Seventy five
ReasonsSeventy five
Almost paaaradiiiise...
He jolted awake to the sound of her alarm. She practically leaped off the bed by the first few seconds of the song. While that song could wake a corpse, he knew that wasn’t the only reason for her enthusiasm, that day was the day of her very first job interview.
You’re all of my liiiiiife...
It would be useless to ask her stop the alarm. She probably left it on purpose anyway.
She raced to their wardrobe, where the outfits she had prepared last night awaited. He moved the covers to have a better look. A white jacket greeted him; it was beautifully combined with a pale pink skirt. There was a houndstooth shirt; it was combined with a bright yellow skirt. Did she plan on blinding the interviewer to death unless he hires her?
Loving you forevaaaa...
There had got to be something suitable somewhere. He sat straight. Pinks, lace and floral skirts were everywhere.
“Which one oppa?” They were all so cute. She didn’t stand a chance. This seriously needed him.
“Uh...” he walked to her side. “Maybe we could...find something...” she watched as he dived into her clothes. He made a face at her backless top, again. That piece received so much maltreatment from him ever since she bought it. She felt sorry for it.

“I’m home” she called as she slowly made her way to the shoe cabinet. Her feet forgot what it feels like to finally touch the floor. She reached for her hair pin and took it off, allowing her fail of an updo to drop down. She collapsed onto the sofa.
She knew job hunting would be difficult, she just didn’t think that a seven hours long quest, all while her confidence suffers a slow and painful death, would still result in nothing. Her first day was a total disappointment.
“Baby?” He found her sprawled on the sofa. He sat next to her, noting she was expressionless. He could tell it didn’t go well. It was normal really; he spent three years taking small jobs while preparing for degrees before finally settling.
“Tickle tickle tickle!” he exclaimed as he tickled her sides. It had no effect, unusual considering how ticklish she was. He tried to hug her instead. He hid his face in her hair and took a breath of her intoxicating scent. “Baby?” she turned to face him. Her hair covered her eyes. He fixed her strands behind her ears and encircled her waist. “It’s hard for everyone at first”
“I know” she pouted as he caressed her hair.
He hugged her a bit tighter. “Do you want me to help you job hunting?” she looked up. “I’ve been there you know”

She highlighted another ad. “They don’t require any experience, it’s a newly opened company” she told him as he leaned over her shoulders to glance at the newspaper, an estate agency.
“It’s too far from here” he kissed her tempting, puffy cheek while checking the other ad. A part time job, requires infrequent availability at weekend, very close to their place. “It sounds nice” she nodded. “What are the work hours?”
“From seven to twelve o’clock” she hesitantly answered.
“Twelve pm?” she shook her head. He immediately flipped to another page.
“But it’s close...”
“Don’t even think about it!” she sighed. It would be useless to argue.
Their search lasted for around five hours. She never noticed there were so many fields. All required previous experience though. She was about to give up when she noticed an advert for the Seoul national UNI library. It had undemanding working hours; it was a very appealing work environment, the view was terrific.
And of course, the perk that won him over, he’d be right in the next building.

”Happy aren’t we?” she teased as he drove her. It would be her first
