"Kai! What do you think about this?" Hyorin keeps on changing her clothes in her room, while she is having video call with Kai on her phone

"Hyorin-ahhh..this is the fourth time..? please don't make this as a big deal! My dad is okay with anything, we are only gonna have dinner in his place" Kai explained

"Oh please Kai, I dont think I have any nice clothes.." Hyorin approaches her phone while wearing a bathrobe to cover her body and obviously, Kai has been staring at his phone trying to see her body.

"Erm..I think you look even better without wearing any" He smirks..In fact, they still havent done anything yet, they are in a slow relationship, that's what Kai calls it. Kai can't force her to have with him.

"Yeah right! anyway, what time do you finish with your meeting?"

"Hmm I think, I'll finish in about 30 minutes, then I will come to pick you up, so you better get ready now ba.."

"HYORIN!! Annyeong!" D.O interrupted Kai and said Hi to her

"Oh Oppa!! annyeong??"

then not long after that they hung up the phone and Hyorin is getting ready for the big night..

Meanwhile in Baekhyun's restaurant

"Ya taeminie! Why are we here again?" Chanyeol asked Taemin in their table, covering their faces with the menu book

"Oh nothing..I just wanted to see her" Taemin answers

"Please.don't tell me you are still curious with that Naeun girl?" Chanyeol said it loudly

"YAAAA!!! keep your voice down!"

"Taeminie!!! What brought you here? I thought we just had dinner here last week" Baekhyun appeared from the back of Taemin's table

"Oh..ermm nothing, I feel like eating here again"

"Yeaah right..Naeunnnn???!!! Ya Dongsaeng! you better come here" Baekyun called out for her and Naeun quickly came to their tables and Their eyes met

"You! you are the owner guy! How do you know.."

"He is Taemin, He was my classmate in high school, you must have seen him in our school. He keeps asking me about you, so you better tell him yourself" He pats her shoulder and turns to Chanyeol

"erm Chanyeol..do yo wanna come with me to get a fresh air for a bit?" Chanyeol was surprised then he said

"No! I am hungry.." He stays in his seat then Taemin kicks his foot under the table..

"Awh!" he slightly shouts

"Arrghhh arrasso! I get it now"

"Now..sit here Naeun" Baekhyun asked her to sit in front of Taemin and he is nervous as hell

"Hi!" Taemin said to her

"do you like me?" Naeun asked him

"What?!!" Taemin is panic..how did she know about this?

"Well..how... did ..you a~"

"I can tell from your face..wait let me order something for you" Naeun gets up from her seat and heads to the kitchen

Taemin is busy with his phone, trying to reach Jonghyun

"Ya! I...I..am busy!!" Jonghyun answered with his panting voice

"What are you doing hyung? i need to tell you some..."

"Taeminie..please, We are having now, bye!" Se-kyung's voice appeared on the phone and Taemin is even more shocked.

Apparently, Jonghyun and Se-kyung have been in an 'intense' relationship, they both are trying to love each other again through this method. Jonghyun seems forget about his problem with Hyorin and He wants to focus on Se-kyung now

Kai's Place

"What if your dad doesn't like me? I am only wearing skater dress and I am sure it looks cheap on me" She is asking Kai while Kai is changing his clothes.

"baby please" Kai warned her

"No..please tell me that I look just fine?" She answered then suddenly Kai drops his clothes on the floor. he is shirtless now and is approaching Hyorin

"Kai..what are you.."

"I need to tell you something.." Kai bends on his knees in front of Hyorin

"Hyorin..Lee Hyorin" He grabs Hyorin's hand and hold them

"I want you to be yourself tonight, Don't think about him accepting you. Yes, he is a successful business man, but no! he has no right to judge you, I want you to keep that in mind. I love you for who you are baby!" Then Kai leans in to give a peck on her lips.

"but I am scared if..." Kai kisses her again to stop her from talking

"I..won't stop..kiss..ing you...if you're...still..worried" Kai talked while they are still kissing..well, the kiss went even deeper as Kai is hungry of her body. He wants her now but he can't

"okay Kai let's stop" He ruined her lipstick..

"Arghh now I want you to be more worried.." he smirks

"You ie!" She pinches his nose and she laughs

I just wanna see you smile like this, everyday, Hyorin. Kai's thought

Kai's dad place

"Welcome Sir" One of his maid opens the door for them

"Is he ready yet?" He asked to her as she bows to him

"Yes he is waiting at the living room" She answered

"Daaaaddd???Daddy?!!" He screams out and Hyorin keeps holding his hand

"I am here!!! Come in!" then his dad appears and Hyorin feels so nervous

"Hello my dear?" He hugs Kai and turned to Hyorin

"and you must be Hyorin? Nice to meet you" he smiles

"Nice to meet you too sir" then she smiles

"awh look at that beautiful smile..now I know why he is really obssessed with you"

"Thank you sir"

"Wait..don't call me that! you can call me dad, you are my son's first girlfriend" He smirks

"Dad...please don't tell her that" Then hyorin looks confused

"What? it's true that she is the first girl you bring to me, and I know you had relationship before, but they were not serious right?" his dad keeps talking as they are sitting in the living room..the story begins

"So it's true that he was a real player back then?" Hyorin speaks up

"of course Hyorin. I know him so well, all the paparazies and media knew his player side so well..but then, he seems changed, thank god he met you" then Kai scratches his head as he is too shy to look at Hyorin

"So..tell me about yourself!" He asked Hyorin..

"I am kidding! I know evrything about your background..haha" he laughs loudly, he looks so happy

"Dad, she is scared that you can't accept her" Kai bluntly said that as he is Hyorin's hair

"What? Why should I? Hyorin..He is my only son and I can't stop him for choosing you, I have asked him enough to marry my friends' daughters but nope! he is stuck with you" He makes her blushed

"Excuse me sir..You got a call from Mr. Kim" His assistant approaches me and told him that

"Sorry, I have to take this call" He excuses himself from them and heads to his study room. Kai and Hyorin look at each other as their maid comes to serve the drinks

"Hmm Ahjumma..Did you make fried chicken tonight?" Kai asked his maid

"Yes, we did sir" Hyorin is confused why he asks this question

"Woohoow! Ahjumma's fried chicken is the best! Oh this Mrs. Han, she's been working here since I was a kid, Ahjumma, this is Hyorin, my girlfriend" He introduces her to Mrs.Han

"Nice to meet you my dear" She bows to Hyorin and Hyorin lower her head too and Mrs. Han left

"I am sorry kid! that was a wedding invitation from Jonghyun's dad. I didn't know he has a girlfriend tho..where were we just now?" He chuckles

Hyorin feels something tickle her heart, everytime someone mentions Jonghyun's name, she will always remember that night in Amsterdam. Kai smiles a bit and tightens his hand in hyorin's hand

"So..Shall we have dinner now? then we can go back here again" His dad leads the way to the dining room

Kai's POV

I know she is thinking about him again. She always give this expression everytime people talk about Jonghyun;s wedding. Yes, Jonghyun and Se-Kyung are seriously getting married and I have been reminding Hyorin how much I love her.

"So hyorin, you are about to finish your degree right? what are your plans?" My dad asks Hyorin and she smiles before she answers him

"Well, I  think if I can get another scholarship, I will continue my master degree, but if not, I will just find a work here and there"

"Good..there is always a possibility if you look for it. I hope Kai will get into university next year,  you should force him to study!" My dad looks at me, and Hyorin smiles too, I know that fake smile

"Dad, what about I am working at your company, I don't need a degree" I proposed

"nope!! promise is a promise young man! we made it clear that after three years of modelling, you will go back to study, right? Next year is your time, okay?" My dad has been forcing me to study, and I know I don't like being in a classroom.

"Well, I will surely go to the same University where Hyorin studies for her master. How about that dad?"

"You certainly can!"

"No..no..! Kai, please don't follow me, I will get into crappy university and you can just study abroad, you know"

"Yeah! You can go to New York, I thought you like that city" No dad..I don't wanna leave Hyorin again. I thought

After the dinner

"So do you have any appoinments tomorrow?" My dad asked

"No dad..tomorrow is my off day. Waeyo?"

"Do you wanna stay here and watch movies with me tonight? What about you Hyorin?" My Dad asked Hyorin

"Fortunately i don't have any class tomorrow too"

"Yeah! That's good, let's watch your mom's favorite movie, pride and prejudice" He..my dad always watch this movie whenever I stay over at his place.

"I am sorry Hyorin, I always miss his mom whenever I stay near him" My dad explains it to Hyorin

Well, my dad is a melancholic guy, He and I watch this movie a lot, I think this is why I am so poetic and I like literature so much.I am sitting beside Hyorin as she is starting to feel tired and I pull her head to lean on my shoulder. My dad would not mind tho, he knows I am a grown man

Towards the end of the movie, I can see Hyorin is tearing up, I know, this is not because the movie, I think this is what she really feels.

Narrator's POV

right after the movie, Kai and Hyorin enter their room.

"I think if my mom is still alive, she would love you forever Hyorin, My dad told me that She always cried whenever they watched that movie" Kai chuckles as they are laying down in his bed.

"That movie was indeed a heart warming movie.." she moves her body towards Kai

"Hyorin..?"

"Hmm?"

"I love you" That is it. Kai only wants to say that before they go to bed and Hyorin smiles after she heard that

"I know" She caresses his cheek

"Yes..I am still waiting for you to say the same thing" Then Hyorin can't look at Kai's eyes

"Thank you" She then buries her face to Kai's chest and Kai closed his eyes too.

I just want her to say those three words God, Please?
