He didn’t like weddings. He thought it was far too exaggerated. Flowers, dresses, cake, suites and dancing seemed a bit too much for him at once. And yet, he was driving his girlfriend, in her very fluffy dress, to go to a wedding of someone she didn’t actually like.
“All the bridesmaids’ dresses will be yellow?” she nodded. “Are we allowed to wear sunglasses?” she chuckled a bit.
“I think light mint is a good colour. But she’s too self-centred to think about anything but her own sake” that was definitely a new side of her. He had never seen her so fierce but calm at the same time.
“We could turn back baby”
“Why?” he shook his head.

“Are you a friend of the bride young man?” an old lady asked him. He was now sitting in a chapel, surrounded by strangers. She left him to go with the bride a while ago.
“My girlfriend is her relative actually”
“That pretty lady you were necking near the ladies room?” he mumbled a reply. “She’s very beautiful”
“She is”
“Do you love her?”
He broke into a smile “I do”
“Then why aren’t you getting married?” he couldn’t believe it. She doesn’t even know his name.
“She’s…still young”
“I got married when I was twenty two…” To his rescue, a piano started playing. The crowd turned around to the entrance. Two women walked ahead, he guessed they were bridesmaids as well. And then, she walked out. He saw her wearing the dress before but she still managed to take his breath away as she walked down the ais
