Chapter Twenty-four

Faking Innocence

Taeyang kept replaying his conversation with Dara over and over in his mind. There was so many things he wanted to ask her and when he did try to ask, she only told him to ask Minzy or better yet leave her the hell alone. Call him selfish, but he wasn't about to give up Minzy. There was something about her that he just couldn't get enough of. She was exciting and mysterious, let's not forget the fact that she is damn good in bed. But that was only half the reason he was with her, there was something more. She stirred something deep within him, he just didn't know exactly what it was and was determined to find out what it was.

Hearing his doorbell ring, he rose to his feet and saw none other than the young woman he was just thinking about. But she didn't look herself. She seemed to look upset and the tears that were welling up in her eyes made him curious. "What's wrong?"

She only shook her head as she lunged at him and crushed her lips against his. Kissing him hard as her tears fell from her eyes. He could taste the salty tears as he kissed her right back. If she didn't want to talk, he could wait, especially with the way she was kissing him at the moment.

The couple lay on the bed quietly, neither saying a word as she traced her fingers across his wash board abs. She had been crying throughout their entire makeout, yet he never stopped. This she was truly grateful for as she tried to drown out the news she received before coming to his apartment. "I heard Dara talked to you."

He chuckled as he wrapped his arm around her to bring her closer, "She did."

She sighed and put her chin onto his chest and stared up at him, "Can you promise me something?" He nodded his head without question for her to continue, "I'll answer any questions you have for me after this weekend. Under the condition that you not worry and enjoy your birthday weekend."

"Any question and I'll get a honest answer," he rose an eyebrow at her and she nodded. "Do I have to enjoy it? There are some parts of my birthday that won't be so enjoyable, like seeing my family."

She coughed a laugh and smiled, "Of course you're allowed to feel whatever you want. I'm just saying to be open to positive feelings. Like I told you, a birthday is a pretty big deal to me."

"Then let's seal our deal with a kiss," he said as he tilted her chin up and kissed her. Pulling away he couldn't help but stare at her flawless beauty. The way she smiled up at him made his chest tighten as if he could burst with joy. It was such a weird way to explain what he was feeling at the moment, but that was the only way he could make sense of what he was feeling. "Now let's get this show on the road," he teased as he pulled up onto his bare chest and leaned forward to press his lips to hers.

Taeyang was surprised at his tremendous will power, okay it was more so Minzy not giving it up. The many attempts that he tried to her was shot down as she kept pushing him away each time he tried to slip his hands underneath her clothing. He settled for their heated makeout, even if he was the one doing most of the work. He didn't know what the issue was, but it was eating away at his life at the moment.

He couldn't understand why he could never get enough of her touch as he wrapped his arms around her sleeping form and pulled it up against him. Feeling the warmth of her body against his made him smile. She always slept so peacefully like an angel and he'd like to think he was the reason for her doing so. But even angel's cried as he saw a stray tear fall from her sleeping eyes. He bit his lower lip and wiped the trail away from her eyes and bent over to place a sweet kiss against her cheek, "Why are you so sad? Am I the reason for it?" He felt her stiffen at his question and he couldn't help the deep frown that set upon his face. "I don't want to be the reason you cry, but the reason you smile." His honest confession startled him a bit. He never once cared if one of his past girlfriends cried over him, which was how all of them ended. But for some reason she was different. He could honestly say that he hated seeing her cry. Not just because it was ruining the mood of them getting it on, but it truthfully hurt him to see her hurt. He pressed his lips against her ear and softly whispered, "I love you." He froze at his words, that's not what he was going to say. He mentally slapped hisself for saying what he did. Why did that leave his mouth? Watching her shift in his arms, he became sick to his stomach wondering if she had heard his words. To his relief, she only buried her face into his chest as she wrapped her arms around his waist like a pillow. Closing his eyes, he cursed at himself for his careless words.

Taeyang grinned as his girlfriend dragged him here and there to find the perfect outfit for the party that night. It was funny seeing her go to work, dressing him as if he was like a young child. She had waved off his opinions and let him know that this wasn't some kind of college party and if he was her boy toy that meant she had the last say on what he wore. Not putting up a fight, he allowed her to do what she wanted with him.

"Please don't do anything stupid tonight," she begged as she helped him with his long black t-shirt she had picked out. "Remember what I told you..."

He sighed as he recited the same guidelines she's been spouting the entire day of their shopping together, "I'm not your boyfriend, but your boy toy, I can't follow you around the party like a love sick puppy, and..."

"You need to let me handle the conversations that happen between me and my friends. Perfect," she smiled sweetly before pecking his lips. "I'm gonna go get ready. I'll be back."

"Alright," he grinned as he watched her leave before he picked up his phone to call his best friend.

"What's up man," Top greeted his friend through the phone.

He sighed as he thought about his words last night, "Man I ed up."

"What happened?"

"I told her that I loved her," he confessed.

Top nearly choked at what he was hearing, "You what?! Are you out of your ing mind man?!"

"She was sleeping though," Taeyang tried to defend himself. "I wasn't gonna tell her that but it just slipped." His friend went quiet as he continued to explain, "Man I...I just didn't like seeing her cry. I mean I didn't make her cry, but the thought that I could've been the cause of those tears made me feel bad. So I was trying to comfort her...man can you say something?! I just don't know what to do!"

"Did you mean it," Top finally said.

"I...yeah I don't wanna hurt her..."

"No you dumb ! I mean, do you love her," Top asked seriously.

Taeyang shrugged to himself, "The if I know, it's not like I can. You know this..."

"Taeyang don't around with me. Do. You. Love. Her," Top barked through the phone getting irritated.

"I don't know," Taeyang quickly answered. "I don't know what I feel for this girl. I just know she's different. She makes me feel different."

"Then you know what this means right?"

"What?"

"You lost the ing game," Top teased as he cheered to himself. "I win !"

Taeyang chuckled as he shook his head, " you man, be serious. I need your help."

"Okay if you want my advice, take her to your family dinner..."

"Damn dude you're dumber than ," Taeyang laughed.

"Listen to me, if you really feeling this girl then see if you guys can handle the heat. If so, then be honest with her. Tell her about this ed up game we played and tell her how you really feel about her."

Taeyang thought about what his best friend was saying, he knew he was right, "As dumb as your sounds, you're right."

", I'm always right," Top boasted through the phone. "Now after this weekend you owe something big for losing this game."

"Yeah sure, I'll pay for your stripper fees," he teased his friend before saying his farewell.

Taking a deep breath, he tossed his phone onto his bed and thought about everything that led up to this moment. Staring into the mirror, he grinned at the young man staring back at him. He seemed content as if the world was spinning his favor. "What the is happening to you," he grinned and shook his head before turning to flip on his music to wait for his girl.

Taeyang flipped off the ignition to his car and felt his chest tighten as he glanced back at Minzy touching up her makeup. She looked beautiful as usual, but the way she dressed and wore her makeup it was as if she was a darker, edgier kind of girl. She wore a black mesh shirt that showed her black bra that seemed to make her pop, to her black sweats and black combat boots. All with the smokey dark makeup, it made her that much ier and badass. It amazed him to think she had so many different looks, but this one meant business street wise as she pulled a black beanie over her wavey hair.

"I'm gonna head out first and then you can come in a little later okay," she smiled as she winked at him before hopping out.

Watching her walk towards the abandoned looking house that seemed to be glowing with life as people flocked from all kinds of directions. As much as he wanted to compare this to a regular college house party, seeing the types of people walking towards the house he knew better. Taking deep breaths as he tried to clear his mind before his passenger door flew open and his best friend hopped in.

"Damn I was looking all over for your ing car," Top said as he closed the door. "When are we going in?"

"The ?! Top, what are you doing here," Taeyang growled. "Are you trying to get yourself killed?"

His best friend shook his head and gazed at the house party going on, "Naw man I'm just trying to go that party going on."

"Do you know what kind of ing party that is," he hissed in annoyance. "It's a ing gang party!"

"You joined a gang without me? That's cold as hell man," Top shook his head in disappointment. "Does your family know?"

Taeyang couldn't help but sock his friend in the arm, "Man don't be ing stupid! It's Minzy's friends."

"Minzy's apart of a gang?! That's ing hot, maybe I should've been the one tapping that ," Top teased. "Now let's get in there and get ed up."

"You're not coming."

"I'm going."

"No you're not," Taeyang argued. "I don't want to be responsible for your death."

"You can argue all you want, but I'm going," Top said before he hopped back out of the car and started heading towards the party.

Taeyang raced after his best friend and caught his arm, "Alright, alright. Just please don't get us killed."

Top grinned as he threw his arm around his best friend's shoulders, "No my friend, I came to make sure you didn't get yourself killed."

As the best friends made their way into the house, they were met with smoke and loud rap music. Making their way in, there were people all over the place gazing over at them. But Top seemed unfazed by the looks and continued to walk in before someone stood in front of him. It was Taeyang's turn to step forward and saw that it was none other than Teddy. His hard face was looking Top up and down as if he was sizing him up. "What's up Teddy," Taeyang spoke up to get his attention.

Teddy turned to look at Taeyang and nodded, "What up, who is this?"

"The name is Top," Top said as he extended his hand out to him.

Instead of accepting his hand he nodded behind him, "Drinks are in the kitchen." He then gazed hard at Taeyang, "Pretty boys like ya'll don't belong here."

" Teddy let's not scare them away now," Daesung laughed as he stepped up to the group. "Nice of you guys to join us. Let me take you guys grab a drink."

"Thanks," Taeyang said in relief as he turned to follow Daesung.

Being a nice guy, Daesung went about making the two of them drinks. "I'm surprised you showed up."

"Why do you say that," he asked as a woman winked at him and started to head towards his direction.

"No reason, I just didn't think you'd have the balls to come to this kind of party," Daesung laughed as he drank the cup he was pouring and started to make another.

Meanwhile Taeyang stiffened as the young woman strutted over to him and started prancing her fingers over his chest. He looked to his best friend for help, but that was no use as he stood back in amusement. Sighing he tried to push her off, but this only encouraged her to hold him tighter against her. "Uh..." he didn't know what to do as he tried to move away and failed.

" get the off of him," Daesung barked. Grabbing a fist full of her hair, he yanked her towards him and kissed her hard, "Now get lost before Minzy comes and finds out you've been throwing yourself at him."

The young woman's eyes bulged with what looked like fear as she looked at Taeyang, "You...you're with Minzy?"

Taeyang slowly nodded his head, unsure if he should admit to it, "Yeah."

The young woman started to tremble as she clung onto Taeyang's shirt, "Pl...please forgive me. I...I didn't know you were Minzy's."

"Who is with Minzy," a voice called the groups attention and they all turned to see a woman standing with a smug look on her face.

"CL," the woman gasped as she let go of Taeyang's shirt.

"The one and only es," she chuckled as she walked up to Daesung and embraced him. "What's up!"

"My girl," Daesung laughed as he held her tight. "I'm so glad you could make it."

She shrugged as she held a smile, "How could I not? Se7en was being a little girl about me not possibly coming."

"You know we family girl. Of course he's gonna bug the out of you," Daesung teased.

CL laughed before turning her gaze to the young woman who had announced her presence, "So what were you guys talking about before I came in?"

"I...I'm sorry," the young woman apologized again. "I didn't know."

'What didn't you know," CL snapped as her demeanor instantly changed.

"That he was Minzy's," the young woman nodded towards Taeyang.

CL glanced at Taeyang then back to the young woman before turning to the kitchen drawer and pulling out a knife. Flipping it, she quickly turned the blade and pressed it against the young woman's neck causing Taeyang and Top to gasp in shock at what they were witnessing. "Are you ing crazy," CL growled down at the girl.

"I didn't know," the young woman cried feeling the blade being pressed against her neck. "Please..."

Taeyang looked to Daesung who stood indifferent to the situation as he sipped on his alcohol. "I should drive this blade right through your ing throat right now. Is that what you want ?!"

"No," the young woman cried. "Please don't."

"Please she didn't know," Taeyang found himself saying feeling sorry for the woman in question.

CL's fierce glare was turned towards Taeyang as she spat right at him, "Shut your ing mouth!"

It was then that Daesung sighed and came to Taeyang's rescue, "CL he's a pretty boy from Minzy's school. He doesn't know any better."

"Oh," was all she said as she stood up straight and pulled the blade away from the girl's neck. "Get the out of here," CL told the young woman who quickly raced out of the kitchen leaving the group alone. "Hi my name is CL," she smiled sweetly as if she wasn't some crazed young woman who was just threatening the life of another a second ago.

"Taeyang and this is my buddy Top," Taeyang forced a smile.

"Top," CL gazed over at his best friend and eyed him suspicously. "Do I know you?"

Top shrugged as he smiled at her, "Not sure. I know a lot of people."

The look in her eyes seemed to agree that he was a familiar face, but she didn't press him any further, "So what are you guys doing at this kind of party?"

"Se7en invited me," Taeyang grinned.

To that CL laughed as she looked over to Daesung, "You're hella ed up."

"What," Daesung laughed as he held his hands up trying to act innocent. "It was the only way to get Minzy here."

CL's face quickly turned to that of sadness, "So she is here?"

Daesung threw his arm for comfort around his friend's shoulders, "She with the boys right now."

CL bit her lower lip and shook her head, "I can't. Not yet." She looked for a way out and saw Taeyang as an opportunity, "Dance with me?" Taking his hand before he could answer, she led him out the kitchen and down the halls into the master bed room that had the dj playing and bodies swaying to the rhythm of the music. "If you're Minzy's boy toy her presence will be made known shortly," CL smirked to herself as she threw her arms around his neck and swayed her hips against his.

"So you know Minzy," Taeyang said to start a conversation with her.

She cocked her head to the side and pressed her lips against his ear in hopes to overpower the music, "Yeah we ran these streets together. She's like my sister."

"Really?"

She laughed and nodded, "Yeah, we were thick as thieves until recently."

Taeyang thought back to his memory of seeing Minzy talking to some guy at a party he had spotted her at months ago, "Was it over a guy?"

He felt her stiffen against him and knew he was right on the money, "Why do guys always have to things up?"

"Can you blame them? You both are very hot," Taeyang smiled.

"You're cute," she giggled. "I can see why she's kept you around."

"Thanks I think you're kinda cute too," Taeyang continued his flattery.

"Awe you're gonna make me blush. Stop it," she smiled sweetly at him. "Why can't there be more guys like you in this world?"

He chuckled as he looked down at her, "I don't know. You barely even know me."

"I know enough," she countered as she met his gaze. "I can see it in your eyes that you feel a type of way for my girl."

"A type a way," he wiggled his eyebrow up at her to further explain.

"A type of way that only comes when we truly feel it here," she said as she placed her hand over his chest. "Be honest, you wouldn't have the courage to be here if you didn't."

He smiled and shrugged it off, "I don't know what you're talking about."

"Uh huh," she chuckled as she leaned her head onto his chest. "Be careful Taeyang. My girl doesn't take matters of the heart lightly."

"What does that mean?"

"Don't take the plunge if you're not willing to follow through," CL looked up with warning in her eyes. "She deserves better than what she's gone through and as her sister I will make it my problem if you half your way to her heart just to break it."

"I got it," he chuckled at her warning. "And if you should know, she's making me work over time to win her over. She's tried to dump me a couple of times and I won't leave her alone."

"Sounds like my girl," CL sighed. "Always pushing people away that are trying to get close to her heart."

"Who invited this piece of work to the party," a voice cut into their conversation and they bothed look to see it was one of the twins.

"Deukie," CL shrieked as she pulled away and turned to embrace the young man. "How are you?!"

"I'm good. I'm glad you could make it," he sang into her hair as he kissed the top of her hair. "I see you're already getting to know the pretty boy."

CL rolled her eyes as she gazed back at Taeyang, "Thanks for the dance."

"Yeah no problem," he grinned before he turned to leave. It was then that he noticed Minzy standing at the door way eyeing him as if she had been standing for a while. It was in that moment she sent a glare towards him before turning to leave. Following after her, he was stopped by the other twin.

"Hey man, Se7en wants to see you," Donnie said as Top flanked his side with a drink in his hand. "And you are?"

"He's with me," Taeyang said as he took the cup of liquior from his friend and downed it in one go.

Donnie shrugged not caring as he turned to have the two follow him. "Man that girl was ing hot. But the way you were dancing with her I don't think Minzy liked it," Top chuckled.

"Man shut up, I didn't do anything," Taeyang hissed as he jabbed his elbow into Top's side.

"Aye man, it was more like how CL or whatever her name is was throwing herself at you," he explained.

"I would watch how you talk about CL and Minzy in front of Se7en. He isn't our leader for nothing," Donnie shot the two a quick warning before he nodded for them to head down to the basement.

The both of them nodded as they made their way to where Se7en resided. There he sat puffing a cigar in one hand, while the other one was wrapped around the waist of Minzy who sat on his lap. As intimidating as the scen looked before him, he didn't like how possessive Se7en's grip was around her waist and even more so with the look of indifference in her face as the two came into view.

"I'm glad you were able to make it to the party," Se7en's voice boomed. "How are you enjoying it so far?"

"Good music and alcohol, can't go wrong with that," Taeyang shrugged.

"That's my man," Se7en nodded in approval. "But I see you came with company."

"Yeah, hope that's alright with you," he flashed an apologetic grin towards Se7en.

"Actually I gotta thank you. You brought my family together. Aren't I right Seunghyun," Se7en smirked as his gaze turned to his best friend.

Top narrowed his eyes and glared at Se7en, "You knew I would come."

Se7en laughed as he nodded, "Of course little brother."

"Don't ing call me that," Top growled. "And you know I don't go by that name anymore."

Shock took over Minzy's face as she saw Top in a new light, "Wait a minute, Seunghyun? , Seunghyun is that you?!" She jumped to her feet and walked towards Top who hung his head low in shame.

Taeyang stood silently trying to grasp the situation as he watched Minzy tilt her head to meet Top's gaze. Watching as his girlfriend bit her lower lip and reach up to cup his best friend's face made his heart skip a beat. She took his face and guided it so to force him to look at her. "I'm sorry Minzy that I've lied to you all this time," Top confessed.

Top was met with kind and understanding eyes as she tip toed and kissed his cheek before she embraced him, "I'm sorry I didn't recognize you all this time."

"Se7en made me swear not to tell anyone. I was sent to school to watch over you and find a way to bring you back to him," Top spilled.

"You could've just told me who you were and I would've eventually found my way back," Minzy breathed into his chest as she continued to hold him.

"Se7en didn't want me to reveal who I was. I'm sorry Minzy will you ever forgive me?"

Minzy pulled away and gazed up into Top's eyes, "I already have. I just...I can't believe it's really you! I haven't seen you since we were young."

Top laughed as he held her tight and let out a sigh of relief that the truth was starting to come out, "You can blame my brother for making me live with rich people."

"I love you too little brother," Se7en smirked as Top threw up a middle finger at him.

Meanwhile Taeyang stood to the side out of place. He didn't know what was going, besides the fact that he just found out that his best friend had lied to him and now was wrapped up with his girlfriend. "So..." Taeyang coughed making everyone aware of his presence. He watched as Minzy pulled away, enough for him to see her face as she still clung onto his so called best friend's side, "What's going on?"

"Look I'm sorry man, but this is my real family," Top started to explain. "Se7en is my older brother and sent me away when I was young so that I could have a better life. Which I resented my brother for all this time and never came back home to visit."

"And Minzy," Taeyang asked the more important part of what was going on.

"We go way back. She was my first friend I can remember from my childhood before I was sent away," Top explained.

"I'm not really that great of a friend, since I didn't know you when you were right in front of my face all this time," Minzy smiled and laughed along with Top. Minzy turned to look back at Se7en with a big smile, "I'm gonna take Seunghyun so we can go talk somewhere."

"You do that. I'm just gonna finish up my conversation with Taeyang and then I'll send him up," Se7en nodded. Taeyang frowned as he watched his girlfriend and friend walk away hand in hand, not even once acknowledging his presence as if they were a happy couple. "You'll have to excuse them, they've been separated for years," Se7en said gaining his attention.

Taeyang shrugged trying to show that their affection towards one another didn't faze him, "It's cool."

"I just wanna thank you personally for reuniting my family. If it weren't for you Minzy and Seunghyun, or Top as you call him wouldn't have shown up."

"I'm starting to regret it," Taeyang honestly spoke as his head hung low.

Se7en chuckled as he shook his head, "You're getting their relationship all wrong. They may be close friends, but they've never seen each other in that light. You'll come to see who truly is in Top's heart."

"And Minzy's?"

Se7en went quiet as he thought about the younger man's question, "The question is what about yours?"

Taeyang felt a tug at his heart strings, he had walked into that one, "I don't know."

"You know, I care a great deal about Minzy. She holds a special place in my heart, I'd be damned if some pretty boy thinks he can just prance in try to win her precious heart over to just stomp all over it."

"Why would you think that," he asked some what offended.

"I'm not an idiot, Top has told me of your little games you and he plays to crush pretty girls hearts! Who do you think came up with the suggestion to get Minzy involved? I know how she is, she plays a mean game of hard to get and you being the challenger that you are couldn't go down without a fight. Now who is the idiot?"

Taeyang was tongue tied for a moment, "I...so you knew?"

Se7en chuckled darkly, "You're ing persistent. I like that about you. I knew I could count on you to make things turn out in my favor." He felt like a fool as he stood there without a word to say. "Don't look too upset, it was just a game after all."

"It wasn't just a game to me," Taeyang finally spoke up. "There's something more with her."

Se7en rolled his eyes in disbelief, "Tell that to all the girls whose hearts you've broken for the love of this stupid kid game that you and my brother played. I don't believe your . If you know what's good for you, you'll break things off with her after this weekend. She doesn't deserve to be lied to like this."

"And if I don't?"

"Try me, see what happens. I make sure that Dara's heart will be the last heart you break," Se7en stared sterenly at Taeyang.

"What makes you think this won't break Minzy's heart if I break things off with her?"

Se7en coughed a laugh as he liked at the young man with an amused look on his face, "Minzy doesn't give her heart to just anyone. And from what I understand it should your heart that breaks by the end of the weekend?"

"Don't be too sure of that," Taeyang smirked. "Maybe this little game that I'm playing with her isn't over."

"Taeyang when will you see that she's letting you run your game. She isn't one to just throw herself at a guy. Yeah she may be ing you, but it's different than loving you. Now get out of my face and go and enjoy the rest of the party, I have other people I need to speak to."

As much as Taeyang wanted to get the last word in, a body guard suddenly appeared before him blocking his view and making him turn back around from where he had entered earlier. Pissed by the abrupt leave, Taeyang stormed toward the kitchen to grab a drink. Avoiding the cups, he drank straight from the bottle and tried to calm his pounding heart that he didn't notice the person watching him.

"He can be really annoying sometimes. Don't let him get to you," CL spoke up as she came into his view.

He sighed as he leaned up against the wall near him, "Yeah he's a ing jerk."

CL chuckled at how freely he spoke of Se7en, "Wow he must've hit really close to home."

"Yeah tell me about it and now I don't even know my ing best friend. Since apparently he forgot to mention that Se7en was his ing brother," he hissed before taking another gulp of the liquior.

"Wait, your best friend is Seunghyun," CL gawked at him with shock.

"I guess," he shrugged not really giving two s about his friend's name change.

Meanwhile CL bit her lower lip and took hold of his free hand and pulled him back to the master bedroom the middle to dance. Taeyang let himself be led with the alcohol in his other hand before she drapped her hands over his shoulders. The look in her eyes held that of fire as she sensually swayed her hips against him. "We're going to lure them out," CL whispered to him before turning to drop to her knees and grind her way back up to him.

"Huh?" He didn't know who she was referring to as he tried to manage to lead her while holding the bottle in his other hand.

CL sharply turned and gazed intensely into his eyes before she let her tongue glide across her lips, "Grab my hair and whip my head in a circle."

"What," he shook his head before she grabbed his hand and balled it up in the back of her head.

She then tugged their hands back and she let out a soft moan as she rolled her head back and around before snapping back and wrapping a leg around his waist. Grinding up against him, she leaned her forehead against his as she ran her hand down his stomach to the top of his pants. She bit her lower lip, before she let her body fall back using his waist as leverage to hold her up before she seductively rolled her body back up to him. Dropping her leg, she spun around and let her back fall against his chest and started to sway against him as her hands roamed the length of her very own body.

Taeyang was too into her exotic dancing, to notice that a crowd was forming around them. He was fairly impressed as she took his free hand and placed it onto her hip and jiggled her before slowly rolling it against him. It was in that moment he smirked and took a sip of his liquior at the up close and personal show he was getting from this woman he just met hours ago.

"You got some ing nerve showing up and ing him on the dance floor with no ing shame," Minzy voice cut sharply through the air.

CL stood facing Taeyang and smirked as she grabbed his chin and forced him to look at her. She mouthed a quick I got you before she turned to see Minzy glaring at her fiercely. "Well hello to you too ."

Minzy rolled her eyes as she placed a hand onto her hip, "What the do you want?"

"Where is Seunghyun?"

Minzy coughed a laugh and smirked, "Why? Do you think he honestly remembers you when you're acting like a ing throwing yourself at my toy? You're not the same girl you used to be."

"Don't try to cover your up either. Your stinks just as much," CL spat right back in her face.

"Bull CL! We all know the ing truth, let's not try and hide it."

"Minzy how long are you going to hold that over my head," CL rolled her eyes.

"When you learn to be honest and call it what it is! You and Jay can go to hell where you belong," Minzy glared hard.

"Jay and I broke up forever ago and you know that! I don't like him like that anymore, !"

"So you think that just because you can dispose of Jay just like that, you wanna do the same to Seunghyun?!"

"No," CL stomped her foot on the verge of tears. "It's not like that with Seunghyun! He's different!"

Minzy clenched her fists and held her ground, "So am I. I'm not going to let you break Seunghyun's heart like you do the rest. You've taken everyone I've ever loved and somehow runined them. I'm not going to let you..."

Top came into view and stood next to Minzy and smiled before looking at CL, "Hi CL."

"Seunghyun," CL gasped as a stray tear fell from her eyes. "Hey how are you?"

Minzy coughed a laugh and rolled her eyes, "Seriously Seunghyun, I don't understand you."

"You will one day," he winked at her before he escorted CL out for them to go play catch up.

Meanwhile Taeyang stood there again not knowing what to do as he stared at Minzy who was too into staring at the couple retreating. "Are you okay," he finally spoke up.

She huffed and shrugged, "It's whatever. I can't stop them from being idiots."

"Do they like each other?"

"When they were younger, let's see if that still is a thing," she said smugly

"What, you don't believe in second chances," he asked as he took her by the hip and started to sway them to the music.

"Not just that, but also in true love," she made a face as if she was going to vomit.

Though her face made him chuckle he had to ask, "Why do you feel that way?"

"Can we not talk about that?"

"About love," he asked and felt her shiver at the mention of it. "Why not?"

"C'mon Taeyang, you and I both know that stuff is for losers," she teased.

"Have you ever been in love," he had to follow up.

She thought about what he asked and shrugged, "I don't think it matters."

"I think it does," he countered.

"Whoa there, I think you've become seriously ill because you don't seem like the type of guy that is capable of doing so."

"How do you know if this isn't it," he referred to them as a couple possibly in love.

Staring up at him, she could see that he was serious and took the plunge and kissed him hard on the mouth, as she whispered against his lips, "Then you would've felt something right then."

Pulling away, she left him alone on the dance floor to his own thoughts. He frowned as he watched her leave and did in fact feel something in that kiss and wondered if she had felt something too.
