things out or so.

"I never said so..." Jungkook replied stubbornly, puffing his cheeks out. "It's fine in other words..." He mumbled. How cute. He's embarrassed.

"Then, shall we go, Kookie?" I suggested, wriggling an eyebrow to which I recieved obnoxious vomiting noises.

"Ew. Stop that." Jungkook rolled his eyes, retreating his hand away from mine. So, no holding hands? Fine then.

"Tch." I clicked my tongue. "Someone's jealous that I'm pretty much good looking than they are."
