He was breathing heavily, his eyes were tiredly closed and he looked so worn out. It's as if he had been fighting against the world, not wth his fists or his body but more through his mind, his brain and his feelings. I caressed his cheek slightly, softly and tenderly as I watched him sleeping.

He needed to sleep. He had to sleep. After the talk yesterday, I had no idea that all the pain, all the memories were able to get to him so deeply. Several times I found him wanting to give up, wanting to yell at me for talking about this but then he forced himself to stay put and in the end, he got through the talk but to an unbelievable amount of understanding and patience.

I managed to crawl myself out from his embrace and I tucked him in before going upstairs. I hurried upstairs and took a quick shower, cleaning myself up, brushing my teeth and then got out of the bathroom, drying my hair and started to quickly put on some make up. Light and not too much was good enough and I then grabbed a blouse and a pair of skinny black jeans and a pair of pumps.

When I was finally done, I grabbed my black coat and my purse and hurried downstairs, passing the livingroom and got into the kitchen.

"Miss Ito!" The butler called

"Yes?"

"Miss where are you going? You're suppose to rest in your room. Master is not awake yet" The butler said

"I have a few things to do at the office so can you please take care of JaeJoong today? Please tell the chef o make him vegetable soup, a lot more spicy and adding more flavor to it. Please prepare a plate of fresh fruits as well and lemonade water. He will ned all vitamins he can get and also.. if he asks you where I've gone to, just tell him the office okay?" I smiled

"But Miss Ito.. you cannot.. leave the penthouse. He will.."

"Not fire you. I promise" I smiled

The butler stared at me as I hurried outside, grabbing JaeJoong's carkeys on the way and took off with his car

"Hey Hyung, where is the folder with the meeting from Michael Kors?" Junsu said

I stepped into the hallway to see Yunho in his room typing on his computer

"Hyung, can you send me the files of.. the documents from the previous Fall collection?" Changmin asked as he was going through some papers

He didn't see me and bumped right into me, dropping his papers on the way

"Yuna?" He raised his eyebrow

"Changmin, which collection? From what year?" Junsu said and stuck his head out from Yoochun's office

When he saw me he gasped and came out and hurried over

"You're suppose to be in bed!" Junsu said

"But I'm on my feet" I said after helping Changmin grabbing all the papers

"Why are you here?" Changmin asked as he pushed his glasses higher

I smiled at them

"I feel good, tremendously good to tell you the truth. JaeJoong and I talked about his path and he opened up for me. Totally. He let all of his burdens out and you have no idea how relieved he looked when we finished the conversation" I said

"Reall...y?" Junsu stuttered and looked at Changmin before looking at me again

I nodded

"But even though he looked relieved, he.. was so tired. Emotionally tired. It took so much strength to talk about it and he had to take deep breaths several times in order to be able to continue the memories. It was painful but he managed to get himself through it.. and all I did.. was to lend my ears to him. You have no idea how happy I feel at the moment, how incredibly fortunate I feel but at the same time, I can't help but feel sorry as well. So much pain.." I whispered

"Jae's a fighter.. and he will continue to fight" Changmin said and tapped me on my shoulder

"Speaking of Jae, where is he?" Junsu asked

"I decided to take on the position of Jae today. He's still sleeping and I think he needs to rest so I hope I can help him a bit at the office. And if I need any help, you're here to help me" I smiled

"Take... Jae's .. .position?" Changmin gasped

I nodded

"I'm not going to do major things, small things only to help him, that I think would be okay and I also know that your design and taste are similar so do not doubt yourself today, take on this challenge" I smiled

"What are you doing ? I need he..."

Yoochun came out from his office and he stopped and folded his arms over his chest as he smiled upon the sight of me

"Seems like working in this office helped you a lot" He said, referring to my clothes

"Oh shut up Yoochun" I chuckled

"What's up with the gathering out here?"

Yunho opened his door and smiled widely when he saw me

"You're here" He smiled and gave me a light hug

"Put me into work, tell me what I need to do so that JaeJoong can rest today" I smiled and looked at the guys

"You... work?" Yoochun stuttered

"I want him to rely on me and in order to do that, he has to be able to trust me on his most beloved work, Mirotic" I smiled

All the guys stayed silent for a few minutes before saying anything

"Well.. uhm.. let's get to work" Changmin said a bit unsure but started to walk into his own office

I went inside JaeJoong's office and took off the coat and put my purse behind his desk and looked at his desk, seeing all the paperwork here. Changmin soon entered with a folder and he took the seat in front of me

"First of all, Every morning JaeJoong has to go through with these documents. He has to read them, agree to them and if he does, he signs them. If not, he declines them by putting this stamp on" Changmin said

"And what are these documents about?"

"It can be everything from hiring staff to create the next month's magazine shoot or to another fashion show. It can also be viewing the staff departments and tell them to change anything paticular in the preview edition of the upcoming magazine, if it needs any kinds of adjustments and such. He also has to know what kind of fashion gossip that is circulating around at the moment and hosting events and being a sponsor to different charity activities. And then we have the models for the photoshoots, magazines and the fashion shows. There's also interviews, press conference and documents with other big fashion companies that would like to have a co operation in designing. It is very rare that he accepts those and these documents are for the upcoming meetings that we have to talk about the upcoming fashion since we always need to lie one step ahead before others. These are the accessory department where we have to view and go through the accessories, to see what will match with our upcoming outfits or if we have to order new ones so that it will make the outfit compatible" Changmin said

"Oh my god" I said and stared at the different papers"

"He has a lot of things to do I know but.. it takes time to learn this" Changmin said

"I can see that"

"Are you sure you want to do this?" He asked

"No but I will do it anyway"

I looked up and stared at Changmin

"I just hope I'll be able to make it all right" I mumbled

"We will be here to lend you a hand"

"Then there's nothing to worry about right?" I smiled

"Uhm.. not sure" Changmin chcukled nervously

"You know what, this is a chance for me and I will take this. Go back to your office and I will take one task at the time and when I think I'm done viewing and going through everything I will talk to all of you okay?"

"Sounds good"

Changmin left the room and closed the door behind and I literally collapsed on the desk

"What did I just get myself into?"
