Knock, knock. Knocks on the door effectively disrupted the moment. Jung Soo and I smirked, realizing how cheap our conversation had become. My man got up and opened the door. “Yeah, Donghae-ya?” I peeked up and saw Donghae facing Jung Soo.

“There’s a newly received package for us, hyung,” Donghae said, holding a big carton. My heart beat unknowingly thumped faster. My hands started to sweat. Oh no, no it can’t be. Stay calm, ______. It’s not what you think it is. Donghae continued, “It’s from Chinese ELF, hyung. Let’s open it together.” He then left to the living room.

Jung Soo got back to me again and held me on my shoulder. “Come on.” He did not seem to notice the nervousness written all over my face. Good.

I nodded my head coldly, and the two of us walked to living room.

“Whooa, hyung! Jung Soo hyung, look at it!” Donghae half shouted in utter excitement. He was sitting on the floor. The package was already opened and I saw lots of pieces of paper, wrapped with red and green ribbons, scattered around the guy.

Jung Soo quickly ran towards Donghae. He checked out the papers and gasped. A wide smile appeared on his face. “Omona! This is amazing! Jinjja daebak!”

I heaved a relieved sigh. Whatever it was, it was not the type of package I received. That was for sure. I approached them two. “What is it, oppa?” I took on piece of paper.

It took me only several seconds to get what the paper read. It was all the receipts that showed the purchase of Super Junior’s Mr. Simple. There were lots, lots, LOTS of it. “Wow!” See? See? This was what his fans could do. And compared to them, I was nothing. Even in album issue, I was completely useless. I bought Mr. Simple album in Everysing, and months later, I read on fanbases’ Twitter that buying it there was not counted for Hanteo or Gaon. Being the ignorant girlfriend I was, I did not know how important those two terms were for ELF. Later on I found out that it had something to do with GDA or what. According to ELF, topping Hanteo and winning GDA were crucial. And I bought the album in Everysing. I could not help my own boyfriend’s fandom even in the simplest way. Ugh.

Donghae squealed, “Our ELF!!!”

“You guys are deeply loved by the fans,” I uttered. Donghae being all excited and thrilled brought slight headache to me. Or maybe it had nothing to do with Donghae, this headache just plainly came to me for no reasons.

“These all only mean one thing; we have to work harder for the fans,” Jung Soo said.

Eh? I disagreed. “Don’t overwork, oppa.” I took Jung Soo’s hand and caressed it. “As much as the fans want to see you work hard, I bet they don’t want to see you work THAT hard.”

“I knew, ______-ah. I won’t.” But his eyes did not tell me the same thing. I bit my upper lip as I was truly worried of him.

Unconsciously I started arranging the receipts to a particular shape. Heart shape.

“Wow, should take a picture of it!” Donghae’s shout brought me back to reality. He and Jung Soo took out their cell phones. I moved a bit so they could take a picture of it.

“Look, babe.” Jung Soo showed me the screen of his phone that was showing the picture he just took. He stared at it and another smile printed on his face again. “Should I get ready right now? We’re going out, right?”

I nodded. “Yes, oppa.”

He went to his bedroom so he could start preparing himself. Donghae and I were left in the living room.

“Hae oppa,” I tugged the young man’s shirt to get his attention. “You should come with us.”

Donghae shook his head, giving me a nervous smile. “Jung Soo hyung will not be amused. Besides, you guys deserve a quality time together. I’ll be fine here.”

“No oppa, you gotta come. It’s your day off. Everyone deserves a quality time together with their beloved ones, and so do you. Come on, quickly change your clothes, okay?” I said, pushing him to his room.

After a few quarrels and a lot of puppy eyes, finally here we all were. Jung Soo, me and Donghae inside my car, ready to go out and have some fun.

Donghae sat behind the steering wheel. It was the product of the agreement between us. Jung Soo let him come with us under one condition: Donghae had to drive. He did not complain though. It was much better than rotting in the apartment suite alone.

“Where should we go right now, President of All Girls, Leeteuk?” Donghae glanced at me and Jung Soo, who were comfortably cuddling on the back seat, through the rearview mirror.

“Wow I’m dating President of All Girls,” I giggled stupidly. “Donghae oppa, do you have any recommendation of places we should visit?”

 “I am not letting Donghae choose that, ______-ah! He is only permitted to drive.” Jung Soo lightly bit my nose.

Donghae saw that and got annoyed. “Arghh! Hyung, don’t be like this! I’m shivering, you are so cheesy it’s almost sickening!” Good, Jung Soo now everyone knows it. But Donghae… Haha, poor single guy.

Ignoring Fishy, Jung Soo continued the public display of affection. He took my hand and rubbed the palm. “Lee Donghae, drive to The Park,” he coolly instructed.

“But hyung, which park? Children’s Grand Park? Or Hangang Park Ttukseom Area?” Donghae asked, confused.

Jung Soo turned to face me. “Children’s or Hangang?”

“Seoul Children’s Grand Park! Never been there before!” I exclaimed eagerly.

“Ok! Children’s Grand Park, here we come!”

Children’s Grand Park, still in Gwangjin area, was truly a beautiful place. It was September and that meant autumn just started. The weather was getting breezier, but it was still warm and bright. Perfect for strolling in the park.

I asked Donghae and Jung Soo why they were not wearing any masks and just wearing shawls when we got off the car. Their replies: “______-ah, who on earth is wearing mask, shawl and beanie to the park?!”, “That would only make us suspicious.” Oh... I thought it was safer with mask, but apparently they did not think so.

The place was indeed huge... They had Botanical Garden, zoo, amusement park, Environment Pond, Outdoor Performance Hall, football field, Dome Art Hall, Parrot Village, Marine Animal House and many more here. To be honest, just thinking about going to this place was exciting, but I could not help but feel so tired. Even though Jung Soo was here with me, I did not know why but the idea of going out to public place was terrible. Staying at his dorm would be much nicer, and it required less energy than walking around in a large park like this.

We went to the zoo first because Donghae insisted to go there. Jung Soo and I walked behind the cheerful, excited man. “ZOO! YEAH!”

I laughed at Donghae... Could not help but think that he was so childishly cute. I seriously wish I could be more like him. He knew when to be serious, when to be like a truly kid and enjoy the life.

He continued the juvenile act of his throughout our journey in the zoo, and Jung Soo unintentionally joined the club by being ridiculously babyish too.

Their reaction upon seeing:

-          Giraffes: “We should bring one home for Ryeowookie!”

-          Horses: “Annyeong, Siwon-ah! Have a good time here?” (waves their hands at the horses)

-          Fishes: “Hyung, should I jump in and join my family?”, “Yes you should.”

-          Monkeys: “MY BOYFRIEND, LEE HYUKJAE! What are you doing up there?! Come down here fast, or I will finish up all your stock of strawberry milk in the fridge!”, “Hae. Everyone is staring.”

-          Bears: “Kangin appa, bogoshipeoyo!” (Jung Soo gets suddenly so hyper at this point)

-          Bunnies: “Sungmin and Ryeowook are so cute...”, “Hyung, can I take one home?”, “No.”

-          Cats: “OH MY GOD I HAVE NOT FED BAENGSHIN, CHAMPAGNE AND HEEBUM TODAY. HEECHUL SHALL MURDER ME.” (Jung Soo panics.)

-          Turtles: “YESUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNG~ CHUUUUUUUUUUUU~” (blows kisses to those poor, confused little turtles)

These guys were the best. My tiredness was still there, but they made me laugh and I kind of forgot about it. Kind of.

I giggled every time they saw new things and made cute remarks about it. “Oppa, I cannot do this anymore. If you two keep doing this to me, I will end up rolling on the ground, chaotically laughing at your foolish acts and surely it will draw so much attention from people around. You want that?”

Jung Soo smiled ear to ear and ruffled my hair. “You don’t have enough confidence to do that. Donghae and I are safe. Let’s go, Donghae-ya! We should torture her more, hahaha!”

I giggled once again.

When the zoo closed at 5 p.m., Jung Soo and I had to literally drag Donghae out and buy him colorful candy canes to get his attention distracted. Literally. A part of me did not mind to do that. Being in the zoo any longer would only make me even more exhausted.

After that we rode on camels. I wanted to ride on the pony but they only allowed kids to do that. Besides, Donghae said that would be totally wrong, riding on the back of Siwon’s younger sibling was a cruelty I should never do that.

Lastly, we went to the amusement park. We bought the Big-5 pass tickets, and got to ride five arcades. Our choices? 88 Train Jet Coaster, Ghost Castle, Viking Boat, Hurricane and to finish the enjoyable evening in the park, we just had to go on Merry-Go-Round. The sun beautifully disappeared below horizon in the west, its glistening  orange beam brilliantly shone above our heads. As the ride went on, Jung Soo and I held each other’s hands and treasured the moment, unfailingly keeping every smile, every laughter, every word said, every pictures taken, every moment spent in our brains.

Donghae parked the car in W-Seoul Walkerhill parking lot. The hotel in front of us was huge and it gave out lively, delighting vibes. We would have dinner here as Donghae recommended the place. The three of us quickly got out of the car and came inside the building.

Finally, a break from all the hectic journey.

This place was amazing. If the outer featurewas already breathtaking, then the inside was much more beautiful. So sick. The lighting was incredibly perfect, the clean, shiny floor made the atmosphere more pleasing.

Everyone around in this hotel looked very chic and fashionable, they wore expensive designer clothes while Donghae, Jung Soo and I were still slightly sweating resulted from the previous activities we did. Haha. But who cared... That would not deter us from having the fun we should get.

The front lobby had very urbane design... In fact, the whole concept of the hotel did. Even the reception desk was unlike any other. The area was surrounded by wooden wall to give warm ambiance, but again, the cemented floor made the feelings a bit dark. Youthful sensations could again be felt by colorful lights under the desk itself. English speaking staffs were ready to greet us with big smiles on their faces. Nice... but I liked Super Junior’s apartment better. Their dorm was by far the warmest place ever, along with SHINee and f(x)’s dorms.

“Come on, follow me,” Donghae coolly said before he walked faster in front of us, showing the way to the restaurant.

We went inside this restaurant named Kitchen. Kitchen Restaurant. This whole place was so urbanely chic. It was, again, lively, but also classic and sophisticated at the same time. The most dominant colors they used here were purple and dark brown. Shades of brown were the color of the tables, sofas, chairs and curtains. Purple was the color of the lights. I bet it would look all classy at day time, but transform into stylish one at night time. Not like I complained though...

Donghae approached one man in front of the restaurant. “May we use the private room?”

The suave man in the uniform black suit answered, “Yes, Mr. Lee Donghae. It is always open for you and your colleagues. Please follow me.”

Donghae must have gone here very often.

In the private room, another male waiter gave us the menu book. “Our recommended dish is herb grilled lamb chopped with tomato jam and crushed peas.”

That sounded yummy. “I want that one for me, please.”

“Make it two,” Jung Soo quickly stated. “But without any peas for me. Thank you.”

Donghae said, “King crab, please.”

“And drinks...? We serve cocktails here too.”

“Singapore Sling,” I unconsciously said. A sip of the fruity cocktail in this chic restaurant should be perfect. But then, I felt a noxious stare... Turning around, I saw Jung Soo was looking intently at me. “What?”

He shook his head. “No, no alcohol for you. We’re all drinking lemon tea.”

Haha, look... How protective my boyfriend was. :P

The dinner was amazing. Even though I did not feel so much like eating, the food was undeniably one of the best I had ever tasted. “Donghae oppa, thank you for bringing us to this restaurant.”

“Yeah! Actually it’s like my third time coming here,” Donghae said. “I’m glad I came with you two. So, you’re wrong, _______-ah. Do not thank me. I thank you for letting me go with you and Jung Soo hyung.” He attractively smiled.

Jung Soo lightly hit the younger male’s head. “Don’t be so cute in front of her, Donghae-ya!”

Haha, Jung Soo...

“Is it really okay, ______-ah?” Jung Soo asked me in a worried tone. We were now back in their apartment and I was going to go home by myself.

“Haha, of course it is!” I said. Who had the heart to ask this skinny, tired man to drive you home?!?! Definitely not me. “I’ll phone you as soon as I reach home, oppa,” I continued, reassuring him.

Jung Soo hugged me tightly, and whispered softly, “Do not forget to call me. I am begging you.”

I nodded. “Don’t worry.  I won’t.”

I left Sharp Star City Apartment after spending my whole day with Jung Soo and his junior, Donghae. It was truly a memorable day. Better than the best. Even though now I was tired as hell, but it was worth it.

My phone suddenly rang so noisily and while I thought the call was coming from the impatient Mr. Park Jung Soo, the screen showed me “Choi Minho – Calling.”

Something crossed inside my mind right after reading his name... Kibum’s birthday is tomorrow!
