Twenty nine
She was too stubborn. Of course he was pretty stubborn too. Yet she always managed to make him do what she wanted. Right now she was making him rent a horror movie, it was raining heavily but she really wanted to see that movie. It got really popular around her class and she was the only one that didn’t get to see it. He didn’t allow her to watch horror movies. He said she was too innocent, that and the fact she’d stay up all night, clinging on to him, waking him up every couple of minutes when she hears any noise.
She said everyone watched it and she felt left out, she gave him a pout and like always, he gave in. He rented the movie for her and went home, soaked with the rain.
“Did you get the film?” she asked as she took his coat of and gave him a tight hug. Somehow the rain didn’t seem all that bad anymore. He nodded and she smiled.
He could already tell she was getting nervous. It was going to be a long night. “Remind me again why I’m supposed to see this with you?”
“Oppaaa you know I can’t watch horror movies without you, and I have to see this one. I’m the only one that still didn’t” she gave him the most adorable pout. He had to admit he did like it when she leaned on him.

It was around fifteen minutes into the movie and she was already tugging on to his shirt. The film had some pretty scary scenes. She’d bury her face in his arms and ask him to tell her when it was over. Usually, he’d lie resulting in her hitting him, but it was worth it to see her scared expression. She was way too cute. It was getting too scary for her and he could already tell he won’t be getting much sleep that night.
