Fourteen

She called him for dinner. He saw her carrying the bowl she was cooking toward the dining table, before sitting down. He went to sit beside her and hold her hand.

They were half- way through with dinner when he noticed they weren’t alone.

“Baby”

“Umm?”

“Why is fluffy sitting with us?” he tried not to laugh as he now stared at the bunny. It was sitting on one of the chairs, with only its ears visible.  It was obvious she forgot it there from earlier, but it still looked like she placed him there on purpose.

She immediately flushed. He was still unsuccessfully trying to hold his laughter. He broke in a fit at the look on her face. He just loved how cute she was. Her blush was getting worst by the second; she noticed he now had tears in his eyes from all the laughing. She was too embarrassed.

He was still laughing when he noticed she stood up and was beginning to walk away, the bunny in her hands of course. He immediately stood up after her, taking her in his arms. She tried to break free which caused him to hold her tighter. He didn’t intend to embarrass her but she was too endearing.

“I’m sorry baby...I’m really sorry I won’t do it again”

Finding nowhere else to hide her still blushing face, she buried it in his chest “I really didn’t intend to put him there oppa”
