Fifty one
That day was the first day of spring. His Suzy really loved the spring. Having a walk on the first day of spring was a custom of theirs; it went back to before they were dating, she called him one day because she didn’t have anything to do and so he took her out for a walk in the Seoul spring. It was a tradition she made sure they kept.
When he woke up, she was already awake and three outfits were draped on the bed. “Someone’s excited”
“Of course I am. I’ll have oppa for myself all day long”
“Isn’t that what it’s always like?”
She chuckled, climbing the bed to join him, forgetting about the outfits and sinking closer to his embrace. “It’d better be like that every day. You’re all mine oppa”
“Of course I am. We’ll go at noon yeah?” she nodded. He wrapped her with the blanket and pulled her to him, deciding to enjoy being close to her in the extra time they had.
They had taken a short nap. She woke him up and told him they should get ready, he nodded. She gave him a quick kiss before going to change. Around fifteen minutes later, they were both ready. He had nagged her for five more minutes to wear a jacket since it was still cold, giving up when he remembered how stubborn his girlfriend was.
He locked the door with her standing beside him, seeming very enthusiastic. “Why did you bring an umbrella though?”
“It’s cloudy. You wouldn’t want your dress ruined” she looked up. The sky looked cloudy but she doubted it would rain.
She took his hand the second he was done with the lock, holding it with her own and leading him toward the direction of the park. He stopped walking, causing her to turn and stare. “We aren’t going there. I found a new place on the way back from work” she went near him and used the arm she held to wrap it around her shoulder.
“It’s a bit far though are you okay with walking?”
