“Brunch is ready!” Tao called from outside.   Chaeyoung cringed as she pulled herself up. Her fingers flew to her neck and she rubbed it softly. She winced once her fingertips grazed the new marking. *That’s right, Kris marked me….* Looking to her side, she saw that Kris was staring at her, more specifically, his mark that he made a few hours ago.   “Brunch is ready.” Chaeyoung feebly grinned to him.   Kris averted his concentration from her pink neck and looked into her broken eyes. “Let’s go eat.” He spoke softly; crawling out first not without giving her a meaningful look that Chaeyoung was perplexed by.   Chaeyoung followed after, stretching out once she stood.
