Yugyeom pulled the spear from her body and Chaeyoung dropped on her back, holding onto her wound. She didn’t feel unbearable pain anymore, just numbness. Her eyes flickered to the white ceiling. Her eyes caught the movement of the chandelier dangling over her and she simply watched it, suddenly fascinated with the beautiful object.   It was like in slow motion when she felt her head being lifted onto someone’s lap. She strayed her attention from the intricate chandelier and onto a familiar face she could recognise from a mile away.   All she could see was his lips moving fast whilst panic etched onto his face. *Sehun?* She thought, leaving her gaze on him.    Chaeyoung couldn’t hear him but she was too focused on watching his eyes fixed on her.   She blinked and now she saw other heads looming over her with worried faces.    She saw Tao in tears, Kris looking more than panicked enough; there was also a pretty girl amongst the crowd.   She too looked concerned, even that male Taemin. Even if she was dying on the spot, she couldn’t help but glare at him. Wasn’t he the enemy?   Kai was also near her side, his warm hand wrapped around her wrist. From his hold on her, Chaeyoung could feel that he was trembling.    For a second, a whirl of dizziness hit her hard. She closed her eyes but then she felt her ears twitch with a ringing. Then she heard everything. She heard screaming, cries, protests and apologies?   Her eyes fluttered open again and she felt something drip against her cheeks. She locked eyes with Sehun and it was him. He was crying. His tears hitting against her forehead and cheeks like soft feathers.   “Chaeyoung?”    Chaeyoung scrutinised the crowd until she saw it was Kris. She smiled at him but he didn’t return it, only a wretched flash running along his striking features. “T-The baby?” She questioned.   Kris shook his head and something pinched at her. *No*    Sehun’s head snapped up, “You’re pregnant?”    Despite the pain coursing through Chaeyoung’s body, she lifted her arms and cupped Sehun’s tear-stained cheeks. “We were going to have a baby Sehun.” She faintly smiled up at him with a hoarse voice.   Sehun’s face contorted into so many emotions, it was difficult to catch one specific emotion. Chaeyoung felt more of his tears splat against her cold cheeks and she joined him, shedding tears.   She wished she could have been able to get together with Sehun and apologise for her wrong-doings.
