Twenty one

 “Ma’am, your cooking is really the best I’ve ever had” he complimented, causing her mom to smile. They were all seated on the table to have dinner. It was a while since he had her food. Even though it was in front of her parents, she still reached for his hand to hold.

“I’m glad you like it. Did Suzy finally learn how to cook?” she asked.

“Uh… yeah she’s a great cook actually” he cleared his throat.

“When are you getting married?”

“Daddyyy…”

She was carrying a set of blankets and pillows attempting to take it to her old bedroom, where they would be sleeping for the night. He said he was fine with sleeping on the couch but she used the argument of them living together anyway, earning him a glare from her dad.

She was walking in the pathway toward her room when she bumped into a body, his body. The bump, with the weight of the blankets caused her to fall backwards. He tried to grab onto her, falling with her instead. They now realized he was on top of her, and the blankets and pillows were in between them. He stared at her, and she was staring back. He attempted to get up after a short while when he realized he was almost crashing her. She pulled him back, hugging his neck and pulling him toward a kiss.

And that was when her mom walked in, gasping at the sight “Oh… don’t mind me I’m just heading to sleep” she said with a chuckle as she pretended to cover her eyes. He immediately got up, picking up the blankets and pulling her up; they both had a blush on their faces. Her mom will probably be teasing them about it for some while.

“Thank god that wasn’t your dad I would’ve been dead” she chuckled as she pulled him in for another kiss, one that they stumbled into her room trying not to break. He finally pulled away when they reached the bed. He released her, much to her disappointment, and went to fix the bed; she joined him to adjust the blankets to cover them. He pulled her closer to him when they were finally well covered.

Being at her old room made her cherry scent seem vivid, it made sleeping on a small single bed not seem so bad.

“Oppa, I love you”

“I love you too baby” her words made him pull her tighter.

“I don’t want to sleep yet”

“Me neither, you know
