Changsun sat down on the park bench, remembering his love for you. He began to remember how you to first met. 

Flashback

Changsun went to the park to get some fresh air.He then ran into someone. He immediately apologized and soon found himself staring into the eyes of a girl. A beautiful girl.

He smiled.

She smiled.

It was the start of something great.

End Flashback

Then he remembered the first date.

Everything was awkward
During our first meal
I was worried I’d get rice on my lips
Every time I took a spoonful.
When walking together, so many questions
Should I match your stride?
Should I put my arms ’round your shoulders?
Where should we go?
I’ve known women but I never knew love.
You followed me saying that you liked me
So I walked a little slower for you,
And this is how love began.
We had no romance, but like a sock with a hole
We worked it out, and so we lived.
In the vast ocean that was my life,
It was like seeing an island.
I was so happy I spent the day smiling

Flashback

After helping her sit, he sat down across from her.

He smiled awkwardly and looked down. The waiter came and they ordered. Once they got the food, he started being cautious as he ate. He was afraid he would make a mess, or get food all over his mouth. He didn't want to embarrass himself in front of her. 

After dinner, they started walking around. He was unsure if he should put his arms around you or walk the same pace. You then suggested playing twenty questions, which he agreed. The two of you  got to know each other and before he knew it, you had told him that you liked him.

You liked him.

He was excited to hear that. He replied that he liked you too. 

What was there not to like? You were a dancer, which amazed him and made him like you more.

The night was full of smiles. A smile never left his face, nor yours.

And that is how your love began. 

End Flashback

You had danced your way into Changsun's heart. For months, everything had been ok, until that one day. The one day everything seemed to fall apart.

Flashback

"AN EXOTIC DANCER! YOU'RE AN EXOTIC DANCER! I THOUGHT YOU WERE.." He started yelling.

You continued, "WERE WHAT? A BALLERINA? I NEVER SAID THAT. I SAID I WAS A DANCER."

"YOU LIED TO ME." He stated.

You shook your head and told him, "No I didn't. You just heard what you wanted to hear. See this is why I didn't tell you. Why I don't tell anyone what I do." 

After that you had left Changsun alone. Alone with his thoughts. At first he was angry and upset to where he threw things all around the house until he couldn't anymore. Until all the energy he had just drained out of of his body. He collapsed on the ground, tears flowing down his face. 

Changsun didn't know whether this had been all a dream or not. 

Was his life all a dream? 

Was it all just a dream?

Meeting you. Loving you. Caring about you. Everything that was about you.

Was it all a lie? 

A dream?

Where does he go from here? Where is he headed now? Does he go somewhere close to you? Or does he stay away from you?

A bigger question. Why does his heart hurt so much? He never expected for his heart to hurt this much.

End Flashback

The idea of having to protect something
Even though it wears you out,
even though you go crazy,
Doing that for you, I went crazy.
I was a ballerino that danced for you
at your beck and call.
Your face turned red as you laughed at me,
All darkness turned to light.
Even though the world turns
we said that we wouldn’t,
That we would always stay together.
We promised we would follow

Still I reluctantly dance to the lingering music
Like a carousel in a darkened carnival
I’ll keep on smiling till death
Believing you will come back

His heart still hurt. The pain was still there.  The pain of how he did everything for you, but you just laughed at him. He tried to protect you and you made a joke of him. You had lied to him. You didn't tell him the truth about what you did for a living. That is what hurt more. Why couldn't you tell him the truth about what you did? 

He wished he could go back to loving you, protecting you. Even though those things made him crazy, he wanted you back so he could do them all over again. 

All over again, with the promises, the I love yous. Everything.

But you were gone.

Still with you being gone, Changsun still danced. He danced even though he was alone. 

He kept a smile on his face, hoping you would come back.
