“What?!” Ye Eun suddenly yelled in the middle of our Math class. Everyone quickly turned their heads to her, including me, who was sitting beside her. She held her phone under the desk. What did she just see? Did something happen?

“What happened, Ms. Choi?” the teacher asked, looking slightly irritated because of the disturbance Ye Eun created.

Ye Eun replied, “Nothing, Sir. I am just surprised that I actually understood the lesson.”

“Good, then. I expect an A from you on next week’s test.”

Ye Eun bitterly smiled. Then the class focused back on the teacher’s explanation.

“What?” I mouthed to her.

“Later~”

Soon after that, the bell rang. It was lunch time. Without having to ask Ye Eun for the second time, she already dragged me to the toilet and pulled out her phone. She widely smiled, “You’re gonna like it.”

“Like what?”

“This.” She showed me a picture on her phone. A picture of a guy...

“Who is he?” That was all that I could think of. The picture was so small and of poor quality.

“DUH!” Ye Eun looked irritated. “It’s Leeteuk oppa!” Eh?!

Before I could say something, Ye Eun pulled me to the library and used one available computer there. She opened a Korean website and seconds later, I saw the weirdest side of Jung Soo in front of my eyes.

His hair was not his usual hair. He didn’t wear proper shirt and pants. Only two ed blazers, ropes... WAIT, ROPES?! Who the hell wore ropes to cover the torso?! And what was that? Three pairs of boxers (I noticed Galliano, anyway) and fishnet stocking! I repeated here, FISHNET STOCKING!

“Isn’t he just so hot?!” Ye Eun spazzed.

“He could have worn more garment to cover his body,” I said. I was being honest. I didn’t like him revealing too much skin ;___;

Ye Eun skeptically looked at me. She got that ‘Are-you-hella-kidding-me’ look in her face. “Okay, well, he should have not worn fishnet, I hate fishnet. But he still looks just awesome in it!” Ye Eun argued.

“What is this photo for? Is it brand new?” I asked her.

She nodded. “Yup. It’s called photo teaser. They’re releasing their new album very soon. This photo is used to draw attention to them...” They clearly did.

“I see.” Then I continued, “So not only Leeteuk’s photo? They have the others too?”

“Um,” Ye Eun murmured while clicking the mouse and looking for stuff on the web. “So far, they’ve been releasing Leeteuk oppa’s, Donghae oppa’s and Hyukjae oppa’s.” The screen now showed two more photos. OH GOD! Donghae and Eunhyuk! ASDFGHJKL THEIRS WERE PLAINLY AMAZING.

“I like Donghae’s!”

Ye Eun smiled. “Hyukjae oppa’s is more sophisticated. But Donghae’s is also tempting.”

I was looking for my dad’s driver when my phone rang. Thinking that it was the driver, I answered without looking.

“Turn around,” the person in the other line said. What. How could he instruct me like that? Instead of turning my head around, I checked the phone screen. It wasn’t the driver. It was... the person Ye Eun and I talked about before. Jung Soo. HOW.

I turned around and saw a black Nissan Altima parked in front of me. It’s not Jung Soo’s car! Just like he could read my mind, he saw, “I’m driving Yesung’s car today. Come on in!” He hung up the phone call.

I hesitantly hopped on the car. I was sitting beside him in the front passenger seat. “Hi. What brought you here?”

“I am not busy at the moment. So I think maybe I can give you a ride home.” He was lying, wasn’t he? Ye Eun told me that the whole SM was practically busy because of their new album. Everyone didn’t get enough sleep these days. There was no way the leader could hang out like this. But why was he lying?! And speaking of Ye Eun, thanked God that her mother picked her up shortly after school ended. If she saw Jung Soo here, I couldn’t imagine how she would have reacted.

“How did you know that I go to this school and when the class ends?” I curiously asked.

Jung Soo giggled. “Minho is willing to give out any information to me.”

Do you like me, Leeteuk-ssi...,I thought. But seeing the person beside me suddenly freezing... dayum, I realized that I wasn’t only thinking about it. Instead, I said that...out freaking loud. Oups. “I’m sorry. Just pretend that I didn’t say anything.”

Jung Soo cleared his throat and started the engine. The car left the school. Heh, I didn’t say that I was willing and able to go home with him, did I?!

I checked my phone that was vibrating. A new text message from dad. “My secretary suddenly needs to go somewhere. He is using the car and the driver is with him. Can you go home with Ye Eun? Reply me ASAP.” What a perfect timing.

“OK.” I sent the reply.

“______-ssi,” Jung Soo called me. “Can we drop by a mini market for a while? I’m a bit thirsty.”

“Yeah sure.”

After a short, awkward car ride, Jung Soo parked the car I front of a shop. Wasn’t it where he and I first met?! I blushed a bit at the thought of that silly encounter. I saw him putting a mask on and ready to get out of the car. Realizing that I wasn’t even moving, he asked me, “What? Did I make you feel uncomfortable?”

“No. Not at all. Let’s go.” I got off of the car and walked towards the mart. He followed me.

I took out a soft drink can from the freezer but he stopped me. “Not this. You don’t wanna know how much sugar they put into this thing. Better drink this.” He took two cans of 100% natural strawberry juice. Sugar free! I reluctantly put the soft drink back.

Jung Soo insisted to pay for my juice. He said that if I didn’t let him to, he would leave here. I wasn’t in the mood to argue so I agreed. He smiled and took out some cash. I mentally noted myself to give him a treat someday in the future.

We went back to the car and drank our juice.

I took a sip, it tasted good. “Leeteuk-ssi, I saw your photo teaser today.”

He looked amused and shy at the same time “You regularly search for my pictures on the internet?”

I questioningly looked at him. “What?! NO! Ye Eun showed me the picture.”

He looked a bit disappointed for a second then he beamed. “What do you think of it?”

“I was going to ask you the same question.”

“What do you mean?”

“What did you think and feel when you wore that kind of clothes for a photo shoot?” I coolly asked him.

He giggled shyly. “Did I look way too hot that you’re suddenly giving so much damn about my feeling right now?”

“Leeteuk-ssi...” I wanted to laugh so hard at this point. “You didn’t look hot! Not even good! The concept was killing me. I like Donghae’s more. And Eunhyuk’s was definitely rocking out.”

He pouted. He wasn’t mad at me, this was weird in a way... “The stylist noona kept assuring me that I’d look super amazing. She lied.” He then sulked. How old was he? Seven? What a childish ahjussi. I felt somehow guilty now.

“Noona didn’t completely lie. Ye Eun said you looked fabulous. Maybe it was only me who thought the other way round.” I hoped that was enough to make him feel better. Wait, why did I try to make him feel better?! o_O

“Just wait until you see Siwonnie’s.” Jung Soo continued pouting. He finished his remaining strawberry juice. “Are you done with the juice?” I nodded. He took my can and opened the car’s door.

“Wait.” I held his shoulder. “Let me do it.” I took the cans from him and get out of the car. Then I threw it away to the nearest trash can in the sidewalk. I walked back to the car.

“Let’s go,” Jung Soo said after starting the engine. “Where’s your house?”

I blushed a bit. “To be honest, I don’t know the way to my house from here.”

“HEH?!?!” Whooa, boy, chillax. “I’m sorry. What did you mean?”

“I’m not familiar with streets here. You gotta go back to my school. I can guide you from there.” I bit my lower lip. Don’t turn into an annoying man now, please.

To my surprise, Jung Soo laughed freely. “Girl, you’re so cute...” He continued laughing. “Ok, I’ll drive back to school.”

The ride, this time, was not as awkward as the previous one. I actually enjoyed it. Jung Soo put music on and hummed to the melody of the song. He seemed relaxed.

We finally reached my house. No cars parked in the garage. Not surprising at all, though. It was always like this.

Just for the sake of being polite to Jung Soo, I asked him, “Thank you for dropping me home. Wanna come in?”

“Can I?” His eyes widened.

He won’t really come in, will he?!

“Yes of course! If you want to~”

“You have some food?”

He isn’t taking my offer seriously, is he?!

“We can order pizza.”

“But no one’s inside?”

“You won’t do anything to me, I know.”

Jung Soo widely smiled. “Smart girl!” He tapped my forehead and turned the engine off. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
